Starting again

I've had mixed results with using HCG over the past three years. First round was fantastic and put me very close to goal. Second a yeaer later I ended early when I got sick (not HCG related) and the third fizzled out due to my not losing weight and getting discouraged.

But... I have one unopened bottle of HCG Lean 2000 left that expires next month, so I decided to give it another whirl. This time I am following the more liberal plan on the Omaha Clinic site, but will not eat the bread products, so estimate my calories will be in the 600-650 range. I guess this will be considered a rogue plan, but I just can't wrap my mind around doing the straight Simeon's protocol at this point.

I began loading yesterday, and went overboard on carby foods and my blood sugar was way up this morning (I'm a Type 2 diabetic), so today will continue the load with LC fatty foods with the exception of a half of a chocolate bar I started yesterday. Then tomorrow I begin the LCD phase.

I'll probably not join a daily thread since my plan is a bit different than the traditional Simeon's protocol, but will read and check in often. Thanks in advance for your support and encouragement.

Good luck Brigit, you will do great! You can join in the rogue forum if you like, most there do not do the protocol exact in one form or another!
