I am 5'9" and quite muscular (even under all the icky fat at 210). No loose skin after 70 pounds, although the legs definitely can use some toning. The working out was minimal. 20-30 mins very light cardio about 5'ish days per week during P2. 30-45 mins daily slightly higher intensity in P3/4. I didn't ever really ramp it up in P3/4 or add significant weights. Meant to...but never really got around to it!

Thanks to everyone for your kind words. The keys for me were 1. Strict protocol, including full P3/4's and learning everything that those two phases could teach me about what my body does and doesn't like, 2. Posting here EVERY day, and 3. Everyone at LCF and on these boards who encouraged and supported me along the way.

I could NEVER have done this without the support and advice of people like C'Marie, emel, Minimonkey, debkeversole, and Peggy. I will continue to post here to encourage the new folks and keep myself accountable. That's going to be the real key in KEEPING this weight off!

wow, Shelby you look great, hcg really works, i was just reading on the main lobby and seems so many girls are starting back after so many years, losing while on atkins, then gaining some back, and stalling after they lose some of their gained weight, i was in that same boat, i can maintain quite well, but not lose the gained weight, i would still be over 40# heavier if not for the hcg, and you are living proof of that too----great job, you should be so proud of yourself------enjoy being in p-3, i know i am
