HCG Lingo

Ok I'm relatively new here and I'm sure there are quite a few like me.. so I was wondering about some of the lingo we use here... like

sf = sugar-free?
LDD =
HWC =
GY =
CD = Cleaning day?

Some of the ones I was able to find are:

VLCD – Very Low Calorie Diet
TOM – Time of the Month
POP – Perfectly on Protocol
MOP – My Own Protocol
LDW – Last Dosage Weight
LIW – Last Injection Weight
P – Phase
R – Round

Please help!
