Forgot my lunch! Advice, please!
Ugh. So I'm on VLCD 9 today and I forgot my lunch at home this morning
I have 2 choices, I think, and wanted to see what you all think. (I'm a teacher so cafeteria food is not one of them)I can get a salad, but I didn't bring my own dressing, so I'd have to use what is available here (the low-fat ranch). My other option is just apples. I have 4 apples here in my desk. The only issue with that is I'm afraid that wouldn't be enough for me to make it through an entire day of teaching and after school practice. Advice? Thanks. |

I would get the salad and see if you can scout around for some vinegar, and have the apple, and maybe try to find a cracker or 2 for your bread serving. i hate when i do that! (ive done it more than a few times).

I did eat a salad and an apple. The salad was mostly lettuce (it's that prepackaged stuff that has like carrot pieces and cabbage in it) and I did get just one squirt of dressing because I would have never had been able to choke down dry lettuce. I hope I didn't do too much damage. I'm going to eat my protein and melba as soon as I get home as a snack. I guess I'll find out when I step on the scale tomorrow.
