anyone doing P3 starting 1/27ish?
Last day of pellets, woo-hoo!
I plan to do adkins induction light dairy for the 3 week induction. Trying to also stay at 15% carb 45% fat and 40% protein ratio with 1400-1700 calories depending on workouts. I also started round 2 of the 90 day Chalean Extreme workout program so i assume my weight will be stable at about +2 lbs once the muscle comes back. |

Saturday is day 1, P3 for me! I'll be shooting for more calories (1900-2100) but I am 5'9" and ending around 140 or so. What is your BMR? Chalean Extreme is HARD! ![]() |

My period just started today, and when that has tapered off I will be starting P3. Thing is. It could be four days or seven, but I'll be joining you soon.

I'll be there with you- not sure if today is my last dose day or not - 3.6 from my all-time dream goal and lowest in my adult life - but with losing every 3rd day or so - I'm going to see what the scale shows tomorrow morning.
