Hi ladies! I'm a newbie,this thread made me join I've been reading and re-reading this thread for 3 days!
I'm currently on R4D18 and thanks to you my first day doing the FF. holy cow did I practically make out with the HWC & Mac nuts this morning!! Lol I decided to give the FF a try since I've stayed exactly the same weight for the last 3 days. This round has been mostly POP but I'm feeling mentally burned out. Planning on a 3 day FF then going to end the round on vlcd. I will post here with my results since everyone else's feedback was so instrumental to me. |

totals for day 1
1007 calories 18 carbs 107 fat 9 protein If I do the fat grams x's 9 divided by calories I'm at 96% fat today. However I plugged everything into my tracker & it's telling me I'm at 90.09% fat. Either way, good I guess. I feel like sometimes if I wasn't so vain I'd be a food addict! With that said I made today really simple, didn't get creative and just stuck to the basics Mac nuts,heavy cream,coconut butter & coconut oil. I'm afraid of throwing my brain into gorge mode if I add bacon or cheesy goodness & I don't want any of that stuff in my house after day 3 of this because I know I can't control myself. I didn't do the 200 calories per feeding either I kind of grazed on my allotment all day. I was kind of woozy by late morning so I thought this method might be better for me and it was. Woozy feeling went away. We will see what Mr Scale says about all of this tomorrow morning ![]() |

Looks great Mazza! And I think you calculations are closer. One thing I'll mention though. It doesn't matter how great my day one is, I always see the best results after day two. And I've heard a lot of others say the same thing. So don't decide on tomorrow's weigh in.

I'm a believer!
Down 2.2lbs today!! ![]() On to FFD2, this is day 19 for me on HCG and I'm on RX Sublingual for the record. I noticed how the FF Veterens added calories day by day, I'm thinking about that now. |

Ok, totals for FF D2 1130 calories (I up'd them a little bit) 19 carbs 120 fat 12 protein Again tracker says 89% but my FF Veterens calculation is around 95% fat. I basically ate the same things today as I did yesterday but added in a tablespoon of tahini. I didn't have spacey or that seeing stars feeling like I did yesterday. I drank a ton of water today but honestly I feel really bloated tonight. It's strange. I just took a magnesium pill to help move some of those Mac nuts out! ![]() I know many people don't have a loss the first day but I'm feeling really bloated like maybe I won't have a loss the second day. We'll see. |

Checking in I was down .8 this morning and this was day 3 my last day of FF!
I'm actually excited to get back to VLCD tomorrow & looking forward to it! Today I raised my calories a little more and I was not hungry at all. A couple of things, mentally this was really hard for me. If you have a tendency to binge be very controlled if you do a FF. i could see how it could be really easy for me to just keep eating. i tried not to open Pandora's box so to speak and kept to basics. Also the first and 2nd days of FF were really spacey & low energy for me. Today was the only day I felt normal. Everyone is different of course but just thought I'd share my experience. Here's day FF day 3 breakdowns 1344 calories 23 carbs 140 fat 19 protein Tracker says 88% 140x9=1260/1344= 93% |

Today I weighed in at 162.2!!
I started my 3 day FF at 166, I'm down 3.8 total and what's even better is that I jumped back into vlcd today happy to be POP. FF-ing reminds me of loading, by the time it's done I was thrilled to go back to vlcd! This is R4D20 for me, I'm only doing a 23 day round or however long the "juice" runs out. So maybe a couple days more. I don't want to be to much tmi but the FF backed me up. Magnesium was my friend at 1000 mgs a day! Last edited by Mazza; 03-17-2013 at 11:41 AM.. |

Hello All!
I am new to this board and new to posting completely so please bear with me as I do not know all of the abbreviations yet! I have been lurking for about a week since I found this thread. I am currently R3P2D13 I have done Px Hcg for every round. The first was done through a clinic every other round by myself. I originally started Sep. 2011 R1P2D1 146.8 lbs.- R1P2D24 130.0 Started June 16 R2P2D1 134.8 lbs.- R2P2D23 127.8 Currently started March 6 2013 R3P2D1 136.2- R3P2D13 129.2 I plan on 17 more days this round. I hope that all made sense : ) As you can see I have had trouble keeping that same 10 or so pounds at bay. I stabilize well but the life sends me a curveball and I end up emotionally eating. I really want this time to be the last. I made a move last July from the US to Australia where I am currently living and doing hcg here is a lot harder as there are not as many great products as there are in the States. Unfortunately Amazon will not ship most of the stuff I am looking for so it has been trial and error tracking down stuff here. Not to mention everything is 3 times the cost! I am staring a FF today based on the information I have learned here. So far Coffee with 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 oz. Macadamia nuts any suggestions for the next 3 days would be greatly appreciated. I am inspired by all of you that have the courage to come on here and tell your story and share your triumphs and disappointments. Would love to make some friends for support! XO |

Good luck Minxia!!
I have major emotional eating issues myself they get me every time. Sometimes that rolls into binging for me. With the FF I made sure not to use comfort foods or trigger foods. This helped me a lot. Drink tons of water! Bring a water bottle with you everywhere and keep filling it. Good luck & keep us updated. I will be cheering you on! |

Hi!
Thanks for the support Mazza and TerriMM! That was just my food for the first part of the day as it was morning here when I first posted. So far I have had.. Coffee with 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 oz. macadamia nuts 1 small greasy roasted chicken leg and one small thigh including skin 2 cubes of cheddar cheese I have about 280 calories left to fill for the day. I will probably have some double cream with Mac nuts or cream cheese by itself. I think I am doing this right but if I am not please let me know. I have been using a tracker to calculate my calories. So far I was at 79% fat without the last 280 calories. It sure was good eating that roast chicken. I was sad when it was over. Oh well tomorrow I was going to try some eggs and bacon! Love that too. Thinking thin thoughts for all of you! xO |

I am on P2 I dropped my coffee because I can't drink it without cream but on Friday I caved and had not 1 but 2 coffee with cream I dropped 3.4 pounds in 3 days so I don't know if my body needs more then the 500 calories or a little bit of fat to lose
. I am going to have coffee/cream again today to see if the losses continue if they do then I will keep drinking it until I am done P2. |

Hello,
Morning here in AUS, just weighed in and scale did not budge after first day of FF. a bit disappointed. Started with coffee and 1 tbs. HWC and 1 oz. of cream cheese. I forgot how much I liked cream cheese until this morn. It was almost like eating cake! Not sure how many FF days I should do but I am planning on 3 or 4 and then I will go back into VLCD for the rest of my cycle. I dont have a gallbladder so i think i can do FF for longer?? I sure hope I lose something tomorrow. Will try to take in more water but I am already drinking around the clock! xO ![]() |

I had a total of 1030 calories 126 of which were coconut oil from chocolate delight. My fat was at 82%. Do I need to leave out the coco oil on the fat fast? I am keeping spirits up that I will see a big loss tomorrow! Thanks TerriMM.

Hi Everyone! I'm new. I started the FF yesterday and had a .6 gain this morning. I had coconut manna for four meals and my last meal was macadamia nuts. BooHoo. So today I thought I would do the macadamia nuts all day. I LOVE macadamia nuts. But now I almost feel like I hate them. Sick of them after only two bags! The thought of eating them the rest of the day is depressing. But I need a RELEASE! I would try some different foods the rest of the day but it seems that most lose the easiest on the mac day. Does anybody think the coconut manna was my problem? lol, it's funny how excited I got thinking I could have nuts and coconut manna all day. But it doesn't take long to get tired of a particular food I found out. I think this might be harder than eating protocol. I've really enjoyed reading this thread and wish everyone success. I just know tomorrow will be a release for me

Hello Everyone!
I am back to report on my FF. day 1 129.2 day 2 129.2 day 3 128.3 day 4 127.6 We will see what tomorrow brings! I am only doing one more day and then I am back to VLCD till the end of my P2 round. I am pretty happy with the loss just afraid of a bounce back up when I return to P2. I am going to go very strict protocol for the days following. My biggest complaint with the whole effort of P2 is that although my weight seems to be reducing the fat on my belly does not seem to be coming off as well as it did in earlier rounds of hcg. Has anyone else experienced this. Is it always the last to go? Even though my weight is down I still look very doughy and it's disappointing. Whereas my other rounds at this point I was feeling much slimmer. Suggestions? Thanks so much for bringing me into the fold! Keep on trying girls and I will keep on with ya! ![]() |
