I use those as well. It's when you get the virus that won't let you get on the internet, your computer or your spy ware that is the problem (and that's the one I had last night). I go to a bleeping computer website,and follow the steps. They recommend spy doctor so maybe that would help too. Maybe you need more RAM (working memory)...that's usually a good guess! GOOD LUCK!

Hello!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! What a friggin day....my work life has to get better eventually?

So I started P3 today...I woke up exhausted! weighed in at 144.4

Here are my meals:

Eggs cooked in coconut oil
Coffee with heavy cream

tuna salad with mayo and cherry tomatoes

snack: macadamia nuts

dinner: chicken wings, could only eat 6 with some of marie's blue cheese

Snack: almonds with half a chocolate mug cake and whipping cream

DONE FOR THE DAY! I feel bloated...I hope I ate enough fatty stuff....but I can't eat anymore. I thought I would be more excited to eat but I'm just really blah...I think it's just this round was so dissapointing and I am so scared to gain the weight back even though I am good with protocols. I almost feel trapped if that makes sense? I dunno, I just really feel sad and hate the full feeling I get on P3 and don't want to gain the P3 belly again cuz then my pants won't fit as well.
Ugh moving on...
I need to find myself a new place to work, however, it's easier said than done.

On a bright note, I bought a lovely avocado, which I plan to eat tomorrow with a steak

Work blues can really get you down....I total envy your meals for today.....only 11 more days for me! I really can't wait.

I am laughing at Big Bang Theory (Sheldon is given valium by his friends) it is hysterical.

I am having to BIG TIME bargain with myself to keep myself even sort of P2 lately. I've decided: rogue P2 tomorrow and saturday, fat fast sunday, 1 day of rogue p2, and then tuesday, does in the morning ONLY. which means thursday's lunch should be awesome.

*deep breaths*

january is a rough time to diet, I gotta say. a lot of people are on here feeling crappy, not having the usual results, etc, morale is a bit down. but we all have each other, right?

@Star! What talent! Amazing cakes! I can't do anything like that at ALL.... wow.

I decided to not do beef twice today, did beef/spinach then chicken/homemade broth/celery strawberries.

Holding my breath for morning! Really busy day today and at least for the next 2 weeks as well, appointment after appointment. I did manage to drink more water today, though.

Down .9 today. I am getting excited to get down into the 140s. Haven't seen those numbers in about 10 yrs!!!!! I really need to start doing some tummy exercises to get rid of my "flop", to put it nicely! LOL

P3 day 2!
I am so mentally exhausted that now I'm physically exhausted! It amazes me how strong the human body is, go go go! And even surviving on fumes lol

Hoping addin fats helps out my moods. Yesterday even hubby was worried because I was so tired and had a massive headache.

On the menu thus far:
Coffee with hwc an eggs made with hwc and cooked in coconut oil
Snacks: macadamia nuts
Lunch sausage broccoli casserole
Dinner: steak? Really want an avocado!
And tryin wine tonight which probably will make me fall asleep lol

Weigh in today 144.6

You all may know about this but I found this really cool website to help with calculating calorie needs and you can check on the side to choose calorie cycling, how many percentages of each item you need to maintain, etc. Super duper cool!!!

The last day of your dose (that morning) weight is your low dose weight (ldw). Hope that helps.

Ok well I'm up the pound I lost yesterday LOL. I ended up not doing beef twice, but did chicken and homemade broth last night and feel retaining water some.... glug glug glugging the water down today for sure! I'm soooooo close to VFT that I can't stand it. I won't quit till I get there and past it!

Will be back later - gotta get in the car to get to first appointment on time! LOL

Star, Your cakes are soooo awesome! I would never be able to bake like that and not want to devour everything! They are beautiful!

And Jeanette, congrats on the jeans victory! I sometimes love those more than whooshes!

I may hang out here for a few days because I love reading everyone's P3 foods! I am doing a short P3/interruption and cycling back to P2 on Monday. I wasn't supposed to start P3 officially until tonight (48 hours) but started last night, I was SOOO hungry! I had steak and shrimp last night, today I had cream cheese mousse I had left over from fat fasting, a portion of P2 friendly chili that I added cheese and sour cream, and scrambled eggs with butter, mushrooms, and green peppers. I was the same weight today (136). So let's hope it sticks til Monday when I start P2 again!

thanks guys! I love cake decorating, even though it's so time consuming and tiring!

so my stupid scale was WAY way way not calibrated this morning, so I had to weigh about 10-15 times. set the scale, weigh, reset, weigh, reset, weigh until it would stay at 0 and not jump around while I'm on it (hating its guts). but it LOOKS like I'm down to 205, which means this is a 20 lb round! I should know that I get extra hungry and ornery before my weight goes down a little more. and I'd really like that to be the utmost top of my window. so we'll see how the next couple of days go, then BYE dosing for now, BYE under 1000 calorie days, and HELLO low carb!

I'm already trying to plan my next round. I'm trying to figure out when I'll have the least number of birthdays and such. probably april.

Hey ladies!!!!!!!

I do feel a lot better, although, I left work early due to a headache
Don't know what is was, but these first few days of P3 I felt crappy! Thankfully I took excedrin migraine and it went away after I came home and crashed. Maybe I was tired...

Felt so much better that I had girls night out, we went to outback, I had a ribeye, wood grilled, so less seasoning, had a house salad with blue cheese and WINE!!!!!!!!! My best friend is a counselor too so we talked and talked, needless to say I feel A LOT better

Hopefully no gains tomorrow due to hidden sugars...I made sure I didn't have them use the regular outback seasoning which I know has sugar. I had steamed broccoli with my ribeye. It felt SO GOOD to eat out like a normal person. Loved it!

OH!!! Jeanette the Strawberry Shortcake DD coffee is back in Target and I bought a bag! I thought of ya

I am! I am a nail tech! i get to do cool stuff all the time like that!

Down .2 this morning, so I'll take it! Really been feeling lousy this week with a bad head cold. I finally broke down last night and took a Rite Aid Mucus Relief Sinus tab. Hopefully, there's not sugar in it. In the ingredients I saw some words that end in ose and col, so that worried me a bit, but I was miserable and wanted to be able to breathe! Otherwise, I have just been drinking hot lemon water.

I'm soooooo close to VFT that I can't stand it. I won't quit till I get there and past it!

Marie, you're almost there! I don't know what weight to count my VFT. I think I will make it 165 because I got to 166 in WW, but I never stayed there, not even for a day! I ballooned after I hit a 60 pound weight loss in WW and totally went off the deep end.

I may hang out here for a few days because I love reading everyone's P3 foods! I am doing a short P3/interruption and cycling back to P2 on Monday. I wasn't supposed to start P3 officially until tonight (48 hours) but started last night, I was SOOO hungry! I had steak and shrimp last night, today I had cream cheese mousse I had left over from fat fasting, a portion of P2 friendly chili that I added cheese and sour cream, and scrambled eggs with butter, mushrooms, and green peppers. I was the same weight today (136). So let's hope it sticks til Monday when I start P2 again!

Don't know what is was, but these first few days of P3 I felt crappy! Thankfully I took excedrin migraine and it went away after I came home and crashed. Maybe I was tired...

Felt so much better that I had girls night out, we went to outback, I had a ribeye, wood grilled, so less seasoning, had a house salad with blue cheese and WINE!!!!!!!!! My best friend is a counselor too so we talked and talked, needless to say I feel A LOT better

Hopefully no gains tomorrow due to hidden sugars...I made sure I didn't have them use the regular outback seasoning which I know has sugar. I had steamed broccoli with my ribeye. It felt SO GOOD to eat out like a normal person. Loved it!

Glad you're feeling better now....you are one smart cookie for bringing your own stuff! OMgoodness, I can't wait to "eat like a normal person." My Dad always hosts a huge superbowl party, so tomorrow might be a bit of a challenge. Gonna take my food already cooked and my fruit and bread portions, lots of water...

I'm totally gonna get a bunch bags of the coffee. Please tell me if you love it and I'm not crazy cuz I just smack my lips thinking about it! I'm drinking Bananas Foster coffee (banana, caramel, vanilla flavor) right now but it doesn't hold a torch to the strawberry shortcake...YIPPEE DOODLES!

I've had an amazing week! I've walked 20 minutes a day since Tuesday, and I'm at 186.0 this morning, which is 2.5 less than my lowest pre-cheat weight! TOTALLY JAZZED! I am trying to hold out on buying clothes though because I have so much more to lose. I need to get to 118, but let me tell you 138 is looking beautiful!!!! Did I tell ya'll that my wedding day weight was 117? I worried about my weight even then....

Lots of hugs and encouragement to my bcf's!

Awesome on your loss!!! I didn't have time to individually respond, but you ladies are doing so well! Jeanette keep rocking it!!!

So I had the Strawberry Shortcake coffee and let's just say I will be buying a few more bags to keep for when it goes away again....it's FRIGGIN DELICIOUS!!!!!! I DO NOT drink flavored coffees, I'm a purist lol...but Jeanette convinced me, and when I opened the bag, the aroma of coffee and strawberries emanated into my soul hahaha!
I have a Keurig so I bought an eKobrew cup and was able to use that and pour the coffee into it and Wala!!! Fresh brewed coffee with hints of strawberry!
AND with Heavy cream it's to die for

Weigh in was 144.8 so I am up 2 oz. which is FINE!!! Considering I ate at Outback and ate the entire house salad with blue cheese, 10 oz. ribeye and 2 glasses of Cabernet lol...I have a teeny bit of a hangover, but it's all good

It's my Pre-anniversary day, so trying to figure out where and what to eat...lunch is a cobb salad I have sitting in the fridge

DOn't know if I wanna go out tonight with hubs and tomorrow cook and eat in, or vice versa since it's Superbowl and most people won't be out. Thank goodness it's A. My anniversary tomorrow, and B. he doesn't give a darn about football so it's fine LOL

Did I mention I love this coffee??

And opening one of the three bottle of my Layer Cake Pinot Noir Tonight!!! Somebody cue Marvin LOL LOL LOL

Woot Jeanette! I'm so happy for you, the time you've had has been rough and now it's coming to a better light! YIPPEE DOODLES!!!

I LOVE NAIL ART! I found 2 really neat ideas on pinterest lately. One is newspaper print on the nails. After you polish them a light color you cut out pcs of newspaper print and press onto alcohol dipped nails. Then another which I tried and was unsuccessful is painting them white and then dipping a drinking straw into nails and making different colored circles overlapping/etc on the nail. Didn't work for me. I found an AWESOME hello kitty one I want. Maybe I'll post the pic of it!

P3D12 and at 190.5! Woot! I'm gonna need that extra cushion b/c going out for Mexican tonight for StepMom's birthday bash and having a cookie cake to boot! I'm going to get shrimp fajitas so my meal will be fine just the "other stuff".

B - sausage, egg, cheese sandwich on savory bun, sf mocha capp
L - will be on the road so might pick up a burger and toss the bun or some grilled nuggets (which sound gross but might try them at CFA) & taking an apple w/ me
D - shrimp fajitas & guac
