Yes! I was sweating like crazy! It was my very first time doing yoga, so I felt a little lost w/ the poses and couldn't keep my leg up when supposed to. I guess the strength and balance will come, in time, if I keep it up. I really did enjoy it! I am going back tomorrow, so we'll see how the loss goes. Back to injections tomorrow, after a two day interruption due to TOM. Wish me luck! There is also a kettle bell class right after, but I think I should hold off on that until Phase 3. Lyn

Sunny - Yes .5 over my window is what I meant to say. UGH!!! Aunt Flo has been trying to visit since Sunday but I take my pills so that I only have a cycle every 3 months. I guess my body/hcg thought it was time. I started a new pack Sunday so hoping she doesn't visit. Hoping that's why I'm up on the scale! I also hope the wine isn't going to make me gain. I only had a 5oz glass of the Sauv Blanc Sunday night. The carb count is super low. Guess I'll just have it once a week and see how it goes.

THESE EGGS ARE SO BORING!!! I had 3 eggs scrambled for breakfast, 6 eggs made into egg salad at lunch and am having 3 scrambled for dinner. I've stunk up the office so everyone is wondering why I'm eating so many eggs! None of your beeswax! Trying to explain is annoying!

I've been a perfect angel today!

B: black coffee with splenda
L: tomatoes and chicken tenderloin, 1 melba round, 1 orange
D: 16 oz of cabbage, 100 g 93/7 ground beef, 1 grissini

I'm at 473 calorie, so I am going to pass on my last fruit (I opted for extra cabbage instead).

Hope you all are doing great. Marie and Star are you still in P2 with me? I am going to be here until Valentine's Day. I've decided on Valentine's day I'm gonna have 101 wings...LOL!

I actually do not like how thick my tummy gets on P3 and P4 lol...I like how it is now where i can feel my hip bone and when I lay down it pops out hehehehe...

I'm just jiggly, eww...jelly belly...

I'm EGGED out! LOL I cannot wait to eat an in the morning! I'm praying I can! I also want some sf mocha capp! Hate the thought of having eggs for breakfast but maybe I'll have an omelete w/ lots of veggies!

I'm still here too..... holy cow I don't even know why anymore I'm so tired. Work is just nailing my bunz and now I get to get up and go do it all over again with no FAT! Why AM I still here? LOL. I must just be too dang stubborn to quit.

Did you see that week 3 ZERO, star?!? Whattaya mean, my round has gone swimmingly - LOL too funny! Our definition of swimmingly must be different, dear heart!

Star and Marie, Okay you two can help me, and I will help you. I still have 13 more days P2! I was so pumped to see a 2.0 loss this morning, I am almost back to my last week's weight of 188.5. I was at 190.0 this morning.

Ohhhhh to see the 180's again.

Sunny, hang in there today, then P3 is just a "few" hours away! Or is it breakfast today? Lucky girl!

Natasha, please regale us with your delicious cooking, and an update about work would be nice, been thinking of you!

Ladies hang in there!!! I really wanted too but I just don't have it in me. Work is so dang stressful! I keep praying an opening comes along at a good school I can apply too. Downside is letting the crazy boss know, ugh! Cuz you can't just transfer without telling them. One thing at a time Sunny! Lol

Woke up hungry! Another busy day too, plus because I live 35 minutes away from work I cant go home tonight (college night) so I'll be at work from 8-9:00 pm...the agony!!!!

On a bright note P3 is tomorrow, that is good news!

Weighed in at 144.6

Woot Jeanette so close to the 180's! I was for a breif moment at 189! My LDW was 190 though.

Sunny - OMG AGONY THAT IS! LOL Sorry for you but you'll be so tired you'll pass out and P3 will be there before you know it! 144 GOOO GIRL!!!

P3D8 and lost 2 pounds after my EGG day to put me back only .5 over LDW. NO more CD's for me PLEASE! Decided since I'm going out for StepMoms birthday this weekend which will involve alcohol aka "Margarita Club" I will skip any WINE this week.

B - 2 egg/hwc omelete w/ ham, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, cheese topped w/ sour cream & GUY FIERI SALSA!!! It's a different tasting salsa than my regular old tostitos I buy. It's a bit more sweet tasting and a bit firey?? The lady at work gave me a great recipe for homemade salsa but it takes a lot of time to do all the chopping. I guess I could toss it all into a blender and pulse it. I will post it if I can find it. I also had 1 sausage patty w/ sf syrup and my sf mocha cappucino w/ tbsp of hwc & sf caramel syrup! I just ate an apple too!
L - tuna salad w/ celery sticks/ranch & 1/2 an avocado
D - going to my Cousins so I told her I'd stop by Wendy's. I'm having a double stack minus the bun w/ mayo & mustard & a caesar salad...

Better get back to work!

Oh Jeanette - The position offered - Accounting Manager - Right now I'm a Pricing Analyst. I have no managerial experience. After I told them NO the first time, then my Boss asked what my reservations were and asked if I minded the VP calling me. I didn't mind b/c he's super cool, we're even friends on FB (were before I ever went into his dept.) so he reassured me everything would be fine, they had much confidence in me, etc. Then I talked to the hiring manager (who had started HCG right before I did, good work friend) and there was one point she brought up about going in an presenting things to the VP and the CONTROLLER! So, I thought about it over the weekend and I decided that I didn't want that kind of pressure/change right now. I am happy where I'm at. I have the best boss, a good team, I like the work, still learning, much more to come. So I feel much better it's off my chest. They then asked 1 other girl in my Dept. and she declined as well. I feel bad on one hand for not taking a chance to better myself, knowledge, career but I also feel good knowing I will be comfortable with what I'm doing. I'm happy w/ my decision right now. Maybe in a few years I'll be ready for something like that and if it ever comes along again, maybe that will be the right time! Thanks for your support!

@Bailey when you go out, don't have a regular margarita, have one of my skinneys - just tell the server regular tequila shot on the rocks, several squeezes of lime, and then you add a little water and sugar free sweetener and stir - easy - and no sugar which messes you up on P3. Just a suggestion

I'm down 1.4, still not sleeping well with stress, not getting all my water in, don't know why I wasn't losing before and now I might be again - whatever! This girl is sticking it out. So close to Virgin Fat Territory now!

Gotta run, check back in later if I can between appts.

No whoosh today, but there is always tomorrow! I'm hoping it is because I resumed shots this am after a 2 day interruption due to TOM. FINGERS CROSSED!

HAHAHA, no! I missed that! sometimes I read the threads in a huge hurry. I thought it was a 20 lb round...I probably have my wires crossed, sorry!

I caved and had about 5oz glass of wine! I opened the fridge door to put away my broccoli casserole concoction and there it was staring me in the face! I sure feel awesome now!

My Mom's friend got me to checking out farmville so now am hooked on that. I used to do farmtown but it got boring. So between that, pinterest and lcf I spend my time when DH is gone on this computer...Screen is going to kill me someday!

Good news my new laptop shipped! I'm stoked b/c at my work we get a discount on various consumer electronics and I got me an hp laptop and hp wireless printer for $525.00! Soon I can multitask even more on the couch w/ laptop and tv! My old hp laptop has bit the dust...

Here's my dinner. I had some steamfresh bag of broccoli crowns. I decided to doctor it up. Giada was making homemade pizzas today rolling out the dough and all. She made one with caramelized onions, italian sausage, basil and some sort of cheese and OMG...So w/ a little inspiration I caramelized some onions in evoo/butter and added it to the steamed broccoli, threw in 1 cup of sour cream, minced garlic, cubed ham & colby jack cheese. Stuck it in the oven for a bit and I must say it was much better than PLAIN BROCCOLI! I want to try Broccoli Rab and Broccolini too. Rachael Ray used it a lot on 30MM. I had a turkey burger w/ sauteed mushrooms & motz on it too! And this is the wine glass my Aunt got me for Christmas. They have tons of neat ones too - She got me one w/ my Initial on it.

Hope you got some good rest Sunny! Enjoy EATING today! My first few days of P3 this round made me feel icky. Like my body was overloaded with fat and I felt sluggish and very stuffed.

Had a 1 pound loss this am, so not the "whoosh" I was looking for at the end of TOM, but I'll take it. At 152.9 this am, so 140 (goal) is getting closer. Haven't been this low is a VERY long time! Looking forward to a new decade. Planning on taking my last injection 2 days early, so I can start my phase 3 on the 18th of Feb. because of the long President's Day weekend. Have a great day! Lyn

I'm soooooo looking forward to P3 I can't imagine feeling "overloaded" with anything. LOL! I've checked my food counts, and I'm averaging less than 5% fat on this diet. The only time I go up to like 8% is when I eat beef. So weird though, I lose better on beef.

I am definitely making the southwest soup!! YUMMO!

YIPPEE DOODLES! I dream that I was in P3 with you. I made some flax crackers yesterday from the Your lighter side website and I ate a few yesterday (my only cheat) and they were VERY GOOD!

Well, I had another loss (that's three days in a row - OH YEAH!) of .5 this morning. That's 189.5, another pound and I will be where I was on January 26th before I did the stupid cheating...What was I thinking?

11.5 more days to go! I would love to get to 183.5 (6 more pounds) so I can hit the big 50! I don't know if I'll make it or not, but I will surely try!

Jeanette - What did you do to fix the virus? I have both malware bytes and mcafee and my desktop still seems slow but neither system finds anything. I did use malwarebytes on my old laptop and it found some junk and I got rid of it. Help!!

I'm holding my breath waiting for the other shoe to drop or for there to be another "mysterious" gain like I've been bobbling back and forth for awhile with - but down another 1.0 this am. Strange. I also managed to sleep some last night! My mom reminded me to pull out the earplugs, I told her I didn't think anything was really waking me up, but she said to try - so I did, and I slept all the way to the alarm! Yay!

Now I'm getting suspicious and superstitious - in looking at my food log, if I eat beef twice on one day, at least half the time I lose the next day. Beef and spinach, to be exact. So...... will keep that in mind - yesterday was beef/spinach apple beef/spinach for the entire day. Maybe I will do a repeat?!

I am now *just* below my adjusted LIW for last round. Hoping I can eek 8-10 more days out of this shot supply -

Oh, I also lowered my dose just slightly from around 150iu to about 130-140iu (can't tell exactly with my syringe) in order to squeeze out more doses. I have no idea if that is helping with weight loss now or if it is just time - maybe my body just was being stubborn. Like I said, now I'm suspicious and superstitious !!!!
