up another 1.1 this morning! REALLY????? OMG! I had blood work drawn this morning...the soonest they could get me in is the 23 w/ my obgyn. If i go up again tomorrow....i'm stopping my doses....no point in wasting it! I will just transition to p3 slowly and juddd to maintain till we figure out what is going on! Sorry for the fly by gotta run to go MONITOR standardized tests!

HAHAHA! I guess i really am D O N E !!!! i just had a brownie....and it was the BEST DANG BROWNIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! lol....take that stupid body!
I was STARVING! My tummy litterally was rumbling and growline while the kids were testing! ugh! I don't understand why i'm hungry in the mornings....but not really in the afternoon or evening when i get home? confused!

i know i will pay for it....but it really was good! lol I will be good the rest of the day! no promises tomorrow!

Jeanette...The good thing is you are learning to deal with weight gain IMMEDIATELY...by not ignoring a gain until it goes higher! Personally, I'm partial to the chicken thigh days...I have DH grill a whole mess of them and I'm ready for the next day!!! The GY just didn't cut it for me.

Theresa, I've been where you are at...It just sounds like you have alot of stuff to do in the next few weeks. Some folks do better having structure around food, and some don't when everything else is going crazy....hope you are able to eat as well as you can and get through this stressful time.

Thanks for the support! I would have zero issues with the food if my body wasn't going through something chemically (i hope!) i just know i don't want to waste the hcg if my chemical stuff is all messed up....so i was like what ev with the brownie...TOTAL frustration from not losing...and gaining! I could even take it if i were maintaining! BUT not gaining! lol oh well, i will do another round after i find out what is going on with my crazy hormones/electrolytes/body??? lol...I just wanted to be skinnier before i hit Texas and see all of my old friends!

Oh well, i will succeed! lol....eventually! Minor blip in the road!

Work has slowed down now that seniors have left!!! I still have to monitor a few to make sure they finish their online classes and can graduate on the 16th...it's my last graduation for awhile, which is fine, I'm ready for the melodrama of middle school lol

Question for you? So you keep having your grissini bread sticks even on phase 3 because you don't want to risk stabilizing with carbs? will you explain please.

Jodie- Way To Go!!!! 50 lbs is worth writing home about! Great job!

Theresa- I think it's prob wise to move on to P3. Focus on getting to the bottom of all this. I think trying to maintain is an excellent idea. I'm so sorry this whole round has been so screwy for you. Gotta give you props for sticking with it as long as you have. Great job, even if it didn't give you proper results. :Hugs:

Jeanette- sorry your still fighting the gain. I know how frustrating it can be. I sure hope your body settles down soon! Enjoy those eggs, I hope they get you back in your window. :Hugs:

Adeline- Pretty sure Sunny keeps the melba - grissini in P2, not in P3. Some people don't eat them in P2, for some losses are better. Some swear by keeping them in, they don't react as badly when introducing the sugars & starch back in P4. Correct me if I'm wrong Sunny! HTH

Oh no no no....I take out the grissini in P3!!!!

But I keep it the ENTIRE P2...and yes Tonya you are correct my dear! I stabilize wonderfully after sometimes a hiccup (CD) but then I add carbs in P4...and I do go crazy....lol...Jeanette doesn't call me the cookie monster for nothing!!!
I truly believe Simeon had them in the protocol for A REASON! Why else would he let you have a random piece of white starch? To stabilize so you CAN have carbs sometimes!!! That is more worth it to me than to take them out and lose faster....I like to know i can have a cookie, or two...or in my case 6-8 without gaining the next day

I hope this round I will be the same...I should be! And I don't have much fruit on P3...but I do drink wine almost daily...one glass...maybe two on the weekends once in P3...My family is totally Spanish with Puerto Rican heritage by birth so we drink wine with meals, always have. So I never have issues....now my second P3 I did have an issue one night with a chardonnay...but not reds...so I left whites out until I was in P4 and I was able to have them with no issues, but my tastes have changed. I found that whites are now too sweet and I get headaches with them so I have kinda shyed away...if I do have white, I get a pinot grigio. Now their is one white I adore and can have in P3 is the name Conundrum...it's a hot mess mix of whites and tastes divine
