I may def try this Cheesecake Mousse tomorrow after work! So you say equal parts so I can do as little or as much as I want. If I just wanted a little snack I could do 1/4 cup each of cream cheese & hwc. I might do that and use some lemon juice. YUM! I can't wait to try this! That crust also sounds amazing as a crumble on top! HEAVEN!!!

When I go to the doctor tomorrow, I will not show a loss for the week, and may show a gain. I really REALLY really want to skip going, quit the hcg and pretend it never happened this round, but I know I have to pay anyway so I might as well go...don't wanna! whaaaaaa!

Sucks Jeanette - Just go and will this be your last visit and then next round you're gonna do the drops?? OMG that LOL thing you posted, this "stalker IT guy" at my work who's been bugging me for a week sent me that! It was so WEIRD to see that! I had to block him from my chat. He started stalking me via chat after he talked with me for 10 minutes to help out on my computer. Friday, a week later he finally told me he liked my voice it was sweet so he's been dying to find me on FB! Can you say WEIRD STALKER!!!

So Sunny you're going back to Protocol P2? How much longer now til P3? I know it sucks but ya'll can battle it out!

Not even hungry but guess I should eat dinner. That cake filled my butt up! I couldn't even eat all of it. Prob b/c it was so chocolately. My StepMom would love it! Night girls...

OOOOHHHH GROSS no to stalkers!!!! I'm sorry to bring that reminder! I was looking something for the cute WOOT! YIPPEE DOODLES! you did! Love. It.

Definitely doing the drops next time, not this stuff, it's too expensive and hard to get off of! I feel fat today, so I don't know what the scale will show tomorrow.

Making blueberry oopsies, and they smell sooooooo good!

I just don't feel comfortable in the underwire bras, but Victoria Secret has some without underwire and I love them. They call them wireless and you DESERVE to wear a sexy bra now! I would go and have them measure you and try them on to see how they feel.
The biggest I've ever been was a c and that was while nursing. LOL Hopefully, I fill up the B cups I ordered! If not, I'll have to hand them over to my daughter. I'm sure she'll be happy!

Ok! Here we go back to protocol!
Woke up STARVING!!! Busy day today, hoping for a drama free day. At least I can escape around noon for a training
I feel fluffy lol...random I know but I need some major tightening once I get into P4! Doing the elliptical again and weights/squats...jelly belly and jiggly things have to go!!

Weigh in at 144.6 so I only lost 2 oz. in yeaterdays FF.

Curious to see what the rest of the week brings

Lyn my goal is 135 so 9 pounds till goal, but I'm done lol!

Down .7, so I'm happy with that. Starting the last half of this round today. Made it through the birthday party ok, but it was rough with smelling all that yummy food! They had betty salad and Cincinatti chili! Mmmmmmmm Of course they had cake too and it was chocolate w/ cherry filling.

Up a pound to 193.0 this morning. I'm so EMBARRASSED to go to the doctor with a weight gain, but I've go to pay the piper! I am staying strict protocol the remaining 15 days. SERIOUSLY, I am!

I even sound pitiful saying it. I think I am crazy out of control with my eating. I am starving this morning! I have had my black coffee with splenda. I have chicken breasts tenderloins and asparagus for lunch, and an apple with one melba. My goal at this point is to get back into the 180's!!!!

I would love love love to lose 10 pounds which would be a total loss of 50 for me, but we'll see.

I am UP this morning, have a sick tummy, woke up with it early, know that I'm retaining in my digestive tract just by the way I feel but boy is it disheartening to see that after sticking to protocol for so long. This week's loss is only 1.4 pounds total. But I'm hanging in there! Nothing else works for me and I'm not letting this get me down!

At least you have a loss for the week. I have a 3.5 pound gain for the week. But, happily I can report that I've been strict on protocol today! Yay me! And it is so so so hard!

Ready for this P2 to be OVER....ugh

I think I'll have today be my last dosage...I honestly can't do this anymore. I was really hoping I could get to 140...but I just don't see it. My body is saying I'm done! I think. Anyhow, I hope it doesn't mess up my P3 after coming off a FF. I figure P2 today, tomorrow and Wednesday no drops is sufficient, then start P3 Thursday. I'm very tired...I think 30 days on P2 is more than enough.

So here is to stabilizing in P3! Wish me luck ladies

Good luck sweetie! I wish it were me!!! .... 14 days and counting!

At the doctor's I'm up 2.0 which is better than I thought! WOOT! WOOT! I thought the doctor would fuss, but it was WORSE because she said, "I'm so sad, you're spending all this money and you're cheating...." I felt she was disappointed. I would have preferred yelling! HA!

I have been soooooo good today! I had black coffee with splenda for breakfast, L: chicken tenderloin, asparagus, 1 melba round, 1 honeycrisp apple, D: 100 g shrimp cooked with beef broth and 10 oz of cabbage, 1 grissini, and one cara cara orange....

Hoping tomorrow is a down day!

Hoping you all have one too!

Well learning to change bad habits starts with admitting you were wrong and facing the music! So good for you! That is the hardest thing to do, admit wrongdoings. It sounds so easy, but it is difficult!

Tomorrow is a new day, remember that! I am sure you will kick butt these last two weeks! I should have 10 days more to go but I honestly can't! Me tired

We are all weary in this journey, but thank God we have each other. One of my first tasks in the morning is to check this board to see how all my friends are doing. It's important! We can hang in there ladies!

I was up a little this morning and I'm not sure if it is because of TOM and skipping 2 days of injections because of it, or because I tried something new lastnight. I went to Hot Yoga (yoga in a room that's 110 degrees), and I sweat like crazy! I had plenty of water to drink, but don't know if that would have a negative affect or not. What do all of you think about it? Should I continue doing it?

ldrof--sometimes exercise can cause you to retain, but hot yoga i would think would make you lose as you're sweating like crazy? Im thinking TOM has something to do w it. I would try the yoga again and see what happens. I love yoga! I used to meet some friends on the beach and do yoga--i miss it!

sounds like your round has been going swimmingly, marie! you know, I think it's the time of year that is making this SUCH a drag.

I really, really want to get under 205 before I pack it in. getting under 200 would be awesome, but I just don't know if I can stand it for long enough to get there.
