WOE: whatever works!
oops sorry for that mistake. LOL, I LOVE fat too which is why I love Atkins but I lose very slowly doing it after hitting a stall which for me was 168. I'm now 165 doing the omaha plan so I broke past that stall but from experience I usually stall again around 161 so this is good to know. Thanks!

Good Morning!

Hello all!

I had a busy and completely unremarkable weekend...but my house is clean, and my laundry is done (maybe it will put itself away while I'm at work today??). After day 4 of my FF I was down a whopping 6.8 lbs....that was an awesome transition into P3! I'm on Day 3 of P3 now and seem to be stabalizing around 172.2 (so far)...that's .2 below LDW! Yay! Final tally for round 2 was 21 lbs down...I'll take it! Made some P3 goodies on Saturday (oopsies and almond flour sugar cookies). Hopefuly the stabalization sticks...I'm planning another round for later this summer before vacation! Thanks to everyone for all the support! I lurk on this thread quite a bit and you're all very inspiring and supportive!

so diet wise I've been bad this weekend. which I knew I would. this P3 has been more like P3.5. so, more ON IT this week. starting tomorrow (I had a good low-carb dinner and then effed it up with ice cream. SHEESH), cleaner low carb. and after my two days of eating whatever (though not tons of whatever), I'm EXHAUSTED. very eye opening (lol)!

anyhoo...kicking off a new week, right?
Star! It's ok to be a lil bad! I did it myself this weekend! Blew my ff...but oh well! I had ice cream too...and cake...and cupcakes...and hash browns! It was sooooo good!
I am sure that you will be just fine this week though...you know what to do and you didn't let it get out of hand!
Have an awesome week!!!

Theresa - Sooo true - something I need to realize myself too.

Julie -

Natasha - how's JUDDD going so far?

Jeanette - WOW!!~!! Congrats on your round! You did awesome lady

Tonya - how was your mexican food? What did you get? I had alambra today. yumm.

Shirley -

Super busy this week and weekend. BF's bday was on Friday so we've been busy. On his bday I made lasagna (with dreamfields), Saturday we went to Rodizio Grill (it was a surprise thing for him - I told him we had reservations for 2 however I 'forgot' to tell him that 26 of our friends were also there. YAY he was surprised! Today we went out for mexican with his mom/gma and brother. LOTS of (99% LC) food, LOTS of sodium = water retention like a mofo! I was at the tippy top of my window on Weds/Thursday so Friday/Sat/today just knocked me out of it bigtime. Didn't weigh in today - I've realized that the scale has a drastic effect on my mood (mainly only when it's up) and I can't deal with that right now. I enjoyed Mexican with BF & his fam today and going to alternate correction and clean days for the week to get back in window. I think I'll weigh in again on Weds or Thurs.

I went to this website (Ideal Body Weight Calculator - HealthCentral.com) that I found in the JUDDD section and it told me that my weight is ideal...

My weight is ideal?!!? Ideal my A$$$$!!!! That's funny. Seriously...
It really is impossible to catch up if you miss a day or two! I tried that and it didn't work a few weeks back! Just have to jump right back in! It is sad how the scale affects our mood isn't it (or is it effects? ) I love it when it is down!
So glad your BF had a faboo birthday! I love it when you can pull of a big surprise like that! Way to go!!!
ummmmm, and i need to visit that website! I would love to know what it says about my ideal weight! Drs seem to think it is 135 or so....yet, when i had a bone density/weight test done several years ago....my bone/lean muscle was 159? How can that be? Do i need to have ribs removed or something?
If you are going to mexican today.....enjoy a bit for me! I think that is the type of food i miss the most! Fajita nachos! mmmmmmmm
But I think your alternating cd/clean days is a wise move and will get you back to your window in no time!!

I hope everyone else had a great sunday! Woohoo! Once less Monday till Summer vaca!!!

I weighed in today at 269.2. STILL technically .2 under my ldw window and today is R2/part 2 vlcd#1 so i'm ok with that weight! Though my coffee and I are missing the butter already! lol... HOWEVER, I am SO looking forward to dropping down into the 140s this round! woohoo! It has been probably 3 years since I've seen that weight!

Ok, need a consensus here.....back on the ranch... my BFF (who i guess is my sorta kinda bf? i don't know what is going on there...kinda hard to do long distance?) was having a huge b'day bash for an uncle...typical texas bbq/beer/partying type of thing and apparently I was the topic of discussion....his parents kept going on and on about how much they loved me and how excited they were that i would be "home" in two months, he kept telling everyone how excited he was and happy that he was getting to bring me home finally....etc....not sure what else was discussed...but I had sort of a mini panic attack when I "read" about all of this in a txt late last night. In my mind, though I do love him...he IS my BFF we STILL have never spent significant time together in a very long time, so I am thinking that maybe, just maybe we need to spend lots of quality time together before jumping off the deep end! But what worries me more is the panic attack i had when i read all the hype i was getting at the party?!? Am I a nut job???

Ok, ya'll have a super great day!!!

4/30 ph3 day 1 166.2

Okay today is scary. I made myself a little notebook of HCG info, calorie counting stuff and tips and rules for succeeding on phase 3. I also just learned to my shagrin that my ideal weight is actually 31.5 lbs lowers than I am now. Hmmmmm. Well at least it's not 167 lbs from here like it used to be. I guess I've aloud myself to just settle. That's not good! Baby steps for now. I lost about 11 lbs during this short round on hhcg. Praise the Lord! And I am determined to succeed in this phase 3 and REALLY follow directions. It's impossible for me to do that without following directions. Maybe for others its different, but I have flopped in phase 3 at least 2 or 3 other times.

166.2 morning after bathroom weight

Breakfast 2 eggs
1/2 TB butter
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 TB red pepper
1/4 c pork sausage
1 TB red pepper
1 TB heavy cream

Wow my first taste of fats in over 3 weeks. I slowly savored the flavors.

Lunch: 6 oz tuna packed in sunflower oil
1 TB mayo
mixed veggie salad with tomatoe, cukes, romaine lettuce, red peppers

Snack: Apple (I was gonna have fruit salad but I thought the better of it too DANGEROUS!)

Dinner: 6 oz baked or grilled salmon
1 TB lemon juice
brocolli 2 cups

snack: smoothie with lemon strawberries and stevia

nervous to weigh myself tomorrow!

I was THRILLED to see the same weight again this morning. WHY? My last 2 phase 3's I was 5-7 pounds ABOVE LDW within the first 2 days of phase 3 b/c I'd go bolistic and eat during transition or during the first phase 3 days. This transition has been very smooth and even after my up day yesterday I stayed the same, 155. My LDW is 154.4. Hubby is also just .6 above his LDW. He weighed 185 today and his LDW is 184.4. WAHOO!!!

Today is a DD. My menu:

Coffee w/ cream for breakfast.
Subway chicken salad for dinner (hubby and I have a TON of errands to run tonight starting at 3:30, so eating out is our easiest option)

I'm working on keeping my calories between 500-700 on DD's.

Hubby is keeping his 800-1000 on DD's since he is at a perfect goal weight for him.
His menu:
b: 3 eggs in 1 tbsp butter
l: Phase 2 taco soup, apple and 2 cups kefir
d: subway salad

I'm maintaining my exercise but will switch my heavy workouts to Up Day's. On DD's I'll do 2-3 aerobic miles, on Up Days I'll be doing 30-40 minutes of weights with 2-3 miles of aerobic walking.

Have a super day everyone!!

Good morning ladies! Lots of great progress happening here, everyone is so helpful and positive.

Well, today is my first CD, as I was exactly 2.1 up from my LDW. I think the red wine got the better of me last night, or perhaps it was the cheesecake strawberries (minus the graham cracker crumbs, sooo yummy)! I chose to do an egg day so we'll see how it goes!

Aerin - Thanks for the desserts. P3 cookies.. Are you kidding me?! I am off to the store tomorrow to make these after my CD!! And congrats on your P2 losses!! That was my goal, but I only made it half way on a 21 day round So the next round starts in a couple weeks!

I have a few more days sticking to P3 exactly, then off to Mexico during week 3 of stabalization. I am not too sure how things will play out... although I plan to do my best. So the plan is to start Round 2 after that.

have a great day peeps!

A little note of encouragement for you... a friend of mine went to Mexico on phase 4... and she came home still weighing LDW. She was thrilled! I have not idea what she chose to eat as we haven't talked in detail about it b/c she went into her next round shortly thereafter so we've been talking more about phase 2 stuff, but I know she was really pleased with how the trip went re: her weight.

You are so welcome! I have TONS of HCG P3 recipes. Most are NOT mine originally (I don't want to take credit for creating the recipes! I'm just a collector!), but were gathered from other sites or from various threads. Let me know if you want anymore posted! I think I like to torture myself when I'm in P2 by browsing for recipes that I can't make until P3. I definitely haven't tried all the recipes I've collected, but I'm prepared for just about any craving that might arise during P3!

For the record, I HAVE made and tried all the recipes I've posted on this thread...and those 2 cookie recipes are awesome!!

Good morning!! Forgot to update this thread today - losing it!!

Sunny-enjoy the FF! You dh sounds like a doll!!

Tonya-how was teh Mexican? I had taco salad for lunch here at home!

Fulty-hang in there. I'm a short round fan myself!

Amy-glad you had a fun w.e w/ DBF!! I'm going on vaca next week and taking a brief scale hiatus for a while myself. I'm sure I'm out of window today, and will likely be for a bit, but I have resolved to work on my overall fitness and health, and will pare back down the eating eventually.

Theresa-thanks!! I am on that same page. Losing the scale a bit and changing up the exercise. Also loosening the reigns a bit on the food choices in hopes of not being so binge like when I do indulge and not so restrictive when I don't. Glad you're not hungry!! And hope that weight just melts right off of you!!

Shirley-you're a big influence on me, whether you know it or not. I seem to be on a similar path these days, although a few weeks behind you most of the time! Thanks for caring enough to yell . I'm not quitting the exercise, don't worry. I just meant I need to reevaluate since it's causing me agita. I actually decided to switch up my exercise. I am also taking a page from your book and limiting the scale time. I will no longer weigh daily (first day today, which was hard!!) I have a challenge thread that I weigh Fridays, and I may even skip this one. We'll see. But overall I like feeling strong and lean, and being able to see my muscles. I am choosing exercise that I enjoy and will keep up with. Starting running again knowing that I will NOT keep with it is a waste of my time and effort. And, scale aside, exercise is good for me, and my figure!

I made a longer more detailed post on the P3/4 thread. But basically I realized I really don't like running. I am doing it b/c it's hard. Silly, I know. But I like to challenge myself. I will probably keep interval sprinting w/ walking in my routine, but am stopping the C25K. I will probably go back to zumba and may try some other classes at the gym. Mostly I enjoy weight training and will be getting back to that too! I like what it does to my body and love seeing my strength improve. I will keep a bit of cardio in there, b/c hiking and biking are fun and I'd like to be able to tackle bigger mountains w/ better stamina. But in my heart of hearts, I'm not a big cardio fan or believer. The running was more of a measurable goal w. specific training plans. But I did the C25K plan successfully 2 years ago, so I know I CAN do it. But, upon reflection, I realize the reason I didn't stick w/ it or increase my endurance in running after finishing hte program, was I really didn't enjoy it!! Exercise is hard enough if you can find something you like to do. I don't want to invest all this time into it, only to lose all that momentum.

So, my time is better spent pursuing something I enjoy and can/will stick with. And, I'm done w. dailiy weighing and CD's. I will weigh weekly for now, then reassess.

Sorry for those I missed. You've all been busy this morning!!

Hi All!!

Sunny- I too am anxiously awaiting you're weight in the morning after the FF

I think I've decided to try to go through May 8/9th. That'll be a 30 day round. Not exactly what I planned, but better than shorter This way I'll be in P3 for Mothers Day.

I'm curious about why the FF isn't like a cheat and doesn't set us back 3-5 days like a cheat would.

This has me really thinking. Apparently longer than 30 days is just too much for me, so I'm wondering if planning a FF halfway through a 40 plus day round would be the difference between stopping at 30 days or being able to do 46 days. Like do strict protocol for 21 days, a FF for 3 days, then back to strict protocol for another 22 days. Maybe then I could stay on long enough to lose 35lbs in a round. I'm interested in your thoughts...

I need to head in for lunch, I'm way late,

Cindy T

Cindy T
That is very interesting indeed! Why doesn't the ff act like a cheat? Maybe because there are no carbs? But what a way to break a stall and get a boost of wind in your sails for the second half of a round! I might think about that for later on!

I think I like to torture myself when I'm in P2 by browsing for recipes that I can't make until P3. I definitely haven't tried all the recipes I've collected, but I'm prepared for just about any craving that might arise during P3!

For the record, I HAVE made and tried all the recipes I've posted on this thread...and those 2 cookie recipes are awesome!!
haha! I totally do that all the time! My pinterest board for "stuff" i shouldn't eat is full and i watch the food network like crazy! Doesn't actually bother me too bad though...thankfully!
I did pull a bunch of p2 recipes off of the recipe thread and when i find something out on the web, i pin it so i can find it later!

I had to share!!! I came home planning on having shrimp and radishes...well, i bought lobster tails yesterday (sale!) So i thought...i want lobster "cakes" I made them w/ lots of spices, my melba ground up baked on foil for 15 mins. and while that was cooking boiled down some grape tomatoes (that were past their pretty stage) to make like a marinara to set the lobster cakes on....OHEMGEE!!!!! Love this! I have a thing of crab meat....i will be doing the same thing with! This is going in my "file" for later! They crisped up and didn't even need egg white!

I'm freezing and not even hungry after about half my dinner...so i'm thinking the rx is doin' its thing! However....my ankles are puffy! What gives??? I've already had 120 oz of water today....grrrrr! oh well, i'm gonna chill and read a book tonight!

Well you don't eat a lot on a FF...I stick to 1000-1100 calories...so that teamed with a major high fat intake aids in weight loss...the whole thing is a mystery to me...but whatever it works!!!

Just had tuna with mayo and bacon for dinner, it was friggin AMAZEBALLS!!!!!!! OMG OMG!!!!!!

My chocolate cream cheese muffin is just 2 oz cream cheese, 2 tbs ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbs heavy cream, bourbon vanilla extract, and truvia....I melt the cream cheese and add it all together, and bake in oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.

My menu for today was

1 tbs HWC with coffee
2 eggs scrambled, w/ 1 tbs hwc and 1 tbs butter

lunch was my chocolate cream cheese muffin

dinner was
2 oz tuna
2 tbs dukes
2 slices whole foods bacon (from the butcher area)

Theresa good job!!! I swear for me rx is a blessing...no hunger...love it!!! Although today I wasn't paying attention and poked myself with my needle...that hurt! LOL

Sunny – That’s why I don’t do long rounds, I can actually see light at the end of the tunnel, but I’m cheering you on! I hope you’re sinuses are feeling better. I’m so sorry you’re struggling with your emotions. Sorry sweetie. I would love to see your FF menu/list. I may want to try that for a CD, if necessary. Thanks! I’m jealous of your breakfast this morning! YUMO!

Julie - $150 on your yard sale is better than my usual. Hope you were able to get rid of all the rest to fit into your new place. Did I ever your question about Dave Ramsey? Yes, we are Financial Peace graduates. Still working on some of the steps, but are in so much better shape than 2 years ago, and that’s with losing a job and changing careers for hubby. I love the starfish story! Saaa-weet! Hope you’re stabilizing well. When is vacation?

Cindy T – I hope you can make it your last few days. Those are the hardest. I’m actually counting meals now (3 meals from now, on Wednesday morning, I get to eat eggs, chicken thighs and CHEESE). Your prediction was right on day 1 anyway. Down 1.5 today! We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Tonya – you’re right about time flying by when you’re NOT in P2! LOL! Glad you’re weight is steady as a ROCK! Remember that old shop, 5-7-9? That was a great petite shop! You will find just the right clothes for your now rockin’ bod! Woot! Woot!

Theresa – so glad you’re in a good mood! I hope you’re still enjoying the FF. I am craving fats so badly! Only 36 more hours! Yes, I’m counting down the hours. I loved the story about how you’ve changed lives and rescued pitts! That made my heart so happy. You are truly sweet! I know this is not a vitamix, but Walmart has a great Ninja Master prep for under $40. I love mine. It’s got two sizes (one’s a processor and one’s a blender), I use them interchangeably. BTW, I thought the coconut manna was a candy. I will ask Shirley to clarify. On the BF: Don’t worry about your panic, it is completely normal to feel weird when people speak so highly of you, especially when you’ve struggled with your self-esteem. Of course, you have the choice of how quickly you two get to know each other again after all these years. He sounds like a sweetheart, and he was just trying to assure you. He will be patient, I feel sure.

Shirley – I can’t wait to try the manna. There is a new store opened near us that sells the coconut, so I will be working on that very soon! Is coconut butter and coconut manna the same thing? So glad you and hubs are doing so fantastic! So happy for you!

Natasha –It sounds like JUDDD is really gonna work! Woot! Woot!

Amy – We miss you! I understand about the personals. I feel like this is my lifeline! I went to the Ideal Weight Calculator and it depressed me. Being so short, my numbers are always off. Even my goal of 133 showed me still overweight. It made me sad. Boo Hoo! So it doesn’t work. I think I will go with Shirley and Julie and try to see what my body says!

Star – big hugs sweetie. I hope you’re Monday has been superb!

Hockeygirl – You rocked it, even with more calories. That’s awesome!

Shari – Hello! Hope you break 161 ASAP!

Adelinesdream- I totally get you! I just found out that my goal weight isn’t technically low enough. Just feel good about what you’ve done! OMWowzers! You’ve rocked the scale!

Aerin - 6.8 pounds seriously? That is so FANTASTIC!

Missbenz – you are absolutely on target to do a CD. I am a stickler about that too! WTG! and good luck!

VLCD1 - 182.0, VLCD2 - 179.0, VLCD3 - 178.0, VLCD4 - 176.5, VLCD5 - 176.0, VLCD6 - 175.0, VLCD7 - 174.5, VLCD8 - 174.0, VLCD9 - 173.0, VLCD10-172.5, VLCD11-172.5, VLCD12-173.0, VLCD13-172.0, VLCD14-171.5, VLCD15-171.0, VLCD16-170.5, VLCD17-169.0, VLCD18-167.5, VLCD19-167.0, VLCD20-167.5, VLCD21-166.0

Down a pound and a half. Less than 36 hours until transition day (eggs, chicken thighs and CHEESE!) and then P3! Woot! Woot!

Jeanette- I am SO glad the scale was nice!!

Sunny- your menu sounds like heaven to me right now!!

I'm actually feeling pretty good today with the hunger issues. I waited too long for lunch and just the fact that I could wait tells me it's way better.

This according to my doctor's office and that's what I love love love about Transition Day. On Day 1 & 2 after your last injection do VLCD. Then on Day 3 you have the following: eggs for breakfast, steak and hunk of cheese for lunch, and the same for dinner. I am just changing the steak to chicken thighs with skin on for the steak. There are no amounts given, so ENJOY! It's so exciting not to have to go that third day.

Theresaaa, you're cracking me up girl! I want to try my best to keep up with everyone, although it's getting harder and harder. Our group has really grown! Woot! Woot!

I would not add any new exercise during P2, just my thoughts. Have a great weigh in tomorrow!

That is good news Cindy!

You all may laugh, but I had grapefruit today. I think grapefruit had a bad rap from my childhood. It was so delicious, I wanted the whole one! I'm so gonna eat grapefruit again! Wow! Wow! Wow! If you had asked me yesterday would I eat grapefruit, I would have said, "No way, I don't like them." So funny, but I forgot my orange, and it's what they had in the cafeteria. LOVE. IT.

Theresa - I definitely think spending some quality time with Mr Man is important before you can figure out what you 'are', just to make sure. Gotta ease back into it I think. And.. you're doing another round in July/Aug?! Might join you depending on where I'm at.. You mention bday bashes - is it your bday in Sept? Mine is I've been wanting to try yoga for a long time but just haven't gotten around to it.. You'll have to let us know if you go

adelinesdream - WOW you've had some great progress so far!

Aerin - Thanks for the recipes, I have a whole stack of stuff that I want to make still, sheesh! So little time, too many recipes.

Shirley - congrats on staying so close to LDW in your first couple days I'm going to follow your JUDDD progress - hope it works well for you and hubs!

Brea - I'm doing an egg day today to counteract the foods from the last few days. I hope it works well for you, you'll have to let us all know! I'm jealous of your Mexico trip! I've been looking at vacation stuff for a while - pondering going somewhere as a reward once I hit 155 (-100).

Julie - I'm with you - that scale is just not my friend. I need to start living and not obsessing about it. *sigh* I'm DONE!!! (but I'm not done... )

Cindy -

Jeanette - YEAH YOU!!! Nice round!!

Amy

Didn't weigh in today, sodium overload from the past few days and don't want to deal with a #. (Possibly TOM too? I don't get the 'main' symptom but I get the bloat and gain...) Did an egg CD today to start to get things back in line, tomorrow might do GYCD or just a clean day. I was planning on waiting until Weds/Thurs to weigh in but.. ugh I don't know. If I feel that I'm not retaining water in the morning I might just do it so I can have some sort of idea where I am. Yarr!

Was thinking of moving into JUDDD when I'm back in range or at the bottom of my window. (I'm on P4D26?) I've been spending a lot of time in their forum and it makes sense, planning 500 cals is easy for us vet HCGers so that will be smooth sailing. Like I've said many many times, I just want to be done. Maybe JUDDD might help me get to my "happy place" with my body/weight. I really want to see 155 but honestly I'm not sure if I will be happy there. I have a lot of work to do still. Time will tell I guess.

HUGS for you all!

I couldn't agree with you more! Now just to get him to see this! lol...for once in my life the tables are turned!
My b'day is the 6th, BFF's is the 5th and my dad's is the 4th! So that week is a big bash!! (sept.) I do want to do a short round at the end of july so that i can be well into p3 by sept! I might try a short yoga stretch in my living room just to see how my body likes it right now. I loved it when i did the power yoga...and for those thinking it is an easy feat....HA! It kicked my arse! I was just a beginner, but there were 60+ year old women (not that 60 is old!!!!) in there lapping me so to speak in the stretches and moves they could do! Impressive to say the least! But some light stretching couldn't hurt right? I looked at the ttap stuff but i just confused myself!

Ok i keep hearing noises outside....normally no big deal...but this is savannah...crime central! Dogs are sacked out at the foot of the bed though...so i'm not gonna stress till they do!

Ok, i'm a little tired, had a clean day, only one serving of melba, both fruits and lunch and dinner....lots of water....bring on the morning! I AM NOT AFRAID! ok, maybe a little bit! but i want to see some losses!
Ya'll have a great night and i will see ya in the am!!!

First... I'm honored to have the opportunity to encourage you in any way! Second.... THAT is SOOO cool... you realizing what is best for YOU! See I would NEVER chose running b/c I HATE running! Personally I think that running is not wise to do long term, it stresses the body too much and can cause issues with the thyroid and adrenals.... and we has women have enough struggles in those area's!! :-) I'm so proud of you for weeding through this and looking to find the type of exercise and toning you ENJOY.. that is the only way you will stick with it!! I'm actually really enjoying Leslie Sansone's walk aerobics and want to get a new CD sometime this summer. I also like the Total Gym hubby bought for us. I can handle it and it challenges me too... and since I'm just beginning, only about 6 weeks into using it... there is still MUCH more I can learn and do with it. I like being able to do BOTH of these things in my home. We only have one vehicle so going to the gym would be impossible with hubbies work schedule and the farm stuff. Working out here is a great fit for me... and I look forward to checking it off my "to do" list each day!

I'm still not totally comfy with not weighing after doing so for almost a year! BUT it is easier to relax and go a few days here or there without the scale. I'm finding to that it is helping me to be more peaceful with my "view" of my weight, body, and food!

Coconut Manna is the Nutiva brand of coconut cream. There are many other companies that sell it but just call it coconut cream. It is simply creamed coconut.

Now, you can take that creamed coconut and make it into yummy candies with chocolate, coconut oil, nuts, more shredded coconut, etc. There is also a recipe out there for lemon truffles... I think someone posted it here a few days ago.

When you make coconut manna it will be creamy but as it sits it will get hard as a rock. You have to soften it by putting your glass jar or container into hot water and stir. It has a peanut butter like texture.

I like softening it, adding a bit of cocoa powder, stevia, more virgin coconut oil & some mac nuts and putting it into little mini muffin papers. I make several 'candies" at once by putting different things in the papers. I make a row of each of the following: shredded coconut, chopped pecans, chopped macadamia nuts, and I leave some empty. Then I scoop 1 tbsp of the chocolate manna mixture into each paper. I cool it then put them into a container and keep it in a cooler room of my house or the fridge. The coconut manna/cream gives the candy a smoother texture than the cocoa crack candies.

YOU GO GIRL!!!
