OMG SUNNY!!!!! HCG ATTACKED MY BUTT! I already had my Grandmothers body shape which is round tummy and no badonkadonk, but a little butt, but pretty much flat at the top instead of poking out - so sad I know...Anyway it's almost pretty much GONE now! I'm so sad! My Cousin who's 350ish pounds and has a HUGE BADONK makes it such a point to point out that I HAVE NO BUTT! I was like WOW! I told her I'd rather be slim and not have much butt! She said oh yea I agree but this is what God gave me and I said same here...I just got really p'd off! But I am just taking it as she's jealous! UGH! Sorry had to rant!

I never had a huge bubble butt, but I did have one! now it's just sad...LOL...Theresa, I should get the brazilian butt lift videos hahaha

Thankfully it hasn't attacked my boobies! I had huge tatas before my reduction and no matter what size they stayed! So now, they still are the same size as after the surgery. Thank GOD! Otherwise I'd be flat chested

I actually want to order the bbl videos! I totally want to do some pole classes when i get smaller and back in austin. I've got a friend who does it and she claims it is a killer workout!

Ok guys! HELP! When should i start the rx hcg? after the ff or tomorrow?

Hey there! I totally appreciate all of the recipes! They look amazing! I was googling recipes today and saw one on some recipe site and aerin8 came up and I thought "hmmm, i wonder if that is our aerin8?" Sure nuff! I'm sure it is!

When would you start on the rx if you were me? do a few days of the ff on the pellets then switch over to the rx? i'm so confused and i don't do change well! I panic! lol

Sunny- Nice inch loss!!! Welcome to the "I used to have a butt club", and I agree, I'll take my new "skinny no butt" self any day!

Amy- That's all we get? You must be very busy! Hope everything's going well for you!

Natasha- how's the JUDDD going?

Cindy- STS is all good, we know that's when the inches move. Hope you have a nice loss tomorrow.

Theresa- I have no experience with the FF or RX, but maybe for your own sanity you should do a couple days of FF and then start back. Maybe treat the last FF day like a mini re-feed to help kick off the 1st week losses?
Prob keep it low carb, high fat, and higher calories. Just a thought, but you know we all support whatever you decide to do.

I agree try FF for three days then start the rx with a clean P2....well and your cream lol

I woke up late today! Ack! Not cool since I drive 35-40 min to work...oh well so I'm late
What are they gonna do? Fire me? Nope! Hehehe

It took me a good 20 min to decide to weigh myself, I was seriously thinking not too and weigh tomorrow lol...but curiosity took hold and I did...weigh in at 139.8!!!!!!!
A loss of 4 oz...not much but I'll take the fact that I'm finally in the 130's!!!!!

Repeating yesterday’s menu actually worked, and I officially am in Virgin Fat Territory! The lowest I got to in WW was 168, and I started gaining the very next day. I never maintained it. By the first week in WW I gained 4 pounds. I never want to do that again! I am so happy learning how to maintain. After this round, because I’m on Rx, I have to wait 12 weeks. That is going to teach me so much about maintenance.

I’m beyond excited, I’m actually in shock.

My Almost Repeat Menu:
B - 24 oz. Coffee with 5 drops of liquid splenda
L – salad (sweet butter lettuce), orange, apple cider vinegar, chicken breast (mix ACV with squeezed OJ, and a pack of Ideal sweetener and pour over salad).
D – 93/7 ground beef (on Wednesday day I did ground turkey) with chili, cumin, garlic and onion seasonings on it, sautéed with fresh tomatoes (on Wednesday I did canned tomatoes). I doubled my portion on tomatoes and did not eat a second fruit.
S – 3 Melba seasame rounds (45 calories total)

Should I try it again? I would have to use ground turkey or chicken because I already used my portion of beef this week. I know turkey is not on strict protocol but I like using it.

You probably found all of my P2/P3 and FF recipes on Key Ingredient

Honestly, I continued taking my hHCG while I was on the FF. If you've already been taking it, I would think that giving it a chance to get out of your system in the next 72 hours, then trying to start P2 might make your first couple of days of P2 rather difficult. I dunno... just my opinion.

I'm actually on day 4 of my second FF now (using it as a transition into P3). So far I'm down 5 lbs in 3 days

GOOD MORNING LOVELIES!!!
yes, it was a great morning! I was down .2 (lol...not the biggest of losses! haha! but a loss!) from my first day of ff! AND i chowed on some pork side (2 pc) last night so i know it was kinda high in sodium...but omg....melt in your mouth goodness! So, I'm continuing today and Saturday...haven't decided about sunday yet or not...see what the scale says sunday morning...but i gotta tell ya, i love me some fat! Just not on my body!

As for the "badonkadonk...yeah, that was the one hispanic/native american gene i got from my mom! It was not the exotic features or olive complexion...straight up "white" welsh genes from my dad...and his man calves! THANKS dad!!!


Hey Tonya....if I'm gonna do a mini reload can I have a cuppycake? I confessed to my kiddos that Miss Jones has a crush on Duff Goldman AND Guy Fieri...we were doing a cupcake/muffin project and they cracked up! Started kidding me...i told them if they really loved their favoritest art teacher of all time...they could send a letter to Duff explaining the situation and get him to deliver a red velvet art cake to me! Kinda like the kids in England who wrote to Johnny Depp and explained how they had too much homework and needed his help on a mutiny against the teacher....guess who shows up to the elementary school in FULL Capt. Hello!!! VFT!!!!! THAT is exciting! I can't imagine how good it must feel!!!!!
WOOHOO!

I say go for it one more day and see what happens! You know your body likes those foods! I think I am going to seriously try to cut back on the beef! I was eating it more than 2x a week for sure...but i HATE dry chicken breast! I could live on lobster crab and shrimp if i could afford it!

Are you waiting the 12 weeks because it is your third round? That was why i was trying the hhcg...i wanted to push my round a bit to maximize my time before i go back home and then not start again until AFTER the b'day bashes in september! I might do a short round before then though....in the middle of the summer. IDK...


On a TMI note...my beloved butter coffee is doing a number on my GI system... whoa, and i went to bed last night i was a bit woozie...i quess from all the fat in my system? I wound up almost 90% fat. I wonder what would happen if it were near 100%...that would be hard to do though...and the thought of not having pork side while i can???

Thanks for sharing the menu --you may ignore my question about it from another thread . I am so happy for you and seeing someone succeeding gives me more power/hope!
I am HHCG (Pallets) R2 VLCD5 --my 4th weight in earned me a 8lbs loss --not bad! I am actually very thankful

OMG Sunny! 130's! You're doing GREAT! I don't remember ever being in 130's! LOL I think I was down to 155 and I was skinny looking but I'm 5' 7" so that works for me.

Well ladies! I'm taking half a day off heading down to Barnesville to watch my twin cousins band perform at BBQ & Blues Festival today at 5pm! Today is an Up Day for me WOOT so I can endulge in the BBQ NACHOS (to die) and Curly Fries and some alcoholic drinks. I'm stopping at Ingles Deli too to get my Mom and I some BLUE CHEESE STUFFED OLIVES! OMG!!! Anyway, sorry to bore most of ya'll P2'ers w/ my eats today...I've lost 1.5 on JUDDD since Monday. But I am just trying out the diet and hoping to maintain what I've lost on HCG until I go on vacation in 3 weeks. So if I lose a few great, but def don't want to gain any! Tomorrow also going to a Festival so praying I can not eat much! Taking my pure protein shake, 2 hb eggs and a protein bar with me!

Aerin- Nice losses with the FF! When do you start P3?

Theresa- That's so cute about the kids, cupcake and letter! Can you imagine if they actually wrote it! I would go and enjoy the cupcake, maybe a little more before you start, but maybe just keep it to one day. First day w/o CO. I'm ok w/ it. I really hope it's the culprit. It's much easier to give up than eating in general . Although, I really do NOT like running. So, if the CO isn't the trick, maybe I should give up the running? No, that's just my lazy side talking. I know it's good for me. I know exercise is important. But, I also know gaining weight and getting bigger isn't fair when you're working hard.

I'm down 2lbs from my chicken thigh CD yesterday. Eating egg salad and leftover chicken thighs today. Not sure about dinner yet. I don't want to do any more CD's. I'm going to keep it LC this weekend and see where I am on Monday. Giving the CO time to leave my body and see what that does. I'm trying not to obsess, but to be in control of my food choices. Hopefully it will get me back down, and "I can have that later" will really be true for me. Eating LC is WAY more fun that VLC or even CD eating. I need to keep that in mind as I face endless temptation this weekend.

Is Jose Cuervo light margarita mix and tequila considered LC? I hope so, b/c after tomorrow's yard sale I expect to be having some.

TOMORROW is Phase 3 I can't wait! The fat fast is enjoyable, but I always feel a little sick to my stomach. I'm very excited to re-add more protein and vegetables to my diet. I would love to see another 2 lb drop tomorrow to cushion my window a little, but overall I'm very happy with the results so far. Thanks so much for the encouragement!

hi all!

I took a couple of days off posting and yeahhh. stress city, man. I went up over 200 ( ) but brought myself back to LDW with a FF day. this weekend is going to be very, very difficult (too much social stuff, especially on sunday when I'll be at a tattoo convention for probably most of the day with limited choices), so I'm already planning to do a FF on monday and tuesday. I wanna be BELOW my LDW for once! and also just make the best possible choices on the weekend. of course.

sounds like everyone is either doing great or on their way to doing great! happy friday, guys!

theresa, my favourite celeb cook is chuck hughes. I met him once, and he's SUPER charismatic, nice, funny, and cuter in person! lucky his gf, he's a cool guy AND he can cook!

Jeanette - Thanks for the reply on the calories. I'm reading and trying to keep you with you all, so much to learn! lol.

I'm almost a week into Maintenance and seem to be stabalizing well. I havent gone up or down more than 1.5lbs so I think I'm doing something right. I just made the cream cheese muffins but am looking for some more yummy P3 foods (so many options!). Anyone have a favourite recipe they want to share?!

I have another round starting May 13th so I hope to be ready for the next one. Reading up on FF days and JUDD! BTW, is there a thread about JUDD?

These are some of the recipes I have gathered from various sources and LOVED on my last P3. Enjoy!!

P3 Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients
˝ cup butter, melted
6 eggs
4 tablespoons Splenda or sweetner of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
˝ teaspoon salt
ľ cup sifted Organic Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
˝ cup milk

Directions
Blend together eggs, butter, sweetner, vanilla and salt. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps. Add milk. Pour into greased 9×5×3 inch or smaller loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.


P3 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2˝ cups Blanched Almond Flour
Ľ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
˝ teaspoon baking soda
10 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
ľ cup Splenda
2 eggs
1 cup sugar free semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions
1.Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2.Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl.
3.Mix wet ingredients into dry.
4.Form 1/2 inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
5.Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
6.Cool and serve.


P3 Almond Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
2-˝ cup almond flour
1-Ľ cup Splenda
˝ cup brown sugar Splenda
˝ cup butter, at room temperature
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
˝ cup slivered almonds (optional)
additional Splenda, for decorating

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat. Stir together flour and Splenda. Blend in butter, egg and vanilla until well mixed. Add Almonds. Form into 1-inch balls on a cookie sheet and flatten each with a fork. Sprinkle with additional Splenda. Bake for 8 minutes or until set but not brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet then remove to wire racks to cool.


P3 Ricotta Pancakes/Waffles

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten until fluffy
Ľ cup Ricotta Cheese
4-6 drops stevia
˝ tsp. Baking Powder
Ľ tsp. Cinnamon
⅛ tsp. Nutmeg

Directions
Add all ingredients to beaten eggs and mix until well blended. Spray waffle maker with MCT or other cooking spray. Pour into waffle maker and cook as usual. I have also done this like pancakes. Just as yummy! Top with toppings of choice: butter, strawberries, blueberries, no-sugar added syrup.

Healthy P2 Friendly Strawberry Jam:

Take a handful of Strawberries, cinnamon, Stevia, 1/2 tbs lemon juice, blend together, or put it all in a zip lock bag, smash it all up and …voila….Strawberry jam

or top with:

Maple Butter (melts and tastes just like butter + syrup)

Ingredients
1 cup butter, divided (˝ cup melted and ˝ cup softened at room temp)
2 tsp maple flavored extract
1 packet Stevia or Splenda
1 tsp Brown Sugar Twin (or brown diabetasweet)

Directions
Stir the maple extract and both artificial sweeteners into the melted butter. Combine the melted butter with the softened butter. Serve softened to room temp, but store in fridge between meals.

HCG attacked my boobs but left my butt as-is. I should be happy but now none of my pants that used to fit at this weight fit. =(

I have quick question about the ff... Can this be used as a correction day on P3, or does it need to be done for several days? Sorry, I've never heard about a ff until this thread.

FF is for when you are on Atkins induction, so for us, P2 when you are stalled..some people use it on Atkins to get back on track, but the reason it was created was to move people who have a slow metabolism and are either stuck or move really slowly. I used it last round on P2 because it took me a week to lose 1 ounce...painfully slow. It can be used for 3-5 days in a row then you go back to P2.
FF is great but you do get hungry and it can be somewhat dangerous to use if you do not fit the above criteria. I have the Atkins book and it mentions how it should only be used in those situations as you can have an electrolyte imbalance. So to answer I wouldn't use it for a CD on P3 but I know some people do...whatever floats your boat

For P3 CD's some faves of the girls are, chicken thigh day (6 -7 thighs) GY day, steak day, and the one I use is a multi protein day consisting of coffee HWC and GY for breakfast plain with truvia...lunch is tuna salad with Duke's mayo and a cup of lettuce, dinner is a huge 14 oz ribeye steak only....I lose about 2 pounds....last time I did a chicken thigh day and lost 2.5

Good Morning lovely ladies!!!

So after having a panic attack at 9:00 am and wanting to scream (Principal and AP not reading my emails and listening to my instructions before sending a response trying to make me look like I am not doing my job!) I finally decided to weigh myself lol....
I'm at 139.4....so I am averaging 2-4oz losses now...which means getting to my 130 goal might not happen...I will give it a few and see but I'm up for suggestions on getting the scale to move a lil faster. I was actually thinking of doing a FF the last week and seeing if that can still garner me a 2-3 pound loss like last time.

I still have squishy tummy...sucks! I remember when I weighed this 10 years ago I had a flat belly
I am wondering if it is due to my breast reduction the fat shifted elsewhere, meaning my tummy area? Sigh'

I don't see the HCG tackling my abnormal fat much lol...at this point I'll have to spanx myself if I want to wear a form fitting dress haha...thin all over except for stomach and thighs...hmmm...

Today is our gig and we're having a good turnout! Hope it doesn't rain though, so prayers and good vibes for no rain!!! Rain equals to people not showing up and we need a crowd! I always get nervous my voice will crack...it never does, but prayers would be great too for that

Ok, so I have a question (that may very well make you all hate me, lol) -- I'm on day 2 of the VLCD -- and I am literally having to force myself to get in calories. Is this at all normal?? Yesterday, day 1, I had some coffee for "breakfast," work got insane so I didn't eat "lunch" until around 5 (which was actually fine given my schedule right now; I'm moving tomorrow so everything's chaos), and I had some chicken & spinach. "Dinner" rolled around about 10:30, and I was like "ugh, food....." but made myself eat (some leftovers from lunch, plus an apple). I could barely finish it.

Today, I had a couple cups of tea for breakfast, as the coffee maker is packed (I know, I know, what was I thinking ), just now sitting down for lunch -- chicken & cucumber slices & an apple -- and I'm staring at it like... this is just too much.

I'm measuring all my food, so I'm not making too much of anything, but yeah, it's daunting to get it all down, already.

I'm halfway expecting to wake up in a day or two and just be ravenous, but... I don't know, I had a hard time getting in too many calories on my load days as well. It's strange!!

Plus side, I'm down 2lbs since yesterday!! YAY!

Sunny! Good luck on the gig! I think that is soooo cool ya'll have a band!! And I am sure you look pretty darn amazing even w/o the spanx! But i'm with you....i didn't notice a great reduction yet in the flabby areas...but i still have a LOT to go!

I don't know if you are on hhcg or rx...but last round i was on the rx and never wanted to eat...it was hard sometimes to even force it down...but don't skimp on too many calories! I had a cpl of days in the middle where i had a tad bit of hunger but it was never uncomfortable! Good luck to ya' and way to go on the 2lbs!!!

Ok, so had a great time last night....diet? what diet?!? I was going to just have a shot or two of patron....yeah...not so much! My friend and his wife first took us out to dinner...she is on hcg too so it wasn't weird when i just ordered grilled shrimp appetizer for dinner! BUT then we go to the bar (they are friends with the owner....that is never good! lol) So yeah, i lost count at 4 coronas, three shots of patron, and two jello shots.... Keeping in mind, i haven't really drank in probably 6 months? AND i've been living on 500 cals for two weeks??? yeah, that was me in the bathroom at 4am...after passing out first! lol...but had a durn good time! lol...i needed to cut lose a little! And i even got "looks" and hit on a bit! So, then we go to breakfast this morning...diet??? eggs, bacon, gravy and hash browns...now, none of it was huge...but STILL!!! HASH BROWNS??? But wait, there's MORE! I then decided what the hay! I want a red velvet cuppy cake! yeah.....i didn't take any hcg today...i will start the rx again tomorrow w/ a clean load mini load day and full steam ahead vlc on monday.
Please let R2 redo go much smoother than the first two weeks!!!!!
