ummmm, so the walden farms stuff doesnt stall ya'll???? I am SOOOOOO making the caramels if not! those look amazing!!! Glad you and Sunny are having a good round!!! I've had a few bad mood swings this round....but who knows it could be summer blues setting in! 34 more days! I told my principal today...though she already knew...there is no sanctity in trust anymore. She was totally cool and super supportive and i KNOW where the rumor mill got started! ![]() Are ya'll using your melbas this round? I didn't too much last one...saved them for just in case...BUT found myself up at midnight snacking on 2-3 of them if they were in the house! I'd rather not even have them around! I have a box of grissini that i use when i make my meatballs...which i always cheated and added an egg to! I can already tell that I'm gonna need to come up with some creative recipes this time around! |

Jeanette - You are SO Susie Homemaker! I didn't even have a food processor to mix up the chicken/cheese for my crust! LOL I have a MINI one but was way too small. Plus I used a regular baking sheet so needed more. Anyway, I ended up using my bullet but had to do it in 2 batches...YES! It's tha

Doing good, feeling better, and weight is back down to 119!!! P3D32 here, lol! I really do need to move on, don't I? I just wanted to be in my comfort zone first. Planning on adding something P4 either tomorrow of Friday, just really don't know where to start. Doesn't help that I'm really happy in P3, things are going so well I'm afraid to rock the boat. You are having an awesome round! So happy for you! It's got to feel so good! Loved your WF caramel candy, I just threw out a barely used jar from P2, now I wish I still had it! Julie & Natasha- Enjoy the Pizza! I made it yesterday and ate 1/3, had it tonight, and will enjoy the rest tomorrow! Theresa- Can't wait to see your 1st loss! Hope that puffy feeling is leaving! Shirley- Thanks for the info on skin brushing. I'm gonna have to try it, my arms and thighs really need the help! Sorry to anyone I missed! Hope you all have a nice relaxing evening! We cleaned 9 houses today, I'm beat and headed to bed. Tonya |

Hey girlies!!
First- the pizza was yummy!!! It's high in calories though . I had 3 peices, which puts me at 2200cals for the day!! So much for my high fat kinda' CD!! It's ok. All LC, and yummy. I will probably try a steak day tomorrow anyway to try and get lower in my window, even if I'm not up. I was kinda' high in my range this morning anyway, and would much rather be on the lower end. We'll see. Not sweating it.Sunny-hope the interview goes well and you're entirely yourself!! Jeanette-you make even P2 look like fun!! Keep up the great work!! Carmel candy? Craziness!! Theresa-you had the body lift? When? Was it awfully expensive? Painful? you say it was worth it? I'd love to get some lift done. Not likely to ever happen. Even if we get the money some day, there will always be other things it'll go for. It's not a bit deal. I'm actually doing quite well. Exercise will certainly help. I used all my regular lotions and shampoos/conditioners while on all of my P2's. As a scientist I'm not sure how the skin - digestion connection works. There's a lot of Simeon's theories that don't seem scientifically accurate. The hcg works w. his plan, but it has also worked well with other plans. So, it's tough to say. Hopefully the other lotions/jellies will work for you. I'm sensitive to mineral oil and can't use that. everyone else!! ![]()

Julie - nice job on the -2.2 GYCD! I'll take any loss I can get on a CD
Natasha - both of those spinach recipes sound yummy! I'll have to make something like that soon Sunny - congrats on the interview! I'm sending you happy thoughts Jeanette - those caramels look tasty! I still need to make that dang pizza crust too!! I think I might do roasted garlic with mushrooms and spinach. ooooh yes. Tonya - Yay for 119!! What are you thinking about adding in? I should probably start adding more things also, but, I want to see 15something so I'm taking it easy. Got results back from the doc today - everything is ...normal. WTH!?! I couldn't FUNCTION a few days ago.. I really hope whatever it was doesn't come back! NOT FUN! I definitely need to get a tan somehow - I'm going to be in a wedding in early July and I'm already going to be the whitest girl there (no joke - it's a traditional Indian wedding. This is pretty close to what I'll be wearing). I'm really looking forward to it .I was volunteering tonight so I didn't get to the gym, kept it super simple with foods which ended up almost being an egg CD (on accident). Eggs with zucchini for breakfast, coffee with H&H at work then I made scrambled eggs for lunch/dinner because its super easy and only had 15 minutes to get it ready on my lunch break. Don't have time to eat while volunteering so I just made a huge batch and split it, had the second half (dinner) on my last quickie break at work. Also made a frappe at lunch too with HWC. Numbers ended up being 1539/116.8/31.5(28.2 net)/86. I'm hoping for a good number tomorrow - send me happy thoughts ya'll! Oh hey and I just won some tickets to a concert on Friday!! YEAH!! BF and I already have plans in the evening but we'll go to the concert immediately after our other stuff.Hope everyone has a nice evening and sees some good numbers in the morning!

Theresa, hang in there, the school year is ALMOST over! Yeah! And then HOME and BF! woo hoo!
Natasha, I love to cook! More importantly, if I couldn't make substitutions I don't think I could do this at all! Have a great day! Plan on checking out JUDDD some more this weekend when I have time. Tonya, don't fear P4. I started off adding things like steel cut oats, and refried beans, and I did great with those. I know how carb sensitive you are, so just know I'm thinking of you. Happy you had negative test, but hope the symptoms NEVER comes back to bother you again! Julie, you can reduce the calories in the pizza crust by doing RF cheese, and light cheese and lots of veggies on top. Personally, I can only eat 1 piece, and when I try 2 I am STUFFED! But I LOAD it up! LOL! Have fun packing today! I would be with you on the lotion, but I had an experience that made me wonder: I had a student on the ketogenic diet (for seizures) and was not allowed any sugar or it would take her out of ketosis. She used a "sweet" lotion, and that's the only thing they could figure out that took her out of ketosis. Her mom had to buy a special lotion for the diet. So, it makes you go "hmmmmmmmm?" Amy, what are you volunteering to do? Have a fun weekend and enjoy the concert. On your stats, what is the order you put them in? Is it calories/fat/carbs? Well, the WL fairy couldn't come EVERY SINGLE DAY now could she? It was only a matter of time. I stayed the same today! But it's all good. I had a good long streak, longer than I've ever had, so I will GRIN and think happy thoughts! LOL! Really, though I feel great, because I look amazing in my jeans. I will take pics today and post if I have time. Load Day 1-180.5 Load Day 2-179.5 (???) VLCD1 - 182.0 VLCD2 - 179.0 VLCD3 - 178.0 VLCD4 - 176.5 VLCD5 - 176.0 VLCD6 - 175.0 VLCD7 - 174.5 VLCD8 - 174.0 VLCD9 - 173.0 VLCD10-172.5 VLCD11-172.5 (half way through R3! Woot! Woot!) Hope the scale is kind to all, big FAT hugs! MWA MWA!

142.6 today!!!!!!!!!!!
Heck yea!!!! So I have to talk to my principal before tomorrow just as a common courtesy but I can't ever get in to see her majesty, very frustrating! I'm just goin to have to try and squeeze in or stalk her today lol...we have a guidance meeting so after I'll ask if she has a minute. In reality I don't have to say anything as its my right to transfer and she can't stop it but since she's so not a nice person and in education you never know when you might see that person again, I don't want to piss her off... Anyhow I hope you guys have an amazing day!!! That pizza btw sounds AMAZEBALLS!!! Yummmm!!! Ttyl!!

Ok ladies, so the Cardinals game was great, of course we kicked butt
! And what was even better is that I found out that one of my friends that went with us is also doing hhcg, so we were able to help each other out throughout the night. All I had was water and all she had was iced tea that she made at home ![]() . She said that she was so glad that I was there and told her I was on hhcg because she actually planned to cheat and eat a hot dog. She's doing awesome, I couldn't believe it when she told me that she's lost a total of 90lbs from just one round , but this was because she stayed on it for 71 days. She just started R2 this week, just like me.Anyway, today is VLCD #3 and I lost a total of 2.2 this morning which leaves me with another .6lbs to get to my pre-load weight.

Also posted in P2 thread, but thought I would ask some of you ladies also. Have any of you guys have ever had buffalo/bison meat? I saw in the Pounds and Inches book that we can have this during P2. I went and bought some yesterday but I'm not the type to eat any strange meats so I'm kind of leary about it.

Jeanette - I volunteer for the USO out here at the airport helping at the center and random odds and ends things, lots of fun! For my ****** numbers I list them in order that they show up on the site - Calories / Fat / Carbs (-fiber)/ Protein. I can't wait to see new pics!! YAY!
Theresa - hope your day goes well and the letter submission goes smoothly. Natasha - Looks like you're stabilizing for the most part I haven't been to CFA in a LOOOONG time! I used to love their breakfast chicken biscuits and the normal sandwiches.. I've yet to have a salad there though!Sunny - You go girlie!! Hope the meeting with her majesty goes smoothly - still sending you happy thoughts for tomorrow! Tonya - YAY -1!!! Seeing your #s definitely reminds me that I need to UP UP UP mine when I want to focus on maintiaining, I'm still pretty low. Hi Tiffany! Bison is super tasty! It's very lean and definitely preferred over beef (if it's on sale, sometimes it can get pretty pricey)-- VFT!!! 159.5 today!!! YAY!!! ![]() |

Morning girls. Just a quick pop-in. I'm getting a Brazillian blowout tomorrow on my hair (living social deal!!! ) and realized I can't color my hair AFTER it, so I neeed to run out and get highlights today!!
I guess it'll be Fantastic Sams, since it's short notice. The one near me has great stylists! I'm up 0.4 from my WAY high calorie day yesterday. Much better than I feared. Right at the top of my window. May try a steak day, but w. my planned runnign around, it's unlikely I'll pull it off. Maybe a burger day? We'll see. BBL for personals ![]() |

Natasha, so happy your closer to LDW! Woo hoo! Enjoy your CFA tonight! Sunny, good luck today! Tonya OMWow! I can't believe it, girl you are M-azing! Amy, woot woot! you are rocking the scale. Julie, we must have posted at the same time! I want a BBlowout! But it's like $300 around here...arghhhh! Ok, I downed 2 T of apple cider vinegar to make sure I got my "dose" today instead of putting in the salad (my salad froze in the fridge). OMgoodness, my stomach hurts! BAD, BADDDD IDEA! Tiffany, what an inspiration! So glad you had a partner last night! Yippee! Never had bison, but I love venison! I lose on beef, so that's unusual I hear! But I still only have it 2x a week. |

Jeanette-you look so beautiful!! And about 25!! You go girl!! The BBlowouts here are about $175-200, and this was a groupon for $79!!
I have always dreamed of having smooth straight hair!! Even when I flat iron it painstakingly, it's still not smooth enough for me . I'm trying to keep my expectations low so as not to be too disappointed. I'll try to post a pic tomorrow myself ![]() Tonya-Yay!! Glad you're back down!! Tiff-glad you're doing well on P2 and Amy- for VFT!!! Nice work!!I'm at the tippy top of my window and did NOT do a CD today. I've had 2 peices of the chicken/cheese pizza, a handful of cashews, few bits of froyo and my coffee/CO/HWC. I'm running tonight and will do a light dinner. We'll see where I land tomorrow. That would be an easier day to do a steak day. Which I suspect I'll need. But, c'est la vie!! |

I did have a full body lift. It started in 2006 w/ a round the world tummy tuck then four months later I had a breast reduction/lift/augmentation and a back lift at the same time then six months later I had my arms and thighs done. THAT one was painful, partly because they did some lipo also....however the arms and the thighs could have landed on a plastic surgery gone wrong magazine layout! NOT happy with them and will have them redone when i get back down below 200! The tummy/boobs I would do a million times over again! I was at one time over 400 lbs (about a size 32) and never thinking i would ever lose the weight Dad made the mistake of saying if you ever did he would pay for a full lift. Well, when I got down to 200 in 2006 (size 10 for me) mom said PAY UP! Now I kick myself everyday for allowing stress and life to cause me to get the better of me and i gained 100lbs back! I am praying now that i didn't do too much damage to my body and it will bounce back to it's post surgery self! I would say it was worth it...but i doubt you need "the works"....you look phenomenal in your photo!!!I wonder at times about the whole oil/skin thing...logistically it doesn't make sense...can the body absorb past the epidermis? I'm doing the protocol as close to as planned as i can...hard to find some alternatives to every day products! |

Don't stress at all...just be your AMAZEBALLS self!!! That cold is the worst! I dread that part...oh, well, and the loss of hwc! So were those inches from THIS round???? Even still AMAZING!!! That is great! I don't feel like i've lost all that much! Made your frozen caramel! And i tried the chocolate too! I'll let ya'll know how it goes! Do you worry about the ingredients in the walden farms stalling you? I'm going to try them in moderation...unless i find a stall. I'm praying for a whoosh tomorrow I have "pottied" SOOOOO much today, however, I had puffy ankles when i got home! I didn't have a lot of salt yesterday and lunch was tilapia w/ spinach. Hmmmm, PLEASE let me have a whosh in the am. I've had some self doubt w/ the hhcg...had some hunger twangs and food thoughts today. I don't remember having those at ALL round 1 w the rx. That combined w/ the .4 drop... Hoping it is JUST in my head! lolOur drama teacher is actually starting to take the hhcg too! She liked how i was losing and ordered hers yesterday!!! |
