Morning! P3D17 and at 191.5. I'm still at home working til DH gets my flat tire fixed. Thank god he was home! It's too cold for me to be out there! LOL
Star - DH is an owner operator with his own truck and delivers long distance refrigerated foods. He brought home about 2 cases of this Spicy PB from some brand w/ a monkey on it. I gave most of it away. Then he brought home only about 4 half filled jars of the white chocolate wonderful pb! I was so mad! He said I don't know why they only gave me samples of the chocoalte but tons of that hot stuff! He likes everything HOT but he never tried the PB! Anyway, I'm saving the white chocolate one and once in a blue moon will have a tbsp of it for dessert! Sunny - I am hoping to have a glass of wine Friday night. How in the XXXX can you eat 18 hot wings! OMG! I am stuffed after 7 normally. Have a good day ladies...Hope to be in the office w/o any trouble by 930am. My office is 30 miles from my house and I have to travel on 4 different highways. I've been blessed thus far!

Shelby - thanks for the clarification! I think I have a fried brain many days because I have so much going on - someone always talking to me - always needing me and I never have much time to actually sit and think things out! But, I love my life and wouldn't change it Sunny - I have been having my GY (Voskos) just ran out today. I mix mine with blueberries/some pecan chips. It is so YUM! Star - Welcome to P3!!!!!!!! Jeanette & CMarie - It won't be long! BaileysGirl - that white chocolate kind sounds divine! Okay, been drinking some White Chocolate Strawberry coffee lately and it s sooooooooo good!!! I went to buy the DD Strawberry shortcake and came home with this instead. I looked over the ingredients and it basically says the same thing the DD one says - Contains: coffee and artificial and natural ingredients. I drank it on my CD and still lost the 2.6 I needed to get back in my window. I am at 144.6 - .2 from my LDW I am still struggling with not eating too many calories but I did decide if I was gonna keep eating all these fat containing items I needed to exercise to allow for more wiggle room! This week I have already pulled out my treadmill and walked/ran two days. My ultimate goal right now - 3 day a week! Although, my running yesterday has left my knees kind of sore - I think I am getting old ![]() Have a great Thursday! It's almost the weekend! |

natasha, that's the stuff! I've been eyeing the white chocolate for a few months now. will have to get on P4. it looks SO delicious!
msgirl, thanks! I just inhaled breakfast: eggs with cheese, avocado, salsa and sour cream, and BACON. I can't believe how NOT stuffed I feel now, actually, that's disconcerting. I won't have trouble getting up my calories today, I don't think! |

Im afraid to weigh with all this water retention-i can feel it in my hands and feet. So i have decided to not weigh for a couple days while i flush out this salt with tons of water and tea. Hello all! Super busy, got a major work project due on Monday, and no time to do it! I weighed in the stupid same again. I'm starving for NOTHING!
So Sunday, 183.5 Monday, 185.5 Tuessday, 185.5 Wednesday, 184.5 and today 184.5 NO CHEATING! So what is going on? I'm totally ready to make today my LIW, and throw out the last two injections, but then I don't want today's weight to be my LIW. I'm so confused, and hungry. I've been feeling light headed and headache-y. Just so hungry. So done with this diet. I keep saying I can make it 4 more days, but I don't know if I can. I'm so discouraged (although I did celebrate on Sunday hitting the 50 pound mark, it was short lived) with being hungry.

Yay Star!!!!!!
Ended up having Puerto Rican roasted pork loin with avocado and tomatoes for dinner! Now having a glass of wine ![]() Oh Natasha usually I can only have like 6 but I was starving yesterday and just kept eating and eating...poor hubby only got to eat 7 ![]() Ms girl, voskos is just divine! Tomorrow I have a counselor appreciation breakfast (It's national school counselor week) at a really nice place. That should help my stress. I hate though that I have had an eye twitch for 3 days now. It's driving me nuts!!!! Trying now to relax...did some retail therapy at Kohls, got a cute outfit for tomorrow, I get so excited now I can buy size medium tops and 10 petite pants....lol...I look at how small the pants are and am like oh these won't fit, but then they do and I get so excited again LOL...I'm such a dork ![]()

Ok, I just have to say it:
I. AM. SO. DONE! After getting up this morning hungry and feeling really "stuck" again with weight the exact same as Sunday, I decided to make my LIW yesterday and get to Saturday and a P3 breakfast. I'm sorry, Jeanette, I know I'm bailing on you and I do feel bad about that, but my body is really wanting some protein and some FAT, and I know better than to break protocol so I'm headed to P3. Whether I do an "interrupt" and get back on in a week or two with pellets or drops will be determined by how I feel and if I can get a medical appointment date nailed down. Gotta run, clients waiting!

![]() ![]() to Jeanette and Cmarie! It seemed harder towards the end of my round! Just think....you are safe right now - you know what you can eat and what not to eat. Granted you are limited but I say enjoy it before you become like me! LOL! I CAN NOT SEEM to get full! I can't stop eating all these calories - they are all clean - eggs, cheese, GY but - I am pushing my calorie limit every day!!! I am still well within my window after my CD on Tuesday - but man, it is hard for me to stop eating....I need to NAIL MY LIPS SHUT!!!!! (Thanks Shelby for that idea I would share my menu today - but I don't want to make you even more miserable. Let's just say Riley's muffins and then one of Linda Sue's quiches almost caused an overdose |

I think everyone had a tough P2 this time!
all around.I am SO FULL, wow. nervous to weigh tomorrow! last round, it took me a couple of days to get NEAR "maintenance" calories. today? I got them RIGHT up there. like, the higher end of it! I remember shelby saying that you want to get those calories up ASAP, so I did it. already excited for coffee tomorrow! hellooo, breve! ![]() |

Well ladies, after 2 crazy weeks of trying to stabilize, I think I am going to call this last 14 days an interruption and go back to P2 for another week or so. Something has not been "re-set" despite 25+ days of straight protocol, my body keeps wanting to jump up to a previous setpoint. I want to be lower darnit so back to the drops/pellets I go so hopefully I can stick these 140's. So Jeanette, you'll have some company in your last week...

Thank God Shelby!!! I swear I work hard for a week then I cheat. I did it last night. It's not even sweets, it's food. I'm hungry. Seriously, I'm starving! I gained a pound so up to 185.5 (which is two pounds from my Sunday weight). I brought my chicken and salad for lunch. I've got to get it together. My cheat was ground beef, cheese, and peanut butter.
If I can just get back down to 183 I will be happy this round. That will be a 15 pound loss. I think with the hCG when you eat fat (like I have a few times on my cheats) the hCG just doubles it somehow and it is really bad to cheat on the diet. I would feel bad, if I hadn't enjoyed it so much! LOL! I am going to be strict protocol for the next 4 days, then BACON! I cannot wait until my first P3 day! I am barely making it! I know that on my next round it will NOT be 40 days! |

![]() P3D18 and at 192 which is my 2 pounds top of window. I guess it's my fault for having the cheats on the weekends. Hopefully tomorrow morning the scale will go down a bit. Thinking of having a small glass of wine tonight since my carbs will be low today. I made the zucchini crust pizza last night. It was pretty good although it burnt on the edges. I think I should have turned the oven down once I put it back in w/ toppings. Today is DH & I anniversary! He made me steak & eggs for breakfast! It's supposed to be bitterly cold here this weekend (finally - not that I want it) so we're going to go to Carrabbas on Valentines Day to celebrate both. B - steak, eggs w/ cheese, sf mocha capp L - chicken chipotle sausage, cabbage/onion sautee D - hot wings, celery & blue cheese S - strawberries w/ truvia Have a great day ladies and keep it ![]() |

Shelby - Please keep posting here - I love your posts - with the exception of the link to that fudgey peanut butter coconut thing. I made it last night and OH MY!!!!!!! I almost wanted to eat the entire pan!!!!! I am really having a hard time staying under 1800 calories!!! Sunny - enjoy your breakfast and have a great day - It's Friday! Jeanette - I know how awful that feeling must be!!! Hang on - P3 is on its way!!! Baileys - enjoy Valentine's day! I almost wish I could but it will probably be Outback for me with a big juicy steak and a salad! YUM!!!! Star - Yay! You made it to P3!!!! Okay - I think I got everyone! I am 144.6 today .2 from my LDW and I have no idea how! My calories worried me yesterday - I was over 1800 after making that fudge stuff! I am seriously needing help with portion control! But, truly enjoying my fat/protein. I have been so good to stay away from carbs and fast foods! My family has eaten several times, with me going to get it, fast food because we have had a busy week. I just come home make me something and feel good about. Last night, spinach quiche Have a marvelous Friday ladies!!! |

Per the original protocol, as long as you haven't been off the hcg for more than 14 days, you can go back on without loading for whatever amount of time that you like (obviously more time is better to make any new weight loss "stick"). I am going to do a mini-load today and eat regular P3 while taking the drops. Back to P2 tomorrow. Ugh. UNLESS I am completely surprised by a 4+ pound drop tomorrow... We can only hope...
![]() My bf -- OMG I wanted to just shoot him yesterday. MEN! First off, he was disappointed because he ONLY lost 1.2 pounds yesterday. 7.2 pounds in 3 days, mind you. This is after having and extra serving of protein and veg every day on his plan. THEN--HE ATE A PIECE OF CHEESE! I am just certain he will call me today complaining about another small loss. Like 0.9 or something. Gah! ![]() Relevant section of P&I... Unforeseen Interruptions of Treatment If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to at least 800 Calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day, as otherwise he will find himself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation. If the interval lasts less than two weeks the patient can directly resume doses and the 500-Calorie diet, but if the interruption lasts longer he must again eat normally until he has had his third dose. When a patient knows beforehand that he will have to travel and be absent for more than four days, it is always better to stop doses three days before he is due to leave so that he can have the three days of strict dieting which are necessary after the last dose at home. This saves him from the almost impossible task of having to arrange the 500 Calorie diet while en route, and he can thus enjoy a much greater dietary freedom from the day of his departure. Interruptions occurring before 20 effective doses have been given are most undesirable, because with less than that number of doses some weight is liable to be regained. After the 20th dose an unavoidable interruption is merely a loss of time.

So Shelby, how long do you "plan" to go back on P2? I'm considering doing mine an interrupt as well, but medical appts scheduling is my bugaboo right now. I can't be on P2 and be traveling to see a specialist - (well, of course, I could, but prefer not to have to do that) especially since I should be "proteined up" by then for the best results, don't want to have dieter's fatigue! LOL
AND how much do you "ramp up" calories on the last P2 day before you hit P3? I woke up hungry again and went ahead and had a regular looking serving of eggs and spinach. And I had steak last night |

up to 206 after my rather epic caloric intake yesterday. I wanted to stay below LDW, but I guess that's not really reasonable! going to eat slightly less today. I got up to about 2300 calories, today will be more like 2100. and more water...I'm puffy today, and I don't like it.

Okay ladies! I made it through lunch, and now I have dinner, then 3 more days. I hope I can get back to the 50 pound mark. I'm at 48 today.
