I only have found it at Whole Foods, the full fat...they have the sweetened ones and with berries etc. at my grocery store. I just am disappointed with Fage...why cut the fat in half, obviously people KNOW it has a lot of fat and I know many people who do eat the full fat and not on a low carb diet, especially if they have little ones...
Ah well, their loss, I'm a Voskos convert LOL |

so sad...My 2nd part of P2 is not going well, I am sick to death of protocol foods. I ruined myself for shrimp, scallops, tomatoes and onions in my 2nd round and now I am sick to death of chicken, beef, spinach, and even eggs. Now trying to eat clean foods but just keep it under 700 cals. Wish me luck...

Oh darn...I had a bit (teaspoon) of a port wine cheese ball, you know the ones with almonds? From Whole Foods, everything is great then I ate it, and noticed xanthan gum as the last ingredient
![]() I hope I didn't screw up too much....anyone have any info on xanthan gum, I know it's a thickener. I don't want to throw out my almond cheese ball ![]() But if I can't have it then hopefully it will keep for 2 more weeks.. WAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I hope this doesn't earn me a CD...snif' On a bright note, GOOD LUCK ERIN!!!!! You can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave up, I became weak after the FF LOL...which if I kept going I KNOW I'd be at 142 or so, but for me the extra two pounds wasn't worth it. My mental health just can't handle P2... On P3, I'm back to being myself, it's fantastic! How much longer? How are your losses? Keep your eye on the prize!

Xanthum gum is totally carb free and a plant-based thickener. I use it all the time. I use it for soups, stews, baking, etc. It's good and safe for all phases of hcg.

I am so stinkin' jealous! BOO HISS!
BUT YAY! for you! I can't wait. My mind is swimming with food ideas. Since it's Valentine's I'm going to make the mug cake. We've made it at school for home living twice already but I didn't have any.... |

Yep my mental health is struggling, lol! I have 15 pounds to go to meet my ultimate goal. I quit at this weight last year in my 2nd round, meaning to do another round, and gained what I had lost. So, it is taking me TWO rounds this year to get my goal instead of one, and I am bound and determined to do it! My losses may be slower but as long as I see a downward slope I am willing to put in the time. I would like to be done at least by St. Patrick's Day but I REALLY hope it doesn't take that long! AAAHH! Today I'm up to 700 cals, half of those from fat, so we shall see. My ratios were the same yesterday and I still lost a pound so fingers crossed. If I can incorporate more fat into my diet then I will be less tempted to cheat, which I have been horrible with on this round! I will probably pull out another fat fast before the end too...that worked wonders for me...
And I would SO chow down on the cheese ball, xantham gum is hcg friendly from what I'm told! |

Riley - I wanted to jump in and say - last night I made those breakfast muffins you mentioned in the P3 Big Breakfast thread. I haven't gotten to eat them yet due to my CD. But, they smelled awesome - they overflowed my muffin tins too!! Next times I will probably break everything up into 18 instead of 12. I only ended up using about 4 oz mozarella and 4 oz sharp instead of 8 each. Plus, I had cheese left over. That is a LOT of cheese!!! I thought it best to stop once my tins were full.
If all goes well with the scale I may have a couple tomorrow either for breakfast or lunch Thanks again for that recipe! |

I never do a CD before necessary either....I can't wait until the DAY! My daughter is 3 weeks in P3 and already starches and sugars here and there and has not had one single correction day! I'm so proud of her.
184.5 this morning. At least it's down! I just want to get to the 170's this round, but that's not looking good....6 more days of VLCD, then WINGS! lol! Have a great day all! |

BaileysGirl: no I am going to watch my eating instead of doing another CD. If I can't get some results then I will do another one. I would LOVE to do the nuts CD day but I am afraid to. I would probably go over what I was allowed and I am not sure if the nuts are my problem. Trying to stay away from them for a few days.Today: B: protein shake with 1 egg L; salad with canned tuna, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado and sunflower seeds ( no I left the kitchen sink out today )snack: cheese stick and blueberries D: don't know yet |

Wow! You ladies are awesome!!! Thanks for adding your P3 menues
That is just what I needed - no wonder I put on 2.6 over 4 days - I was eating WAY too much!!!! I am telling you those cream cheese muffins will get me everytime! Luckily, yesterday's CD helped me fall back into my LDD weight. okay, so call me stupid but is my LDD (the one I try to stay within two pounds) the weight I was on the day I woke up and took my last doses or is it the weight I was the first day I woke up without a dose ![]() ![]() I know it is a dumb question but my mind is playing tricks on me. And, the reason I ask is, it gives me .4 oz to play with ![]() ![]() ![]() I like any extra wiggle room I can get! LOL!!! |

Sunny, that sounds so good, "butter sauce," yikes-a-rama!!! Sunny, my friend I'm giving you extra extra hugs because I understand. My job is great, but it's the people I work with. I believe one is about to have a mental breakdown. She is absolutely the most negative person I've ever met. I am really a positive, upbeat person and this is stressing me out! I love my precious students, but this is getting really old. I come home exhausted. I mean I have the kids to take care of, so I can't carry another needy adult as well.
