The Rogue Experiment: Progress Pics
Hi All --
I just wanted to share some upper body progress pics from my ongoing rogue experiment -- After reaching a goal weight of 105 last year from doing p2, I did an experimental "bulk" over the summer (ate a hearty p3 while taking hhcg, and working out to build muscle.) I have recently been doing a rogue p2 to lose the fat I gained while doing the experimental bulking -- and I am back to my original goal weight, but with a lot more muscle this time around. I still have some lower body fat I want to shed, so I have lowered my goal weight and I remain a work in progress... Anyhow, here's me today -- pardon the fact that I enjoy hamming it up for the camera, lol.... Gym progress 1/12 - a set on Flickr

Thanks, C'Marie!!! I am really hoping to either build a little more as I go, or at least maintain my current muscle mass while I lose this last 5-10 lbs off the lower body. If I can manage to be 95 lbs AND buff, that'll be quite the accomplishment
I'm getting there, though... and as the fat is finally coming off again, I am quite pleased with the muscle development I've achieved -- and very pleased at how muscle-sparing the p2 has been on the whole. I can't wait to hit goal, and p3, so I can hit the heavier weights again (without the hhcg, and WITH correction days this time). I've kept the lifting pretty light while doing the low calories. |

I hope eventually I will be posting goal pics... although "goal" is a relative term, since there will be more fitness goals to attain once the initial fat loss is done.... |
