I tell you what...if it's that ten day-2 week thing...you're half way through it, so you had best stick it out. It would really be awful if you had to start the whole 2 weeks over!

FINALLY!!!
Today, after SEVEN full days at the same weight, I am down 2 lbs!!!
![]() Now the last time I dropped 2 lbs in one day, I gained back a pound and stayed there for a week, so I'm really prepared for anything at this point, but, just for today, I am happy. ![]() |

Anyway, my point is to check your BMI and body fat coz HCG might not get you to your goal. |

It's weird, I thought I responded to this and nothing showed up!
I'm only 5'4"! My waist is around 29" (not bad, and I'm happy with it), but my hips are about 40" and my thighs are 22 1/2". I comfortably wear size 10, and I'm pear shaped, but I really need to lose cellulite/fat from my hips/thighs. I'm hoping that another 10 pounds will do it (I got down to 126 last round and that still wasn't enough). I'll see what I look at 120 and go from there.

garnet10, your stats are awesome and you are to be commended big time for your diligence and "sticktooedness" in the face of this big time stall. That is sooooooo hard and soooooooo depressing when you know you are being "good" and the scale just will not give it up!!!!
You're gonna make it and you inspire!!! Betty |

![]() I actually realized this morning I am on Round 6, not 5, and I have spent the last two rounds tousling with the same weight (my own fault, for allowing myself to gain weight during a vacation--I'm okay with that one, I enjoyed myself and didn't overeat, and then purposefully overate without any sense of control at Christmas--this one may require therapy to figure out!). I thought I broke the stall on Monday with a 2 pound weight loss, then gained a pound the next day and just "lost it"--I felt so incredibly weak and tired that I increased my fat intake Monday night to get right back up a pound to my stall weight of 129.8. So yesterday I did a rogue Fat Fast day, and I'm 2.2 pounds less today, 127.6--still not virgin territory since my LDW of my last round was 126.6. But I'm getting there! I've read people rebound gain after a fat fast, so I may try to continue the VLCD after a few days on this Fat Fast to see if I can stabilize. Of course, I have a planned interruption coming up in about a week, Murphy's Law, but for now I'll just take it one day at a time. ![]() How are things going for you? |

You are doing wonderfully garnet. You are just in the zone where most of your excesses are gone and what's leaving now just ain't wantin to go!!
I have absolutely done great!! I stayed on "maintenance" from 12/21 until yesterday. I stayed as low as 6 pounds below my LDW and have never had to do a cd since starting with R1 in July. I have been very blessed. I'm a little worried now. dh and I started loading yesterday and will load again today. We have only one more dosage of the original "real" hcg drops left and they are backordered. I have a bottle of hhcg from Intermountain. We've never used them but will be using them now. Sure hope they work for us as well as they have worked for everyone on the site here that have used them. dh lost about 40 pounds on his R1. He has done great. He still will have at least one more round after this one. I'm just doing a short round this time. I really only wanted to lose about 6 or 7 more pounds. 'Course that was before loading like a pig these 2 days, lol. I'm one of those that can gain 10 pounds in 2 days sooooooooooo we'll see. Hope you have a blessed day!!! Betty
