dose adjustment
hi hi!
I know I read about this in another thread, and now can't remember which thread it is! just to be sure I'm not confused, it's skipping your evening dose and seeing if you're not super hungry, or ravenous the next morning and changing accordingly, right? I've been SO hungry the past two days that I feel fairly certain that my dose is a little off. not unlike myself! ![]() |

Yes, that't the general wisdom -- skip a dose (it can be any dose, but evening makes sense) -- and see if you get hungrier, or less hungry. Adjust accordingly.
If that kind of hunger is not typical for you, then changing up the dose makes sense -- hope it helps |

I'm so sorry! Hope it works for you. I hate being hungry! The "less" if you decide to go that way can be either less drops or pellets at a time, keeping the timing the same, or drop one time.
