HELP with my calorie count please P2VLCD3
I have another question I am cooking my first low calorie diet on P2VLCD3 ..I am boiling my 3.5oz of chicken breast one cup of raw spinach 1/2 of grapefruit and one melba toast my total calories are 186.82 so that means I have 314 calories left to eat to make 500 calories ...wanna make sure I am following the protocol correctly

What you CAN do is choose higher calorie choices for your second meal. Lean hamburger is about 150 cal A large apple is 110 cal. 2 cups raw cabbage is about 34. By the way, I don't think 1 cup of spinach is enough for a serving. I usually eat at least 2 cups when I choose spinach or lettuce. 3.5 oz raw spinach is 20 calories, which is perfectly acceptable.
