If you are using homeopathic drops or pellets, you have to be off of it but still eating very low calorie for 2 days. If you are using injections, it's 3 days of VLC eating. Hope that helps.

Nichole is exactly right. One small clarification--most people count those "days" in hours instead. So 48 hours for homeopathic and 72 hours for rx. So if you take your last dose at noon on Tuesday (for example), you can have a P3 dinner on Thursday, if you take homeopathic. Make sense?

After 40 daily injections it takes about six weeks before this so called immunity is lost and HCG again becomes fully effective. |

So my question is....let's say I take my last dose on monday at noon. Is it the weight THAT morning that I stabilize at?
If so....then even if I took the last dose at bedtime on that same Monday....it would be that mornings weight ??? JAN |

That is correct. Your last dose weight is your weight the morning of the last day you dose, regardless of when that last dose is. Any weight you lose in the next couple of days without dosing is "cushion" for P3. As much as everyone wants the lowest number possible as LDW, PLEASE believe me that a higher LDW is actually a GOOD thing. It's better at the beginning of P3 to have 3 or 4 pounds to go up before you have to do a correction day instead of just 2.

You get off the hcg for three days but continue to eat low calories. You then move into P3 for 3 weeks--no sugars, no starches. You THEN move into P4 for 3 weeks where you slowly add starches/suagrs back in to test our body's reactions. After your 6 week break from the hcg, you may do another round if you have more weight to lose. Make sense?
