Oy! This one has been tough for me! I think it's because I'm so close to goal but it seems like EVERYTHING is tormenting me. Or it could be that I am so close to TOM. Or both.

Down 0.4 this morning to drop me into the 145 range (145.8). Everything under 145 is gravy as far as I'm concerned. Back up the .2 I lost yesterday and now the same weight I was Sunday Morning. I'm pushing the liquids today and hopefully there will be a loss tomorrow or I may have to do my very first apple day. Hot tea with lemon in my travel mug this morning.

Dang. At the same weight for the last 4 days, which happens to be the weight I stabilized well at during my last round.

I know I just have to hang in there, drink more water, etc. Sigh.

Morning all

I hope everyone is happy and losing satisfactorily!

I am down .6 today but really only .4 since Saturday - for some weird reason I gained then stayed the same for 3 days! Anyway, I sure hope I am past that and will finally move into the 140's!!!!!!

I am supposed to finish up my first round next Monday then add in the two days without drops but, if I am not where I want to be then I will just hold out until the end of the month putting me somewhere around a 30 day round...UGH! I so wanted this to only be 21 but then.....I am pretty determined.

I hope all you lovely ladies enjoy your day!!

And Happy belated Cmarie!

VLCD 16 for me and still 164.4 for the third day in a row. Wish I was closer to day 21 so I could quit at this weight since it seems I'm pretty stuck on it (better than claiming the goal weight that I hit for one day last round and then bounced right back up my first day on P3 and never saw 165 again--lesson learned!).

I have until Sunday so I guess I'll just see where I am but I definitely want to be sure to stop on a # that I'm at for a few days in a row!

I'm feeling your pain. I also am at the same wt for the 4th day. Ugh. I'm doing really well staying on plan, so that makes it extra frustrating. I'm going to up my water, too...and back off on the lotion. *sigh* It's so much harder to go lotion-free in the winter.

the same today, i was down a pound yesterday, was wishing for more today, this is really slowing down for me---i was going till the end of the month, but i am really tired of p2, but i can hold on for a few more days-----was going to call it quits on the 29th, but i may sooner---i am planning on another round late spring, hopefully that will do it for me then

I stayed the same today. Slow go here

Still 8 pounds away from virgin fat territory. VFT (sigh)..... My 21 day mark is next Monday. I certainly wanted to be in VFT by then, but it is not going to happen. My body seems a bit "stuck" but I know also I have not been pushing the water like I'm supposed to. I keep forgetting to drink. I think I have only 33 shots and let's see - today would be shot # 16 because I've taken 2 skip days already. So that max I can go is Feb 6 I think - which is 3 more weeks.

But I'm already tired of this!!! (did I say that outloud?)

Oh I'm right there with ya...SO TIRED OF P2!!! I'm only holding on until Sunday and then Mon and Tue will be VLC with no pellets. I honestly am even wondering if I can make it until then. SO crazy considering that I did a 63 day round last time! I think I just know that I'm at my goal and my body is craving fat something fierce!

Yes, yes, and YES. Me too! I have to go VLCD until Wednesday with P3 on Thursday but I may as well stick it out the last two days of the week so I can have a P3 BAB on Saturday. Ack. I am SOOOOOO with you guys! I hit first goal this morning--now I am just looking for "ultimate" goal. Greedy, greedy...

I know--I'm also greedy to get to 160 but I swear my body is in revolt...not only have I been stalled for 3 days now but I am having real hunger and some dizzy spells when I get up from sitting. I just think 165 is an ideal weight for me and my body is letting me know. I wouldn't mind getting to 160 though to give myself that cushion. At this point, the only way that's going to happen is if I have 2 pretty sizable whooshes within my last 4 days (not likely!). I'm guessing my end-weight might be 162. And honestly, is two pounds really THAT big a deal???

Anybody hungry???

Just wondering - it's weird I haven't been hungry this whole time and then on day 17 late afternoon I got HUNGRY!!!!

I ended my bottle of Fusion Hhcg yesterday and have started Intermountain but I don't think that's it.

My new bottle says take 10 drops 3 times but my old bottle said 7 drops 3 times. Maybe switching to 10 did it to me

Anyway, I think I am gonna switch back to 7 and see what happens!

It could happen! I had to decrease # of pellets this time. 4 was too much and I felt much better on 3. Let us know how it goes...

Ok - seems like a lot of us have slowed waaayyy down - same weight since Sunday - I seem to be stuck at 136.6 on VLCD15 - not sure if I am going to make it to my goal of 130 this time. I don't remember being less than 135 in high school - so maybe a 25 year old set point? I don't know. Next Tuesday could (started to say should) be my last day of drops - guess I'll play it by ear and see how the losses are going through the weekend. If I'm losing, maybe I'll keep going a few extra days. Come on willpower.

Hope everyone sees a big loss tomorrow.

I could certainly use that BAB right now. I already started my shopping list for P3!

Several people have mentioned about it being winter time and our bodies holding on b/c it's cold out, etc due to the SLOW loss this round? I have no idea...Hoping this *Rogueness* I'm partaking in this last 6 days of VLCD will get me off a few more pounds!

Thanks for the reminder about the grocery list for P3, I just remember I forgot to add BUTTER and BACON to my list as I'm OUT! I'm also going to make me a big juicy cheeseburger first thing! SO CANNOT WAIT FOR P3!

DEB is killing me over on Pinterest it's a FOOD PORN going on w/ her lately!

Yes - Pinterest is the worst! Why didn't I find it when I ate anything and everything???

I did search low carb and found some recipes we can use on P3 - though not nearly as many as I find that will probably never be on my menu again.

Down 1.2 lbs today. I am seeing a pattern....2 days of very little loss then a woosh. VLCD10 and down 10.7 lbs. I am probably in for a stall soon.

I use cocoa powder as a spice as well. I have made hot chocolate by using 1- 2 TBS cocoa, 1 TB milk (the allowed amount for the day), 2 - 3 packets of sweet n' low, and water. It takes care of my chocolate craving and the hot chocolate I miss this time of year.
