I've had lots of non-correction bacon days...

Morning all. Dark o'clock here and I'm on the treadclimber in the wee hours for the first time in weeks. Teeny tiny loss of 0.1 today but no Bernice this morning so that's probably why. I guess I'll just be more full of you-know-what today than normal! Also, I had fish yesterday and although fish has worked really well for previous rounds, I seem to be losing better on chicken and beef this time for whatever reason. Anyway, hope everyone's week gets off to a good start.

VLCD 15 and stayed the same today--totally fine and expected since I dropped .8 yesterday. It's funny--now that I hit my low from last round (165--pretty much my ideal weight), I feel no pressure to get to 160. It's so nice not to look at the scale and feel bummed for the rest of the day. If it happens by next Sunday, great, if it doesn't, I'll be happy at 163 or so too

Down .2 lbs. I am ready for the woosh fairy to visit me please. I have 11.4 lbs left until my first goal and I am hoping to get there soon. I just need a couple of days of good losses in the next couple of weeks.

Holding steady today with no losses... I sat at my computer ALL day yesterday writing a final research paper.. UGH. I didn't drink enough H2O, either.
Hope everyone has great losses this week!

Happy (belated) Birthday to C'Marie!!

2 weeks in, and still only 9 pounds down. *sigh* Having some NSVs, so that's helping, but ...*sigh*

In for a quickie before heading off to bible study - I was still 183.8 today, no change from yesterday. I can't complain, I notice more inches gone and I'm glad to see my leap downward yesterday wasn't a dehydration fluke but seems to be genuinely gone for good. I'm so happy to be closing in on the 170's!

Hi Ladies! It's been a while since I've posted on here, but I'm on VLCD2 round 3 today.
I'm so excited to have started this round. I got rid of 4.6 pounds this morning!!! Woohoo!
My first round I lost around 25 lbs second round I lost another 15 but gained it back. I did those back last year at the beginning of the year around this time. I'm just ready to lose more! I love the first round, but I didn't do very well the 2nd because I didn't really do a P3 afterwards. I tried to start a couple of other round after that, but I'm not even going to bother counting them because nothing happend and I didn't put any effort into them.
I also did the hhcg those rounds. Now I'm going full at it with the RX kind. I like it better because I don't have to fool with it 3 times a day!
I was super hungry and tired on day 1, but now I'm pushing through. :-)
I couldn't believe the -4.6 overnight. Thankful that load weight came off FAST!

Well, starting R4 today. I got down to 225 (but was able to maintain at 235) kept it off for 5 mos, and got injured and in a wheel-chair for 4 months, looking at losing part of a foot! Was able to keep the foot, but gained all the weight lost + 10 lb s. I could cry! But even so, my foot was more important than the weight.

Dad-gum it! I just hate to start all over again! Sorry, had to vent. Day 1 of VLC! Good news, I LOST 2 lbs during the "fat" days - I am lucky to either loose or at least not gain any during those days!

I've been MIA for a couple of days - been busy and haven't had a chance to log on. I am down .4 today....can't remember the last time I logged on with my weight. I ran out of melba and grissini yesterday and ended up eating somewhere in the vacinity of 10 - 15 saltine crackers (oops) but still lost a few. Although the damage could catch up with me tomorrow, only time will tell. My cupboards are now filled with both melba and grissini so I am sure not to run out.

C'Marie - Happy Belated Birthday

wtg on the loss, and you are right keeping the foot is important you did what you needed to do so don't worry the weight will come back off.

Ok, so in the spirit of "cocoa powder is a spice" I made something tonight that helped my chocolate cravings immensely (TOM is coming, can ya tell?). I took a teaspoon of dark cocoa powder, put it in a cup, added about 10oz of water, a splash of vanilla extract, and a ton of stevia. It was like hot chocolate. Yum. Now hopefully I didn't shoot myself in the foot!

ya, I've been doing the "chocolate as a spice" thing this round. I usually put a little in my coffee in the morning with vanilla, stevia, and salt.
