Starting over...trying to stay strong!
Hello all. I learned about hCG last Spring. I did my first round in May and lost about 17 lbs. I was thrilled, but knew if I hadn't cheated, I could have lost more. But alas, I did cheat and did not do the maintenance phase...so I have decided to do it again.
I've had a few hiccups, just getting started these past few weeks. I forgot to take my pellets a few times, had moments where I ate things strictly off protocol! So today I am recommiting to my goals and sticking to it. I have decided not to do load days again, because I have ballooned up over the past week from not staying on protocol while taking the pellets. Is this the best plan? To just start over? I'm worried my body must be so confused! I find this forum so informational and inspirational!! Thank you so much and I look for to sharing my success on this journey with you all! |
