Hello Everyone ---My HCG has arrived

Well I received my B12 and HCG...my hubby administered my b12 injection today have been doing housework since 6am

will start my loading on Saturday and Sunday.. I am actually excited and nervous wish me luck...

What are "good fats" ? And the bad well I think I eat those all the time

like fries, fried chicken, pizzza

Good fats - avocado, real butter, real olive oil, heavy whipping cream, real cream cheese, cheeses, sour cream, olives....

So I injected this morning

and ate three tacos a bean and cheese with avocado and two potato and eggs with avocado, I might eat some leftover banana pudding and add extra whipping cream....thanks for the info

I'm loading today and tomorrow, too. This will be my first round also, so I look forward to losing with you. Good luck!
