I decided to start P2 on Monday, with loading Saturday and Sunday. Anyone starting next week???

I am! It will be my first round, so I'm excited.

I got my drops last week, but I already had plans for this Saturday that included a lot of unhealthy food, so I am waiting to load on Sat./Sun.

I weighed in (for the first time in months) this morning. Pre-load weight is 183.0. As bad as that is (I'm only 5'0" tall), I thought it was going to be a lot worse (like closer to 195), so I'm actually a bit relieved. Haha! I'm going to go take my first dose now and start chowing down. I'm really going to miss potatoes (they are my favorite food) and cheese, but I know once I get through all of this I can have them someday again (just not nearly as often or as many!)

Um, so I'm DOWN 4.2 lbs. after my first load day. SAY WHAT? I ate so much yesterday and felt so bloated when I went to sleep I was sure I was going to be up a pound or two. Nope. I was down to 178.8 this morning. I couldn't believe it, so I weighed like 5 times, but it said the same thing every time.

This is very encouraging! I'm going to buy all my protocol food today and cook up a week's worth so it's grab and go all week.

I just started last week Wed., but I don't have a scale so won't know about a loss until I go back to Dr. next Fri! I am really excited though, and feel good. Haven't been hungry at all!

I went shopping today and got all my groceries!!! I am SOOOO ready to start and get the last 15-20 lbs off. P2 HERE WE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

First VLCD! I think my hunger is all mental because I thought I was really hungry, but when I went to eat, it was hard to choke stuff down. I need to learn the difference between physical hunger and mental tricks.

I'm enjoying my chicken and asparagus right now for lunch. I only ate half an orange for a snack, so I'll finish the other half this afternoon as another snack.

How are you all doing so far?

I'm loving HCG! I'm not hungry at all and what I am eating is totally satisfying me. I'd never had melba before, but I really like it. I can see myself eating these instead of chips in the future.

I'm down a total of 2.4 lbs. from my load weight (1.4 from preload weight) after the first VLCD yesterday. I'm very impressed with this plan. I even managed to avoid the McDonalds tonight that my kids were eating (Grandma took them as a treat after school).

I can't wait to see how far down that number gets tomorrow. I may get into the 170s. That's definitely motivating I'm going to grab some strawberries and eat them as I watch my favorite show (Glee! Any Gleeks out there?).

Let me know how you all are doing, too!

I am loving this too! This is the first time I've ever been on a diet and not been hungry. Can't wait until Friday when I go to the doctor. Will find out how much I've lost then! Hopefully I can go buy a scale this weekend. I'm on my 5th day.

I was down another 2.4 lbs. this morning. Very consistent (and big, so I like it!) I'm eating at my desk in my classroom today because it's nacho day in the cafeteria and that's my favorite. I figure out of sight, out of mind. I'm enjoying a spinach salad with chicken and apple pieces. It's a little dry, but it's good. I haven't been hungry at all until it's time to eat, so I think I'm getting the hang of this!
