Way too much time on my hands!
|
Interesting, but not recommended
I ended up short on time last night. I had cooked some boneless pork picnic in the oven for husband earlier. I ended up eating 70 grams cooked, well trimmed, of it, with protocol veg and fruit.
I had the biggest loss of my round. Weird. |

Cool! Sometimes switching it up helps a lot.

This is the 2nd day after the pork meal. No rebound of weight. I lost my usual part of a pound. Maybe it's the exercise. I only walked on my previous rounds. This round I stepped it up a little. I feel good.

Down one again. That's three straight days of steady losses. Makes me a little nervous - I know there's got to be a rise and a plateau coming.
