Amazing P2 Dinner!

Not sure why I never did this last round but this may be the best P2 dinner I have had so far! Now I will say that I do mix a small amount of my veggies but it has never caused me any problems (my last 63 day round I did the first half strictly on protocol and then mixed veggies on the second half with no bad effects). I also use lean ground turkey (in this case I used a frozen Jeni-O turkey burgers I bought at Sam's Club)--again, this never bothered me last round and since it has less fat than ground beef, I use it

Deconstructed No-Cheese-burger Salad

plate of chopped romaine
1 small roma tomato cut into slices
a few tablespoons of chopped onion
6-8 dill pickle chips (no sugar added)
1 Jeni-O 95% fat free turkey burger
mustard for the "dressing"

Totally hit the spot for a burger craving and the bulk of romaine made it very filling!

Someone told me that pan frying radishes turn out like potato chips...have not got that one just "right" but there is potential.

We are doing "burgers" for the first time tomorrow. I can not wait. IDK if I have EVER had a burger without cheese....

Tiff
