VLCD 5 for me and appetite has finally disappeared!

Last round it took until VLCD 11 for the hunger pangs to subside so this is a welcomed change! I am also using a different brand this time (Intermountain pellets) so I wonder if they differ from what I was using before.

How long did it take for your hunger/stomach growling to stop????

Also meant to add that I tried something someone here suggested and skipped my evening dose last night. Apparently if you skip and wake up hungry, then it's a sign that you should increase your dose but if you wake up not hungry, then you should decrease it. So I decreased my pellets to 3-2-3 today and that could also be why my hunger is gone

VLCD5 here too and still hungry. I never have many completely hunger-free days though so its pretty normal for me. Glad yours went away early!

This is interesting.

In non-hcg life, I'm never hungry for breakfast, but on this round of hcg I am hungry. I had a little brunch at 9 am and I feel great now after a couple of rough days on the plan. (eggbeaters as oopsie french toast a T of greek yogurt in the oopsies, V8, celery, and a half a small grapefruit. That was 150 calories well spent.

I never used to eat breakfast either pre-HCG unless you count a cup of coffee. But then after doing my first round and then trying the Leptin Program to help me stabilize in P3/P4, I got very used to eating a huge breakfast (part of the Leptin protocol). So this round I'm doing something I didn't do the last round...if my tummy gets grumbly before lunch, I have a little snack of 2 melba round and a very small clementine (Cutie). This is usually enough to shut up the growling and extend the time until lunch.

I've looked into the leptin program. I think it would be a good idea for me to follow your lead for my P3.

For your original question, my first round I wasn't hungry at all, ever. I did a very good load. My problem was that my hunger was TOO controlled. I got sick from not eating enough. I found out I was eating 360 calories a day at the most. Lost a lot of weight in the 38 day round.

My second round was a disaster. I went rogue by mixing veggies and having a sugarfree cocktail a time or two a week. I was always hungry. I blamed it on the bourbon, but now I think it was that my pellets had gone bad. I used those pellets for a brutal but moderately successful 3rd round, during which I was miserably hungry.

I had excellent P3/P4's after each of these rounds, with lots of reshaping. LOTS.

This round I have different pellets and I feel pretty awesome today (VLCD 6, sort of.... my plans got botched on Day 4, so I'm kind of counting today as VLCD 2 instead, if that makes any sense.)

I'm on vlcd6 and not that hungry...comfortable, but not like 'oh I forgot to eat' . So it may be mental...I just miss foods not on protocol, like cheese and beans.
