I want to loose 40 lbs! A new thread? Starting on This FRIDAY!!
Hello Everyone!!
I want to get some advice. Im currenty 181 lbs. 5.6 height. I have a question? How long should I do P2 for? Do I go through all the the stages before I go back to P1? I was confused how to do that. I would like to start a new thread for the newbies. Anyone game? I have the intermountain hcg drops. Im so nervous to start! How is everyone doing? ARE WE READY FOR A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!!!!! |

Hi and welcome sschutte! I also use the Intermountain drops. On my first P2 round, I did 30 days and lost 17 lbs. 15 of those came off in the first 3 weeks and my losses really slowed down the last 10 days.
You'll find that gals here stay in P2 for anywhere from 21 to 40 days (some even longer). Ideally, the plan is to cycle through P2, 3 & 4 as prescribed in Simeons protocol in order to stabilize properly between VLC rounds. I'm going to play it by ear this time and see how I'm doing at 21 days -- hopefully go for 30 again. Come over and join the P2 thread! Its nice to be able to follow others' progress and have people to bounce things off. I just started R2 yesterday myself.

Thanks gals! I think I will play it by ear and see how long I can do the low calorie plan. Do I have to stop taking the drops when my period starts?
