Woke up to a 1.2 release today!!!! WOOOO FREAKIN' HOOOO

I can not seem to stop snacking, however...I am snacking on allowed foods but I need to get out of this. I made some Kale chips....ate all of them yesterday....made some spinach chips...ate all of them today. It is not hunger...because I am not hungry...it is just me wanting to snack and graze.

Hope everyone is doing well today.

I can't tell if I"m really *down* or not today - first tme I weighed was the same as yesterday, then a bit later I was down more than a pound. I guess I'll wait till tomorrow and see if it sticks! LOL

C'Marie...I had that problem yesterday but I needed to see the scale down so I took it. Today I weighed the same time as my "down" time yesterday. it is weird that a later reading would be lower....but it is what it is. I know I will need to suck it up soon and take the goose or whatever the scale says to get back on track...today just wasnt that day. LOL.

I am sure you will be down since you were later in the day, but who knows what our bodies will do from one day to the next, right?

Day 7 of Phase 3 and I lost almost a pound. Still within my window, though, so I'm good. I had some constipation and didn't even notice it. No wonder I didn't feel like eating yesterday at all.

Yesterday's loss did stick, but stayed the same, so I'm claiming it now

Now only 8 pounds to my Adjusted LIW, and 11+ to my all-time lowest in well over 25 years.

My loss "stuck" from yesterdays "off" weigh in time but it sure did not take some friends with it today. GOOSE EGG!!! Oh well...I was expecting it because I weighed at wacky times the last few days so it was bound to catch up. I am still VERY happy with my losses this week. 4.6 if my math is right (it usually isnt right but it's close enough).

Ok...this part will be TMI but I have to ask...those who eat the miracle noodles / shiratake...do they give you gas? I had then for dinner and well...now I am having that problem. Could be that I had too much EVCO, too...but I eat that all of the time so ... I can sure do without these noodles, they are not all that in opinion.

Happy Saturday all!! i am down a FULL POUND AGAIN!! i swear that scale is haunted! Steven's weigh in was great as well while the 15 pounds off in 3 days didn't stick he is down 21 pounds on day 20 of this round!!:jumpjo y:

Wooohoooo! Everybody seems to be doing fantastic!!

As for me, R2P3D8: Down a pound despite eating lots. I'm officially 2.6 below LDW. Going to add in some coconut oil and try to eat more, which is awful since I am eating every 3 hours AND had midnight snacks 2 days in a row. Yet, both days I had almost a pound loss after being stable every day prior.

Down .4 ..... now 12.2 down with 10 completed VLCdays under my belt LOL.

Still need to drink more water. Barely drank any yesterday, maybe 4 glasses. I gotta kick it in the fanny today.

Big drop today - unless my scale is wacky - 1.8 down. Now I'm 14 pounds down including load weight. 9 or so pounds to VFT. Hoping to get there and push down a little further before I end this round. I have had 13 shots so far, I am doing my "skip" days once a week so hope to spread out a little further than 40 days VLC. We'll see. If the weight loss dramatically slows in week 4, I will regroup and do a P3P4 6 weeks, maybe 8, and then consider hhcg for another round in between my Rx rounds, or whether to wait a long time and do another Rx round. There are no instructions in P & I what to do with length of time between rounds after R6. I waited more than the 6 months between 5 and 6. It would be nice if I could just consider this a start-over to round 1 since it's been so long LOL.

Good evening.

I am down .2 since the last time I checked in. I had a goose egg yesterday and then .2 today. TOM and trying new things over the weekend probably helped with that...and I am trying to get my weigh in time back on schedule. If I use the weigh in time from it got messed up, I am down .8...but I am taking the .2 to get back on schedule. If it was a huge difference, I would probably taken the better weight...LOL.

Hope everyone is doing good...are we losing a few people? I sure hope not!!!!

I'm the same as yesterday, but today's my birthday, the big 5-0 so I'm happy I made it this far! LOL

No deviation off protocol today for me! I will celebrate in P4 with a carrot cake recipe I found on Your Lighter Side's blog that is sugarfree and made with almond flour. (waiting till P4 because of the carrots and nuts and creamcheese probably)

I hope we're not losing anyone either!

I had a goose egg today. blaaaa.. BUT my jeans are very loose and my inches went down for the week. Everytime I am about to hit a "new century" my weight just trickles down to a snails pace....and I am .4 from a new century.

Hello Ladies!!

Where is everyone?? Did they all fall off the thread?

I am getting ready to start loading for round 2 tomorrow! Been absent the past month nursing a broken foot and traveling for work - not a good combo, I can assure you! I am pretty proud of myself - I only put on 4lbs since ending the last round. I dont' think under normal circumstances I would be happy with that, but considering the foot, holidays, and work travels, I will take it!

Trying to decide if I should go with a 21 day round or go for 40. Anything thoughts? I am doing shots.

Can't wait to get started again!!! Miss talking with everyone. Hope all of you are doing well!

Trish, if you're doing shots I would go somewhere between the minimum and the max. That last week for me sometimes is a bust so I like to go around 33-35 days. I do shots too.

I am UP this morning 1.8 and so disgusted. I haven't cheated at all. I had cabbage the last 2 days. I feel like I am retaining a bit, but not THAT much, and I haven't eliminated fully, if you know what I mean, for awhile, but still! 1.8 up? WTH. I haven't been drinking all my water but still...... this royally ticks me off.

I know the cabbage gets me if I have it 2 meals in a row...

I ended last round at 248.4 (4.2 over LIW) and finished loading at 254...(Found some of the stuff I had been waiting for WASN'T so great tasting......but it was a bigger jump than R1 Load!) Dropped 1 lb today...more to go...

So today I am at the weight I was Monday. Today is Friday. If I look at that fact, that I am 4 days set back by something unknown it is depressing, so I just won't think about it. I have started the magnesium at night again, so maybe that will help inch things down the scale. I have been taking some new supplements, don't have any idea if those would've made a difference, no fat in them, no starches, but ? who knows what my body is doing at this point.

I drank more water yesterday, and staying true to protocol. I don't know anything else that works this good, even if it's not quite as good as it was before for me.

@ all you - PLEASE take protocol seriously - please don't gain weight in between rounds, or as little as possible - re-losing weight seriously sucks - - DON'T think you can "just do another round" because every round is different and you may not get where you want to get if you mess around with it. JMHO after doing 6 rounds now.

What a great attitude, and thanks for keeping it real, C'Marie!! I look for your posts every day to see how you are doing (because I hope I can do it, too!)...anyway, hang in there, my friends and I have been struggling this week, too, after a good week previously. (Week 3)...I just read somewhere that extreme cold can make us retain more water, so maybe that is what is getting us (don't know where you are or what the weather is like, but is is single-digits here in IL!!)

Ya, I read that about the weather too, but truth is I lost like gangbusters this time of the year both years prior, so I'm not sure I'm buying that one - even though I'd like to think that with how slow I am losing this time LOL.

Down the rest of the mysterious gain from 2 days ago and another .2 now. No cabbage the last two days. Not sure if that was it, stress, lack of sleep, not enough water, new supplements, WHO KNOWS. But it's gone now. I will be sticking to this for awhile longer and see where I end up.

This is VLCday 19 for me. Total loss including load weight 14.8. Not my best round for the first weeks. I know, it's perfectly acceptable but it's slow for me. I'm not in VFT yet.
