Hcg Weight Loss Goals for 2012?

Does anybody have weight loss goals for 2012? I have quite a bit to lose, but I am focusing on one round at a time. I'm in Round 2 and will go through January. My goal and hope is to lose 20-30 pounds in January! I'd be down a total of 55-65 total since I started in October.

You?

Wow Sassine -- your R1 results are fabulous!! Best of luck meeting your Jan. goal!

I'll be happy with 17 lbs. (same as my R1 loss), but secretly hoping for 20 this round.

Depends on what I weigh come Monday but probably about 20 pounds. So excited!
I spend a lot of pool time with family & just want to be comfortable in my suit again.

Other goals is to finish the Couch to 5K - and keep up the running along with regular power walks & gym visits for weight training.

I am so excited for a new year. Not that 2011 was a bad year by any means because our cup runneths over but looking forward to taking care of myself.

I don't have a number of pounds to lose as my goal. I have not weighed this morning as I was scared to step on the scale. But I think this time around I need about 17 lbs to get there. My goal this year will be to get to 115, and focus on STAYING THERE. I got there back in the summer of 2010 with the help of hcg, but have been up and down on the scale ever since. This new year I vow to "Do it right" so I don't have to ride the hcg roller coaster any more. I am done with P2!!!! 10 rounds is certainly enough

Holy cow Dawn 10 rounds must be some kind of record. (Hope you don't take that the wrong way.) Like you, I'm trying to find that balance that will stick long term. Determined in 2012!!

I sort of have a number. I am trying to get off my excess weight before another pregnancy. I was 250 with my first, 275 at the end of my second, and 230 at the end of my third. I ws always below my pre pregnancy weight after delivery, so I have never struggled with major pregnancy gains, but my pubic symphysis issues are much easier the less I weigh. I got pregnant with number three at around 207 pounds and that was fine, but I really want to be in the 160's for the fourth.

That was before I discovered hCG that I set that goal. Now? I am leaning heavily on completing two rounds or possibly three rounds before a pregnancy, to get to between 140-160. I have been heavy my whole adult life so I don't know what my 'happy weight' is going to be, but I was 160 in high school and was curvy and cute. I think I can get below that without too much difficulty and if that is the case, I want to do it before a baby and spend pregnancy and then on out in maintenance. I'm so pumped up for losing right now, I honestly want to do I all before settling down for another baby, so I think that is what will happen.

Of course, a surprise baby might derail that, but I'll take that when it comes!

I have 6-7 more pounds to lose to reach my UGW of 120. It's taking forever. I've stalled for 2 days now. If tomorrow morning my weight hasn't changed I'm doing apple day!

I'm about 6 lbs from goal, and I plan to lose that and then work on maintenance and fitness. I've been roguing it, and having steady (but very slow) success -- and I am ready to be finished with the losing.

I already started working out again, and 2012 is going to be a year of focusing on fitness and health, while being diligent about maintenance.

I plan to call LDW at goal minus 2 lbs, so 100 is the top of my window. (I'm only 5 feet tall and small framed).

I would love to see 125 on the scale, but if I can just get into a size 6 I would be beyond thrilled.

Good luck to all of us!

I'm starting round 2 vlcd on Monday. I am hoping to lose at least 15 pounds this round. That will put me 1 round closer to my ultimate goal of around 165 or so. In P3 of this round I want to start working out again maybe doing the elliptical several times a week. Then once it warms up in the spring I will start walking again. Cannot decide if I will jump right into another round after this one or wait til early fall to do it. Summer is hard for me with all the vacations/cookouts! I'll have to map it all out on the calendar to see what the best thing will be.

No, it is my own dam fault. So I blame myself, definitely not the hcg. I lose on every single round I do and lose well. Every time I get off the hcg, I am like some bat out of hell and go crazy. This time around I have a plan for my lifetime maintenance and I think that is key. Because Dr S's rule of "add stuff in slowly" for P4 just doesn't work for me That rule just says to me "eat whatever the hell you want and pay the consequences later"

Haha that's what the rule said to me too (obviously). I was so excited for the first few weeks on P4 because I could eat anything, and not gain an ounce. That had never happened before in my life. Anyway, I went way off the deep end and yes, I am definitely paying the dang consequences. Agh.

My goal for 2012 is to lose 20 pounds for my second round in January (down to 178), and 20 pounds during my third round in April (down to 158) and 20 pounds during my fourth round in August (down to 138), and a fifth and final round to get me to 118 in October. Those mini goals are much more doable than thinking I've got 80 pounds to lose!

When this is accomplished, it will have taken me one year to lose over 100 pounds!

I am also a shorty, at 5' 0" tall (with my heels on), so this will be amazing. The lowest I've gotten was on WW in 2007 to 166 pounds. Otherwise, my wedding day weight of 117 was over 26 years ago...

You will rock this session! I know for my friend who has the same exact stats as you, she lost 20 pounds the first round! How cool is that? She tried everything, and nothing was working, and then the hCG worked! I'm so excited for you. You will love it!

I'm only 15.8 from my ultimate goal (and pre-pregnancy weight) of 140. Prior to gaining the weight and even though I've been overweight for the last 12 years, I've still been thin most of my life and know how to maintain.

When I hit goal, I'm doing Atkins which is the best way for me to eat. I'll go back to exercising 4-5 days per week and am only weighing once a week. For me, I'm more than a number on the scale and as long as my clothes fit, that's all that matters.

A huge plus is that I'm 5'10" and by the time I'm to goal....I should be back in a size 6 (am in 8's now).

My health goal for 2012 is to lose 30 pounds, but my ultimate vanity goal is to lose 40, which would put me at 110 (5'3", small frame)...the other two times I did hhcg I lost 13 pounds each time, so I'll happily take that this round, too. I can't remember the lost time I was below 140! Started today...so far, so good! Then the REAL task - maintaining - begins...

So originally I wanted to lose to 145...but my goal would be to get to 135...which I am currently in Round 2 now....and maybe a last round in June for my final weight goal of 125...I am not sure though...if I get to 135 this second round then I'll call that success. I lose slower than most...22 pounds in 39 days...and I am slow to lose a pound...I don't usually lose a pound a day. However, I figure 125 is just a number...when I weighed 135 I felt sexy and fit...so who knows...maybe I'll get to 135 and just exercise those last 10 pounds off...we shall see

I am hoping to lose 15-20 pounds this round. If all goes well, I may do one more round and try to lose another 15-20. That would put me within 10 pounds of my goal weight.
