I did my first round this past July and stayed in P2 for 63 days until reaching my first goal weight. Doing my second round now to get a little lower to give myself some wiggle room for after I'm done all the rounds.

I have always, from day 1, had hunger issues (real hunger, stomach growling...) and pretty much had an extra apple every day! My second round, I started increasing protein a little (maybe an oz extra at each meal) and made sure that only one of my fruits was an apple and the other grapefruit. I don't eat just 1/2 the grapefrut, though, I eat the whole thing! So, my calories are usually 600-something--up to 700. And it works for me.

I just started my 3rd round...we'll see how it goes!
