My pellets don't saying anything about upping the dosage.
Today was insane at work...
Hoping I burned some calories running back and forth all day in heels

Glad you lost a pound Natasha...I think my body is reshaping and catching up cuz my pants are looser since the weekend. And last round I lost inches more than pounds

Sunny - Inches more than pounds - that sometimes happens to me.

I am fine with that as long as I can wear ALL of my clothes.

That's what I am waiting for! I have outgrown too many of my favorites

I also like doing fat fast days, they always seem to net a loss!

down another half lb. NOT FAST ENOUGH, ahahaha!

that's when 90% or so of your calories come from fat! I get close to 1000 calories on those days.

it's initially an atkins thing, but a lot of people have success eating more fat on hcg.

Good Morning ladies!

Bracing for another exhausting day at work!
Had chicken with asparagus for dinner last night and I actually was ok eating it. I've been not wanting food lately.
I'm so sleepy, lol...getting back into the swing of getting up early is kicking my gluteus Maximus!!!

Weigh in at 153 so cutting out the heavy cream. Doing half and half and seeing if that works. Makes no sense cuz I was losing before but WHATEVER! Not happy...

Thank God it's a three day weekend.

Ladies I hope you had great losses!

Morning Ladies! VLCD10 and down .5 so I'll take it! Working at home today and glad b/c lots of rain in the forecast for today! My Cousin is coming over for dinner, she's bringing her own and I'm having the last of my P2 Chili or a Taco Salad.

This is a weight that I always struggle to get down from. I always stop at 153, because I won't budge so I need to remind myself that. So I didn't take off the HCG because I ha to use two tbs of HH to make it how I like it vs 1 tbs HC. When I looked at the fat it was equal to 1 tbs of HC anyways.

Drinking more water today and having fish for dinner. Usually that helps me but we'll see. I'm not giving up! It has to budge eventually right? I hope?!!! LOL!!!

Yes too your body may be used to this weight and holding on. I know it sucks but yes the fish should help. Eventually, it will budge!

I still have a lot more to lose which is why I'm still going. You're much closer to goal than me. I guess at this point any loss at all on P2 is a good thing! Think of it that way!

this makes sense
last weekend i made butter beef in the crockpot for DH
stew meat + 1 stick melted butter+ 1 pkg onion soup mix
i ended up eating some for dinner due to laziness and hunger
i stalled the next day but the day after was rewarded with a 3 lb loss

Yippee Doodles Jeanette! Good JOB!

Sleepy that sounds devine! What pc of meat do you use? Stew meat meaning like those chopped up pcs of beef? I'm not good at cooking meats. Help!!

I have a pot of collard greens on the stove w/ onion, chicken broth to season. I might add in some sugar (truvia) & vinegar like DH does to get it just right. I just cooked my taco meat too. Can't wait for a BEEF taco salad at dinner!

I'm having tuna w/ mustard, cukes & melba for lunch. Heading over to pinterest, I've been staying off the food pages!

That butter beef sounds good. I'm going to try that in P3. Last night I took 200 grams of diced raw chicken and sauteed with a little chicken broth, chopped garlic, 1 tbs. chopped onion, salt and pepper. After it was almost cooked, I added a drained can of diced tomatoes with basil and oregano, sprinkle of garlic powder and hot chili pepper flakes and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. It was really good. Kind of like chicken cacciatore. I heated up the leftovers for lunch today.

Yes WIGGLES that sounds GOOD! I am making something similiar. I bought a can of tomato sauce (nsa), some fresh mushrooms and am going to make an italian sauce to smother my chicken in! I can't wait! A dash of parm shouldn't hurt either!

Hi all! I am just doing a drive by to log my progress. I have had an extraordinarily busy week as we have back to back appointments looking at houses this week. Yes, we are buying a house!

Anywho, I was down 1.2# yesterday, but ate naughty (as in roguer than rogue) yesterday. I was out all day and evening. I am trying to be as good as possible but I am juggling wayyyyyyy too many things this week. If I have to go off, I am sticking to low carb. I am not going to sweat it and as soon as things settle, I will re-behave, lol.

I hope that you all are doing GREATTTTTTT!!! I will catch up as soon as I can!

That sounds so good! I read online that meat weighs more frozen, and I didn't think it was much difference, but it actually is. I weighed my talapia frozen 78 grams, thawed 65 grams...

Jeanette - I was tryin to say how you doin like Madea says it! Derin?

Well ladies I'm up .5 a pound this morning. I'm tired of this backing and forthing between 195 and 194! I guess I'm going to forget about the melba & try not to chew as much gum. I'm a gum a holic. So I vow to only chew 3 pcs a day, one after each meal. I guess that's better than the 12+ pcs I've been chomping on every day!

I had a hairspray incident this morning. I am so mad too b/c my Big Sexy Hair spray is expensivo. I dropped it on it's head, the cap came off and it was stuck on spray mode. You should have seen me trying to put the cap back on and it blew off shot across the bathroom, meanwhile hairspray is getting everywhere...I run from bathroom to kitchen out back door w/ my robe on and threw it outside on the ground.
