I don't even want to know (what my scales says). I'm on a gluten test for the next three weeks - I have to eat wheat for three weeks in order to do a celiac antibody test. I KNOW I'm going to gain and right now I don't care. I'm just going to be tacking on another 10 onto my 50 pound round.

That's right! I'm going to do a marathon round. At least 50 lbs. If I feel up to it, I might go all the way (to goal, that is. 165 lbs. From right this second, that's... 90 lbs. Stupid gluten weeks making me regain everything).

Hey all, I have not posted in a few days. Just been so busy with family in town. I have been on P4 over Christmas and stayed in my window.
Starting round 2 today. I feel ready after all the eating I did over Christmas. No plans for New Years, so I may as well get started.

Traveling back home today... back to P3 eating. Had a great time, indulged too much, but am ready to get control of myself
I wanted to load this weekend, but I am scheduled to get my period in a few days. Should I wait until the next week? Thoughts anyone?

I've been absent over the holidays too. We stayed at a hotel for a couple of days before Christmas. I stayed as close to P4 eating as possible, but knew I would be up. As of yesterday, I am 4 pounds over my window. Hopefully eating better the rest of week will help take care of that.

As most of you know I hadn't been able to get my weight stabilized into the +2 lb window. I had been hanging out right around 5 pounds over ldw. After 3 days of Christmas festivities, a little bit of alcohol (which is the first I've drank in months) followed by a very low carb/ all meat day (yesterday) I'm up 8 more pounds. That is just 1 pound less than I was before my last round *sad sigh*. I still have company and will until they leave on the 3rd. I also have a big family party on the 1st and my birthday party on the 2nd. Planning on starting my next round on the 3rd.

The gluten-fest doesn't sound like much fun! I hope it goes as well as it can and hang in there! I'm sure once it is over you'll rock that marathon round! Depending on how I am at the end of P3/P4 I might do another round and see how far I can get before I stop. Not sure yet, only time will tell!

Hope your second round goes smoothly! My R2P2 was quite different from my first, I'm happy I was warned about it in a few posts otherwise i would have gone crazy! My losses were much different and much slower as well--could be because I'm nearing a good weight for my body? Who knows. Either way, I hope it goes well for you!

I think I read something in P&I about scheduling your load days/start day around TOM but I personally haven't done that. My TOM is few and far between () so I didn't schedule around it.

I think it should even out Can you tell me about starting your P4? Did you slowly add things back in? Any pointers for a newbie? After my first round I went from P3 back to R2P2 so when my R2P3 is over I'll have my first P4.

Gosh, I hope those 8 pounds are all water!! Hopefully you can have a few clean eating days scattered in there to start the loss back up.

Thought I would be over this morning from the food choices I made yesterday (P3 friendly treats...I think?) but I was at 168.5 (LDW 166.5). I'm really enjoying eating my normal foods again, especially my americanos/lattes with half and half. (Well... okay I'll be honest. I woke up early and was at 169 then went back to bed for a little while longer, woke up and was at 168.5 so I claimed it )

Fage Total is on sale at my local Kroger so I stocked up! They're good at least for 3 weeks after the date on the lid so I'll be good for a while. I eat them normally and I'll have some on hand if I need to do a CD.

I was really hoping that R2P2 would be my last but I didn't get as far as I wanted, I'm at 168.5 now and I think I want to make a decision about goal weight when I'm around 155. I'll see how the rest of P3 and P4 goes!

I hope to get to know you ladies some more, having ya'll around really helps keep me from going to the loony bin. (or maybe we're all just a little ...lol!)

So far, so good on P3! I am still in my window and am happy with that. I am already planning my next P2. I just need to make very sure there are no planned complications like dinner parties and such. Those really sink me!! For now I am enjoying P3 more than I can even express...Fage....need I say more?!?!

Yumm Fage! I just had some for lunch with pumpkin pie torani and some pumpkin pie spice mixed in. Tasty! I know how you feel on the dinner party thing, definitely easy on P3 but not so much on P2.

Hey same here on +4! I'm doing a Fage CD today to get back in window. It's my fault, I take 100% ownership of going out of window. Stinkin LC treats and such always do this to me. Need to learn! I was at the top of my window yesterday (~LDW+2/2.5) and today I'm +3.5.

Tomorrow will be a better number!

How's everyone else doing?

Having a steak CD today... looking forward to that after all the crap I ate.

How did the steak day turn out? Hopefully you got some good results from it. Hope your loading goes well too! Are you doing an LC load or all out? I'll be cheering for you!

Congrats on -2! I don't think I've actually ever had rotisserie chicken, the ones I've seen locally are injected and rubbed with sugar of some sort.



I'm down 1.5 from yesterday's CD, still .5 out of window though. Eating to BMR today without any LC treats so hopefully I'll be in window tomorrow morning, if not I'll do another CD. I really wanted to see 165 by New Year's Eve dangit!

Hi guys! Back from vacation Tuesday night. Bad news is that I got a stinkin' cold on Christmas Eve that I'm still fighting. Good news is that my mother, bless her heart, did NOT have loads of the usual cr@p around her house and the stuff that she did have around, I ate very little of. As a result, I came back 0.3 lower than when I left and only 0.2 over LDW. I need to get rid of this nastiness then I will be loading for round 3. I am planning for this weekend, Sunday and Monday, so hopefully the cold will be gone by then. Seriously, going on a week here! Come ON already!

Err, not too well... I hope that the first week of P2 is going to get me back to my previous LDW.. I am pretty pissed at myself right now. but every journey has its rough roads. Thanksgiving, birthday, and Christmas = lots of weight gain!
Can't wait till Monday when P2 starts!
Will load LC plus a few treats thrown in there.

Welcome back! I hope you're feeling better! Seems a lot of folks that have been travelling this holiday season picked up a bug of some sort. What is your plan for loading? If I remember correctly, I think you focus on loading LC? How long will your round be? Any specific goals in mind?

I agree with you on the rough roads, sheesh! If we learn something at the end of that road to help steer us in the right direction we shouldn't get lost again, right?

I really thought I would see a good number today after eating super clean/right at BMR yesterday but I was up .5-1 getting me at 169.5/170 (scale was wishy washy). Unfortunately I have a new accessory (fiberglass arm cast) so I know that's not helping any either. Google says they can weigh .5-2 pounds. Ugh. There goes my 165 goal! BF and I were going to go to our favorite mexican restaurant tonight but I asked him if we could go another night and told him why and he was cool with it. I always get the same thing (alambra) and it is VERY yummy (and LC) but I'm sure it has way too much sodium for my own good. I'm usually (sometimes) good with portion control and bring leftovers home but I want to keep it simple (and have a CD today too). I really love that BF is supportive of my WOE and seems to care about how things are going. My first goal was 165 by 12/31 and my LDW was 166.5 (which I haven't seen since that day). In the grand scheme of things I should have made better/cleaner food choices throughout the week so I wouldn't be in this situation. (Again, NO LC TREATS!!!) What's done is done and all I can do is move forward with what I need to do to get the results that I want. Correction day today with greek yogurt and heavy cream. Lots of water too.

For anyone lurking, stop in and say hi!

Lots of folks going back to P2 next week - I hope you all have wonderful results and see lots of scale and non-scale progress!

Thanks. Still feeling crummy today and unfortunately I am having a party tonight that has been in the works for weeks. 15 people at my house so not really something I can cancel. AND since I've invited a load of friends from work, I couldn't exactly call in sick then have a party in the evening!

I will probably be loading predominantly LC with a few treats like cashews thrown in. If I am feeling good on Monday I may treat myself to sushi but we'll see. If I still feel lousy, I may put off starting my round for a week since P2 foods are not the best foods when you're sick.

I am using this round as my cleanup round for the last 10-15 pounds. I am maintaining right now between 152 and 155 and would really like to maintain between 140 and 145 with a potential LDW of 142'ish. (I am 5'9".) I THINK this should be a short round for me but I know it gets harder as you get closer to goal so we'll see. Minimum of 23 days (of course) and probably a maximum of 30 or so. If I hit goal before then, I'll increase calories to stabilize. That's my plan!

This morning I was up a little on the scale (0.4) but I had Chinese food last night and am also having a few GI issues due to the massive Vitamin C doses that I am taking. Both of those things tend to make me retain water so I am not super worried about it. Still only 0.6 over LDW. I expect tomorrow will also show an increase since the party tonight is a wine tasting for dessert wines and sparkling wines with lots of girlie food--chocolate, fruit, cheese, dips, etc. Not super carby on the whole but probably more calories than normal with a few questionable things here and there. We'll see. I am kind of at the "well, I'll be loading in two days anyway..." state of mind. Fortunately (unfortunately?) this illness is of the "nothing sounds good to eat" variety which is keeping a lid on the boredom nibbles.

Loading today! I have had coconut oil and milk in my morning coffee, a latte breve for my other morning coffee, biscuits and gravy, and on my way to pick up some full fat GY to nosh on throughout the day. I want to have fajitas (no tortilla) with sour cream and guacamole sometime today as well. Tonight I am making artichoke dip for a party, awesome loading food.

Mornin all! My CD yesterday resulted in a gain/stayed the same. Don't know what to do now.. yargh. I was 169.5/170 yesterday (wishy washy scale) and 170 today. Great. Don't think I'm supposed to do two CDs in a row, plus, I'm making a nice dinner for BF and I for New Years and I don't want him to enjoy that while I eat yogurt. Maybe just not eat all day and have dinner with him.

I hope everyone else is doing well!

No clue what my weight was this morning, didn't plan on staying at a friends' house last night and got home around 1pm (not my choice, blah!)... I went with another CD today because of my recent gains. We'll see how things go tomorrow! Yesterday I had iced coffee with hwc and my yummy NYE dinner (with wine) that took me to 1883 cals for the day (BMR cals = 1910).

Send me happy thoughts ya'll, I want to stabilize dangit!
