I'm Back And May Need A Little Help

Wow....I SWORE this would not happen to me AGAIN. But....it did.
I've lost weight OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Then I did hhcg the last time. And lost all the way to goal. Must have had such a good time being there that I thought I could eat anything.

Well....I've been loading the last 3 days. Today is VLCD1. I even took some measurements this morning.

I am so ashamed of myself.

BUT I WILL DO THIS. And when I get back to goal....I will continue to monitor my weight every day. I will continue to post in this thread. I now know how IMPORTANT all of you are to me. The support can not be matched anywhere.

JAN

Thanks for the welcome Betty I will be posting EVERY DAY on the p2 thread as I know the support really helps stay on plan.I noticed you travel in a motorhome.Do you live in it full time? Dh and I did that for about 5 yrs until I decided I wanted another house, then Dh had to go back to work.I sometimes wish I had stayed in the camper and saved the money

i am on my second day of loading and feel terrible, can't wait to start vlc tomorrow---i did 2 rounds this year in may and august and lost about 35# kept all off except 2# so this hcg works, i am doing another round to get off the last 20#, will probably have to do an extension, or do another round later on--will see how it goes---i am going to miss my coconut oil and lotions as i have very dry skin this time of year----

good luck to all starting another round

This morning I weighed in at 230.4. PHEWWWW !!!! I said it. I posted it. When I originally started hhcg, I weighed in at 243.6. Not a lot of differance....but at least it wasn't more. I like to weigh 160. That's when I feel the ABSOLUTE BEST.

IT WILL BE DONE.

Betty, I'm in North ga.in the mountains. A little town called Dahlonega.Love it here. My Dh travels with his job so I still live in a 5th wheel most of the time.I'm hardley ever home.Jan,I weighed in at 190.6 That's the most I've EVER weighed!I hate to even write that but that's what I need to own up to I really need to get the weight off for health reasons if nothing else.I don't care for how I look in the mirror much either I saw where you and your Dh have Harley's.My Dh has one also and I'm tired of being a hog on a hawg I know we can do this,it just takes WILLPOWER (and a little hcg)

I hope this is it for you, this time around! You have to be willing to stick to maintenance and stay vigilant with yourself, or another regain is inevitable. If you are willing to change your lifestyle and habits permanently then I am absolutely confident you will see your goal again and stay there! Sometimes we're just not ready to enact the changes we need, and that is when regains happen. There's no shame in that - changing a lifetime of habits is HARD! But if you're willing to eat cleanly and ditch the stuff that addicts you, screws with your blood sugar, and makes you fat, you'll do amazingly.

Coming back and trying again says a lot about your character and motivation. You WILL succeed if you keep trying and never give up. I am cheering for you!

Jan, I would like to keep posting here if you don't mind me hijacking your thread. It may be easier to keep up with people just starting back.I'm down 5 lbs this morning and of course I know it is water weight but I DON"T CARE! I will be doing almost strict protocol also. I do use H&H in my hot tea and it's more than 1 tbsp but it didn't hurt me last time and I have an occasional diet coke but other than that I stay on plan. Artic Mama thanks for all the encouragement

When I say I'm doing STRICT protocol.....

I do use WF products. And Crystal Light.

Last night....I peeled an apple, sprinkled cinnamon on all of the slices lightly, and poured some wf pancake syrup over them. the syrup could'nt even have been a 1/4 cup. more like an 1/8. COVERED the bowl and nuked for 2.5 minutes. WARM AND YUMMY !!!!

I also use alot of davinci syrups.

ANY TIPS OUT THERE ?

Hey Jan, I used sweeteners and cinnamon on my apples before nuking. It was a staple for me on both rounds. Did not adversely effect loses!!

I'm right here with you guys. I've been on P2 since Dec 1, with a short interruption the past couple of days. I'm back on the wagon and ready to continue. I wish all of you well. I know very well how it feels to lose the weight and then put it back. I'm hoping P3 and P4 will save me from that heartache again. This is my first round with hcg, and so far I love it.

Since you guys all just started, you might want to check out the new P2 thread for this week too. Lots of great people over there too!

Margarita

Hi,Deborah and Margarita I think we are going to post here.Deb(can I call you that? Congrats on the 2 lbs I don't think soy sauce is protocol because it has ALOT of sodium in it. That may be why you didn't lose more.Is anyone else hungry? I know it will pass I just have to hang in there I didn't load with the pellets properly(I kept forgetting)but I couldn't wait any longer.Margarita how much have you loss? You've been on this about 3 wks right?

I lost 12 lbs in three weeks, but I put back 4 in the past two days with my holiday splurge. I expect that to come off by the end of the week, since it's mostly water.

I lose slower than others due to menopause, thyroid issues, and being closer to goal (I have about 30 lbs to lose). So don't use me as an example of what hcg can do. I'm on the lower end of the scale. Although I will tell you this ... on weight watchers, atkins, jenny craig and others I gained weight. HCG is the only thing so far that takes the weight off for me.

It's nice to know it's only water. Many people think all that food they are eating is being stored up.

IKNOWICANIKNOWICANIKNOWICANIKNOWICANIKNOWICAN

I never used to EAT because of stress....bit this whole last weight gain "thing" ....I KNOW IS STRESS RELATED.

My bartendar just called me....the other gal that was supposed to stay all day "is sick". So....I got home and watched the cameras. WOW....this gal should get an academy award. Not to sick to go outside and smoke a cigg....but "crawls" back in and leans on the bar all hunched over cuz her mom just pulled into the lot to pick her up.....

AND...that is just a small dose of my dailey stress.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO TO AVOID THE WHOLE STRESS EATING THING????

Sure you can call me Deb ... I guess I will chill on the soy sauce ... I was trying to make my food more flavorful... The better my food tastes the more likely I will stay on plan... Gotta find a way to make this chicken taste good or im toast...

So....I'm gonna experiment with orange davinci, wf or davinci pancake syrup, and some guar or another thickener....orange chicken??? maybe kick it up with some crushed red pepper...
