OK... so I hired a new cook. He starts tonight. At least he has some experiance. We shall see.

On the diet front.....I do not know what is wrong with me. I just cannot seem to settle down. I do so good ....and then....WHAM. I'm naughty.I need to get my head on straight and into a better place.

Why can't we all just be normal?????

so far...so good today....spent a little part of the afternoon sitting in the pool....untill it clouded over and I got chilly.

My back is hurting today....time to get down on the floor and do the PT exercises.

I think I shall have the strawberry/spinach thingy for supper tonight and go to bed early

Today is the day that I get a GRIP !!!!

Had my own little pity party/girl talk with myself the last few days....over food, and I do mean OVER food. Time to get this done.

I have gained. Way more than I am comfortable with. So....I loaded AGAIN this past weekend. I am MISERABLE right now. I hope the next few days bring some relief for this BLOAT.

When its off again.....I have to really be diligent.

I'm sorry to hear you struggling, Jan. (((HUGS)))

I'm doing ok maintaining with JUDDD, even on vacation. I am in P4 and having some carbs/starches/little sugars and even some alcohol. I will try to check in more when I can.

well, CMarie, it's not like I hav'nt been here befor. Just got to come to GRIPS with everything going on in my life. How can STRESS be such a nasty culprit?!?!?!?!

I took steps today to be on plan.

I have always done this, but have been kind of "slacking" on it lately.
I precooked 30 chicken breasts on the GF this afternoon. I weighed up 3 huge containers of strawberries and cooked some fresh green beans that someone dropped off to me at the bar.

Tonight for supper, I had some crabmeat w/wf ranch mayo. I took a whole tomatoe, sliced off the top and pulled out the center. It weighed in at 3.6 oz. So, then I stuffed it with the crab mixture. Pretty tasty. I think I will do the same with tuna sometime. Had strawberries for dessert.

Going to take a long soak in the tub in a bit.

3 down this morning. And after the night I've had.....that is amazing.
Sometimes I have NO WORDS that can actually describe/fit a situation for me at work. Some people have absolutely NO work ethic.


I have decided that ...IF....I need to have something EXTRA...as in SWEET....I am going to have sf jello. It is a better decision than going completely off track and eating things "WAY WRONG".
Laast night I had a bowl and it satisfied me.
Now....if I could have just fallen asleep faster, I would not have even had that.
That seems to be my "PROBLEM TIME/ZONE".....at night, after 9:00.

I made another box this morning so that I have it on hand.

Tonight I tried Miracle Rice for the 1st time. I just thought that I needed something more filling. Maybe that will help with my "danger zone" of after 9:00pm.

I had chicken, green beans, the M.rice, and some wf alfredo sauce.
I think I would have it again. Maybe with broccolli this time.

Had a rather nice today. Went to the Hy-Vee grocery store for a change. I love their Health Market. Lots of low carb products to choose from.

Just got done with my PT exercises. Already my back feels stronger. If you do them CONSISTANTLY.....it sure does help. LOL

I made some sf jello this morning. I had some the other day....and it just tasted FLAT to me. So this morning I subbed some davinci for the cold water....will report back on if I can taste a boost in flavor

Been MIA for a few days....back now and ready for the PLAN !!!!

I am having so many problems lately....mentally of course. I just can't seem to wrap my head around discipline.

We went shopping at a Tangeroutlet mall sunday & Monday. That was a much needed break from the bar. The grandkids got a LOT of kool clothes!!!!

I'm back from vacay and doing ok, doing a correction day right now and going back to strict JUDDD rotations. I kind of lost it at the end of the vacay after doing a perfect P3 and beginning P4 with JUDDD and first week of vacation not gaining anything. I didn't do a couple down days I should have and had too much alcohol at the end of the vacation - pool bar with $5 mai tais and lava flows LOL....

CMarie - I am having such a HARD TIME right now.


<<<<THUD>>>>....That is me falling down. I have gained a total of 15 pounds. I cannot even say.......I knew the whole time what would happen as I was eating, eating, eating.

I am attempting to pick myself up....TODAY....and end this cycle once more.

Started as one scene and ended as the other. Then back to the first scene. But I will take your words and run with them. I loaded yesterday and will probably today. Nothing but healthy fats. This has to be DONE!!!!

When I get it back off.........I am going to look into JUDD

So you're re-starting a P2 right now? Go for it! Git 'er dun!

I will weigh tomorrow after my DD today.... I will see if there is any vacay damage left at that point and reassess how low my calories need to go on my JUDDD rotations. Hoping to keep it at maintenance level for now and start up my PT again for the hip. Still trying to get the inflammation down. I've got a new hand-held machine that is supposed to help something like an ultrasound but without the goop, it's called an infratonic and it disrupts the pain signals. I've had it and used it faithfully for 2+ weeks now and I think sometimes I feel a difference but I dunno for sure. Poop. I was hoping it'd be more dramatic than that. For what it cost it sure should. If I can stay off the wheat I know it helps me.

Keep at it! You can do it!

After being home and doing 2 JUDDD down days (with maintenance calories, not weightloss calories) I am back down to just LIW +2.6, so probably one more rotation UD/DD by Friday I expect to be in my 2-pound window. My P3 all the way through into P4 this time I was UNDER my LIW which has never happened before. I hope to get there again in another week or so. If not, I'm ok with just staying at LIW or at least a pound within my window. We'll see.

I really need to clean my house too. I am thinking of making a gym out of my living room! No kidding! I don't know how but I really want to! I have some exercise equipment I should be using, with the pain it's hard but I have to figure out how to strengthen my muscles. I need to get with it.

I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself after an upday but I did and I lost another .4 eating pretty much clean P3 (with a little dark chocolate) but respecting my calories. I am doing a down day today and will see where I'm at tomorrow. I really want to get back to under LIW if I can.

Holy cow, you can't catch a break with these employees. I am losing one right now, and we won't replace him as it's slow season. *sigh* but he's been a great asset.

I am back in my window, LIW + 1 !!!! Woo Hoo!!! I am sticking with JUDDD for maintenance. You should consider it when you're done. It's pretty easy, but you do have to count every calorie that goes in your mouth LOL.... even if you go "off plan" you need to see it and not lie to yourself hee hee hee I like to pretend it didn't happen... but the body knows! LOL

Great loss!!! Keep it up!!!! You doing total protocol or rogue this time?

I know what you mean....replacing someone isn't as easy as "just doing it". You have to look at the sales, etc....the time of year it is....just means more hours for me. Dang, I have enough already.

I am VERY PROUD of you CMARIE !!! You are ROCKING that maintenance !!!! I SO NEED SOMEONE to look up to !!!!

I am down 1 pound this morning. Weighed in at 169 even.

Tomorrow...gonna have some "dh & me time" !!!!

Dh COULD go to Sturges...but, I cannot find the time. We always lose our college summer staff right at this time of year....so, I can only get away for "day trips".

Going to get up early in the am and ride. Enjoy the scenery of all the bikes on the road making the trip. I29 is a major hwy on the road to sturges. Just so happens to go right thru town....LOL
