Stayed the same this morning. 176.6.

Lost power last night for over an hour. Over 7000 residents and business's were down. My house and the bar included. So...we went over and started unplugging all the cooling units (hard on the compressors when the power kicks EVERYTHING back on at once) and then WHAM....it comes back on.

So....NOBODY on our end of town got to watch The Voice. And I missed the very LAST MINUTE of Biggest Loser...

Last night for supper I had fixed the egg/spinach bake thingy....only I used canned asparagus instead of spinach. And grissinni instead of melba.

I had also DOUBLED the recipee.
Had 1/2 for supper and the other 1/2 for lunch today.

I will do this every time from on. It heats REALLY well the next day in the micro. And I'll bet it would even heat well if I skipped a day and then had it.

Jan,you are doing so well! I'm so proud of you! I know you will keep the weight off this time Was the Dr amazed at your weight loss? How is your skin doing after 50lbs? I need to lose 40 and I know everyone is different but I was wondering if you have a lot of loose skin?

I have a LOT of loose skin. No tank tops for me !!!! But I've had this problem for years....to much yo-yoing in my life.

I am going to start an upper body program as soon as the pysical therapist OK'S it. After all, what can it hurt? Gotta have some kind of strength to hold the bike up if I get into a trouble thing. At least until dh can run to the rescue.

Morning all! Well, I am down 1.2 lbs this AM!! So weird!! I really ate a bunch yesterday I thought. So now I am 0.4 under my LIW! I really want to start losing again and I might hang in for another week of P3 and then go back into P2 since I have taken breaks....OR....I might go back into P2 on Monday or Tuesday and call it an interruption. Hmmm....

Anyway...Here is my menu from yesterday:

B: Two turkey and cheddar burgers covered with a mix of mayo/wickles hot relish and sugar free sweet relish.
Large Dunkins iced coffee with cream
L: Pork chop and cabbage sauteed in butter
S: A few slices of cheddar cheese
D: Porterhouse steak with onions and mushrooms sauteed in butter
S: Home Made sugar free vanilla/mixed berry ice cream

Good job Peggy! P3 is being kind to you I'm going to get it together one of these days and get serious.I just can't seem to commit yet for some reason I'm back home for a week.G-daughter is graduating from college and I will be celebrating for a few daysI try to at least stay low carb! jan,I'm with you,I can't walk much because of my ankle but I could at least do some upper body workouts!

scale showed a .6 loss this morning. so...that's 176 even

I have a feeling i may be overdoing it a bit as far as the Crystal Light is concerned. I'll bet I/ve drank a whole pitcher (2 packs mixed w/water) to myself the last 3 days. I mean a PITCHER A DAY.

I think that's why there was a lil bit of a stall there.

Nothing to drink for me but coffee, tea, water, and lemon water and MIO water.

We shall see how tomorrow goes

dh left this morning EARLY on a trip to see his daughter. he'll be back at the end of next week sometime. this is kinda strange for us.....we do everything together. miss him already

scale was very good to me this morning. down 1.2 pounds. that makes it 174.6

tomorrow is weekly report day.

I have been eating the heck out of the zoodles. cannot wait to try it with some REAL spaghetti sauce from work. we do spaghetti every wednessday. all day...all night...all you can eat...the hard part is the BREADSTICKS !!!!!

had a simple lunch today of sliced cukes, chicken, melba, and an orange.

I think I'll make the egg bake thigy tonight for supper. But I'm gonna use broccolli instead of spinach. an apple for dessert

This mornings weight was 173.4....down 1.2 pounds



Daily Loss - 1.2
Weekly Loss - 3.8 (same as last week)
Total R2 Loss - 18.6
Total Loss - 57 (since 12/26/11)


Last nights dinner was GOOD with the broccolli in the egg bake. I really enjoy that dish!!!!! Does NOT seem to matter WHAT vege I use.

Jan,you are doing so wonderful! I wanna be like you! I can't believe you are around so much food everyday at the bar and can stay strong!That's what I call commited! You are AMAZING! well....after yesterdays loss....I had a feeling the scale would bounce back again.

I was up .6 this morning. That makes it 174 even.

Hoping tomorrow will bring it back down a bit.

Been some long days at work since dh went on the trip. I usually have him doing all "my errands"....lol. DANG...I gotta lot of errands...

Wishbone, 174 is still a dream weight to me so good job!

Harley, I ate chicken broth, chicken broth, and more chicken broth after surgery. I was REALLY hoping for a huge whoosh because of that, but no luck. I'm expecting TOM any day now though, so I think I'm retaining water.

Well....my .6 gain is now a .6 loss this morning. Back down to 173.4 again.

woke up at 4 this morning....WIDE AWAKE.....having coffee, getting ready for work.

Yay! I'm glad that .6 is gone again!

I'm waiting until Friday before weighing again. I do better when I see the scale move down. I get too easily discouraged when it doesn't and then I start justifying a cheat in my head.lol

only 6:30 and I can hardly keep my eyes open.
I had a spinach/strawberry shake for supper tonight....to dang tired to cook....LOL
I woke up at 4 this morning...could NOT fall back to sleep. And now, dh is driving straight home from New York. Should be here befor 11 tonight. SO HAPPY HE"S COMING HOME. MISS HIM TERRIBLY.

So...let the scale games begin...

yesterdays .8 loss is back again today...

if I could JUST remember to get a new battery for the scale at least that part of it would be resolved

and maybe a good nights sleep would help. up again early this morning....just can't sleep lately.

Scale was very good to me this morning. 1.6 down, making it 171.6.
Now tomorrow morning morning will be another story....

We have a graduation party booked into the bar this afternoon. And its calling for 90 degrees. Should be an EXCELLENT day all the way around.

well...true to form...scale was up .4 this morning. it read 172.2

that's ok. usually its the whole loss from the day befor, followed by a few days of losing, then back to down 1 day/up the next. followed by a few days of losing, etc.etc.

at least the whole 1.6 loss did'nt come back....lol

raining here pretty good. sitting here wondering if my cook is coming in. he was sick yesterday, so that kind of threw things "amok". he is not sick to often, so....

hope everyone has a GREAT DAY...I'll be back if I can...

Just popping in to say *HI*! I have done 3 weeks of P3 and I am 0.8 over my LIW...so I am stabilizing well. I did have roasted almonds one day and BAM...up 4 lbs. I guess I just need to get over it and accept that I cannot have almonds. Oh well, I went back to clean P3 and it came right off.

usually cooking for dh does'nt bother in the least lil bit.....but I had to leave the room just now.
I fixed him 2 huge Iowa Chops (1 for tonight, 1 for tomorrow) a lettuce salad with cukes, radish, celery, slithered almonds, and olives. I rummaged in the freezer and found a bowl of sweet potatoes and a bowl of gravy. Not quite sure when I froze them... but they thawed out perfectly fine.

AND DO THEY SMELL GOOD!!!!


And I'll bet he has micro popcorn later....
