Ok if you mean you're behaving yourself on P2 I can get on board with that... LOL

I'm UP 2+ pounds this morning from eating too late and too many nuts again. Plus of course stress, lack of sleep etc. Sigh. My 5-6 pounds above LIW has been busted so am doing GY or some kind of CD or extremely light day today. Snow on the ground so I may get out to get some CD food or I may have to go with what I have in the fridge. Salad, anyone?

ha ha ha ! Thanks I needed a good laugh! I've been hungry all day and finally said forget it and came home and had some real food. I was trying to do a GY correct day and it wasn't working! Usually I'm full all day from it. Not so today. I am wondering if the whey protein powder I have started using in the morning to up my protein is affecting my blood sugar and my hunger throughout the day. I remember this feeling before. I wonder if I should go get one of those pokey blood level tests to check. What do you think? I started adding whey protein powder this week. Could I be crazy!?

C'Marie,I'm sure your stress level right now has a lot to do with it.Your poor brain cells are probably saying "feed me,if you want me to keep working"I've been the same weight for 3 days now so I'm hoping to see a loss tomorrow.I did sneak a few bites of Dh spagetti last night,I just couldn't help myself

I'm down a pound again this morning. I think I'll make up for this in the next few days though. Going out of town for a pool tourney. That should be fun.

Behaving myself in terms of taking care of my knee...like I should!

I am doing OK on my P2 restart. I am going to *try and hold out until Easter, but I have a weight in my head that if I hit THAT, then I am going to head into P3. :-)

I didn't even get a chance to weigh this morning, was waiting for a call from family about someone in the hospital and started drinking my coffee and such before I realized it.

I'm glad your knee is better, Peggy! I need to figure out when I can get my hip MRI done. I have to do the hip and the sacral joint because they are affecting each other I'm sure.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!!

I got back late yesterday afternoon. TIRED !!!!
I slept from 5:00 till 6 this morning. Ready for the day now !!!

My own team took 4th place in our division.
Another team from my bar took 3rd in their division And another took 2nd in their division. Pretty good showing for the Ickey Nickel.

I, on the other hand, woke up to .2 over my LDW. So, a protein shake day is on the menu today.

I did real good the first night there. I had brought veges, and string cheese, and greek yog. with me. Good thing cuz we played till 2 in the morning. saturday night tho, we had pizza. P4 is where I'm at, so I was'nt real worried, just more scared. LOL

Yesterday, tho, I had a muffin in the morning and a hotdog and some other "JUNK" at lunch.

TO MUCH....TO FAST....So....not to surprised with the scale this morning

Now...time to go to work and catch up.

Hello! I'm not weighing today on purpose. I had a fun weekend, mostly P3-type foods, but a couple (literally) potato chips and some chocolate-covered raisins and espresso beans.... along with my usually self-indulgent NUTS dangit. I really freaked out Saturday night and felt like I'm stress eating, which is unusual for me. I need to go find a homeopathic calming thing that I can take while I work. 3 more weeks. 3 more weeks. 3 more weeks....

well.....I actually took the scale at the lowest reading.... Now, the highest had me at 1.2 over the LDW. So..... after all the junk, I thought that was probably more accurate. LOL

well....I knew I should have taken that higher weight yesterday morning. And I should have taken it SERIOUSLY.

I started the day with a protein shake CD. But that is DEFINATELY NOT how I ended it.

Now I am OVER 2 pounds OUT of leeway. So....today is gonna be strict.

I think my other computer has a virus so I'm on my little mini which is fine but I had to get the security stuff loaded so that's why I haven't posted.Jan,I forgot you were going out of town.Why,Why,Why,does the weight have to come back on so fast! I'm sure you weren't pigging put!I'm down 5 lbs for the week but I haven't been staying strict protocal.I'm pretty bored with the food and I bought some low carb/low calorie protein shakes I'm going to drink for breakfast.We'll see how that goes I usually do pretty good if I keep the calories lowI'm really doing my own thing right now and not taking the pellets.I guess it's an interruption Peggy,you still on P2? C'Marie you have a stressful job!At least there is an end date!

I did better today, used some rescue remedy and some kava for the stress reactions. I also did better drinking my water! Woo Hoo!

I am not weighing right now, I can't stand the stress of one more thing. It makes my heart pound just to think about it.

Today I had: yogurt with whey protein, 2 modest servings of zucchini pizza (lunch/dinner) and SF frozen yogurt and some cashews - oh and a glass of red wine

Just keeping it real! LOL

lost 1 pound on my CD. Today I will just keep it clean....hopefully that will get me back into the zone. If not.....another CD tomorrow. That's soon enough.

ok well I weighed this morning and not a happy camper. I'm going to attempt a GY day. If I don't make it, it'll be GY breakfast/lunch and then steak/salad for dinner. And with a packed schedule today, I hope I can get my water in. I know that is making a difference when I can't.

If you were only 1.2 lbs above your LDW...you ARE in the zone. Am I missing something?

Here I am, just stopping by, working crazy hours. Didn't weigh this morning, just ate LC today, GY and whey protein for brx, lunch of Carl's Jr low carb lettuce wrapped swiss mushroom burger, some SF froyo and nuts, and dinner of beef franks, avocado, olives and wine

No sugar, no starch, but still lots of calories and fat

Not enough water today. Didn't take my kava or rescue remedy, didn't seem to need it. I was full enough with each meal and didn't snack, so that's good.

2 more weeks! I LOVE my work, there's just a LOT of it and it's stressful.

Man.....I seem to be having a REAL HARD time lately.

Will ATTEMPT to do another CD today. I am way out oy leeway. like about 5 pounds. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM ???? P2 rounds are way easier than this !!!!
