My leg started hurting befor I got the bike and after I got the shoes. So...I think the shoes are the culprit. My chiro told me that there are a lot of lawsuits right now going on over these shoes.

But I went to Dunhams this morning and got the Nikes. I think its better already. I got someone to play pool for me tonight tho....I think I'm running on about 45 min of sleep.

My dh said the SWEETEST THING to me this morning. It brought tears to my eyes. He said "Jan, if I could take just some of that pain from you and have it myself, I would take it all". He knows I have a VERY HIGH threshold for pain....and if it was the same this morning as it was last night, I'd have made him take me to outpatients. Now, THAT'S some pain.


Hope everyone here has someone that holds their hearts in their hands on this special day....whether it's your "other" or your children...let them know that they are also loved.

Mine (DH) has a HORRIBLE cold right now...so I just made him a cup of "vile tasting" cold medicine and handed it to him and said "here honey, I made this for you cuz I love you" and then burst out laughing... Both of us HATE having to doctor ourselves so....we make the other one do it!!!

After staying the same yesterday, I'm down 1 pound this morning. Weighed in at 190.6. I CAN SMELL THOSE 180'S. LOLOL

I did'nt ride this morning, but I think I'll be able to this afternoon. I CANNOT believe the differance that shoes can make. WOW !!!

Yesterday for lunch I had -
grilled chicken on top of lettuce w/buff sauce drizzled on top & melba broken up on top. And a sliced apple for dessert.
For supper - strawberry/spinach shake. And I'm still not hungry. I really do love that shake. I can see me having that even on P3/4. I'd probably add some protein powder to it then.

What's everyone eating today ????

Jan,congrats on the loss!You will be in the 180's when you go on P3 I had an orange for breakfast,will have chicken and cabbage for lunch and I'm making P2 chili for dinner.I'll have an apple for my second fruit.I keep things pretty simple I am going to buy some cottage cheese and try the shake though.I really can't imagine the spinach and strawberries together but I guess when it's all mixed up it tastes okay

It has a bit of a green tinge to it but it is really good!!!

Late getting home tonight...but it was a fun night.

Got to ride this afternoon on the ex. bike. Leg felt pretty good befor and after....so, that made me happy.

Had a shake for supper tonight. Not sure what tomorrow will say on the scale. I'm feeling a restless night coming on. I need to get some good sleep.

No harley g-ma dat be da "good for ya stuff"!! Seriously, you won't taste the spinach. Really is a good meal substitute. I think particularly in the summer when it's warmer.

Down .2 this morning. That makes me 190.4.

Boy....wanted to stay under the covers this morning. I managed to get up, drink my coffee, ride 30 min, and finally get ready for work. Have to go in this morning and pressure cook the roast for lunch today.

Counting today...6 more full days of dosing and then wed morning will be my laast dose. That's the plan today anyway...

I'll be back later to check for losses.

Jan,I'm glad you're feeling better and the scale is still moving down for you I'm down another lb this morningI'll post the total for the week on Mon.How are you doing Betty? You are almost to goal!Peggy,you still hanging in there? It IS getting easier for me,I think once you get the first few days behind you,you realize you really don't need all the junk food. Dh is NOT allowed to have any more Oreo's in this camper!I'll buy him fig newton's which I don't care for!I WANT TO BE THIN FOR SUMMER!!!!

Woooo hooooo harley g-ma you are doing it!!!! I think you are right there was a "click" for me in each round where it got easier. Good luck to you and keep on keeping on.
Yes, I'm gonna do another 13 more days on P2 but I'm just moseying along. I've been adding some extra protein in because I would actually be completely happy at the weight I am now. I do want to shape some but that happens magically on hcg. Wishing everyone whooshies!!!!

Oh yeah. I am still here. I am not hungry at all...except a tiny bit at meal time. Feel great as a matter of fact. It is good when you find the right dosage. Makes all the difference in the world....

VLCD and down 0.5 today!

Can I say that I am *loving* how cold I am....LOL! I pile on the layers since I refuse to turn up the heat! I was having such hot flashes last fall for a few weeks...and haven't had one in a long while now.

I'm here, too - on P3 and after 3 days of going UP, UP, UP each day not cheating or anything, I did a steak day yesterday and it popped me back down. Eating clean P3 today (well, I did have a couple tablespoons of almond butter LOL).....

I decided tonight that I wanted an apple. a warm apple. Usually, I peel, slice, bag, shake with cinnamon & splenda , pour about 1/8 c wf pancake syrup on and nuke in a covered dish for 2 min.
Tonight I added a tad bit of butter extract to the syrup first and stirred it up then poured it on and nuked. YUMMY!!!!

I do short rounds. 2 days loading, 21 days VLCD with injections, 72 hours VLCD w/o injections.

VLCD10 and down 1.4 this AM!!!!!!!

Peggy,WOW!you lose a LOT in your short rounds!I'm not sure how long I'll be on this round.At least the 21 days but I'm going on a mini vacation next month with DD and I'm not sure how strong I'll be.I'll TRY to control myself I'm down another 1.2 this morningI'm not Stella,but I'm so glad I got my groove back!

Well...I still have ALOT to lose. Keep in mind that I include my weight that I gained in my load as part of my lbs lost. I still think that most of of my first week's loss is water. I have also put on some weight. LONG year of stress dealing with the breakup of my marriage...and I stress eat (Ben & Jerry comforted me alot! ), but that is OVER thankfully and I am back on track re-losing a bunch of weight, but that is OK. I know I can do it on this plan. I hope this makes sense!!!

Glad to hear you have your groove back!! I would not want to be on P2 during a vacation. I can do P3 so easily while traveling and you can eat really well on it and come back from a trip without gaining. Its so awesome!

I have lost and maintained a 90 lbs loss thereabouts. My last round in April was a wash...unfortunately as my life went to hell in a handbasket as I entered P3.

Peggy,I'm so glad you made it back after all the stress90 lbs down is something you can be so proud of!I've been trying to lose 40 for YEARS!I really want to make it this timeWE just have to stay focused and look to the future
