Had a pretty good day today.....shrimp fro lunch and P2 chili for supper. Had grapefruit for my fruit today.


Rode 1/2 hour on my bike today. LOVED IT !!!! we'll have to see how this exercise fits in with P2.

well, gotta go in pretty early in the morning so, have a good evening everyone.

I was back UP this morning the one pound surprise loss from yesterday LOL. My body truly doesn't act like it wants to go down anymore right now but TOO BAD! I'm in the zone. No hunger, feel great, sleeping better (finally) and no way I am giving up. Staying protocol! I did something Thursday I NEVER did before - I had one small lick of a non-protocol food. NEVER before, really. Well, one time I popped something in my mouth in one of my first days because I forgot but I spit it out! LOL. It was literally one tine on a fork of a hot cheese sauce my business partner had cuz I wanted to taste it. I felt SO guilty it was actually funny! Ha ha I'm so OCD.

I got to go out to dinner and a movie with my hubby, ordered the 7 oz steak and cut it in half, and subbed out a plate of raw spinach instead of the veggie. Really yummy. Then at the movie I had diet pepsi, water, and some sliced apple I brought in. Hubby asked me if it would bother me if he got popcorn and I told him to go for it! Really didn't bug me at all! Yay! That's one thing I have had a hard time standing before I think it's just the smell more than anything.

And yes, I'm close to the end of a round, not sure how much longer I will go. I will run out of shots here pretty soon, and then I will decide if I will extend a bit using pellets or some drops because I won't be able to go more than 40 days with shots (I follow the rules where shots are concerned, don't want to get immune) but I think if I switched to homeopathic I could go a bit longer. Still thinking about that. Really want to get down into virgin fat, lose a bit more, and then stabilize for 6-8 weeks and hit it again and be DONE. Dear GOD. But I have some medical issues that I need to take care of so timing may not work for me to do it again so quick. We'll see when I get my options from the docs.

Well, I'm off to bed, seeing more clients in the morning (I hate working Saturdays but it's tax season so I gotta LOL) so I'll see you later!

Ladies.. I had a rough time getting in my food yesterday, I was really busy... Also I didnt get in even half of my water, only like MAYBE 20ozs .. I was thinking I wouldnt do well on the scale this morning, but I was given a nice surprise.. I released 2.4 ... Im so thankful... I am so loving these intermountain drops, its my first time using them... Ive had no hunger, headaches, or any ill effects... Even with that said I am for sure this will only be a 21 day round ... Im tired and ready for P3...

Congrats on your new bike ... Good job on the 1/2 hour ride ... Its sad to say I have a brand new bike that was given to me and all ive done is sit on it a couple times ... Its hurts my booty ... Guess I need a bigger seat.. I will try again when I get to P3 ..

Well...I had a feeling it would happen. I'm up .4 this morning. I think it will come back off tomorrow though. I hardly slept last night at all....did something to my left hip at work last night....some muscle thing. I sleep on my side and it did not matter last night which one I went for. IT WAS PAINFULL !!!

I get off around 5 today...probly be in bed by 6...

EVERYONE IS DOING SO WELL !!!! GOOD JOB LADIES !!!!

Great job DebIt was a horrible day for me yesterday It rained ALL day and my friend in Al was in a bad accident and totaled his truckHe's going to be okay though I ate a couple of things off plan(I don't deal so well with stress) but I was down 1.4 this morningI have to be extra good today so it will stay goneJan,you may be retaining water since you hurt your hip.It might be swollen

K...down .6 this morning. I can live witht that.

Today will NOT be easy. I really need to have a plan. I'll be taking P2 chili to work with me for my "super bowl" chili. But the REST of the stuff I have to make.....I need to make sure I am NEVER ALONE in the kitchen...

I think I'll slip home for lunch....and do the spinach/strawberry blender thing...that fills me up for a VERY LONG time. And then get back to the bar.

Have a GREAT DAY everyone....I want to see LOSSES posted when I get back !!!

Great Losses! Yay! I'm down a bit too this morning and OH soooooo close to VFT. I hope I don't pop back up again tomorrow, has been my pattern this round and completely different than all other rounds so far. Oh well, I can't lose weight any other way so it is what it is! and I'll take it!

I measured out my syringes and I have 6 shots left, doing a skip day and then my LIW will be Saturday next weekend. I will decide if I'm going to do a short interrupt and then jump back on with pellets or not depending on how protein-deficient I feel at that point. I have days where I feel a little weak so I dunno. I want to push forward but again I want to do what my body needs most of all.

I have no superbowl plans either, writing a paper for my management course so I have to get off here and get to it - 2000 words due by 11:55 pm.

Nah, I have at least one more to go because I screwed up in December after gaining true hormonal weight in October and I just about "lost it" for awhile. Ack. It's taken me almost this whole round to snatch myself back from the brink LOL. No bowing down to me, sister. I have clay feet

Good Morning All !!!
I stayed the same this morning....wheeeww!!!! Sometimes I think you can absorb calories by looking at food!! I made ROASTERS of pulled pork, mac&cheese, and scallopped taters, and a pan of hotdogs. 3 gallons of chili &nacho cheese dip w/tortilla chips (we even fry our own chips)

AND NOT A MORSEL WENT INTO THE MOUTH.....But I Swear I Could Feel Those Little Calorie Buggers Getting In Somehow.
So....today I feel stronger.

Dailey Loss - 0
Weekly loss - 2.6
Total Loss 32.6

In my original plan....today would have been my last dose for this round. But I am going to go until Ash Wednesday. That's only 2 weeks and 2 days more. That puts this round at an end with you guy's 21 day round. Sorta.

Well....I pressure cooked 4 stewing hens saturday, so now I have to go in and turn them into soup. I'll check for losses when I get back.

Great losses everyone!I was gone all day yesterday on the motorcycle and then we went to the movie and saw "The Grey" I don't recommend it I was down a lb and then this morning I was back upI am down a total of 6.2 lbs Jan,you have an iron will!I am NOT that strong! I could not be around all that food I THINK about food ALL the time!What I can have and what I can't haveI know most of it's boredom but there's not much I can do about it.I would love to be able to go for long walks but with my bum ankle I really can't do that.I have started drinking a bottle of "joint juice" for one of my fruits.I know it's not protocal but it's low calorie and low carb and maybe it will help me start walking again

Harley g-ma let me know which kind of joint juice and if it helps. I have hip issues and now one knee as well. Sigh. I know what you mean. Limited mobility sucks! LOL

My loss from yesterday stuck and I'm a happy camper.

I made myself an on-protocol treat yesterday. I had eggs for one of my proteins, so I had one hardboiled egg with a melba with coffee for part of it, and then I made myself a small bit of "ice cream" with the remaining 3 eggwhites we're allowed. Into the Vitamix (but I think any powerful blender could do this) was the equivalent of 3 eggwhites out of the carton, 1 1/2 tsp Hershey's cocoa powder (the baking kind, no sugar) some stevia, a little cinnamon, and 6 frozen hard strawberries. VERY YUMMY for a treat. It tasted a little like chocolate/strawberry gelato. You wouldn't have to add the baker's cocoa if you didn't want to or don't consider it protocol. Several people "convinced" me it's considered a "spice" in small portions.

No loss for me this morning... I was kinda prepared for this since ive been losing so well.. Its week 2 and its always crazy for me during the second week ... Im so ready to move on to P3... I dont know how many days weve been on this even with my interrupt ...

Deb,I'm with you.I'm ready for P3 BUT I don't lose on P3 and I NEED to get some weight offI'm down 1.6 this morning but it's the SAME 1.6 I'm playing withI guess I'm a little rogue here but I saw something on Dr.OZ yesterday that I'm going to try. It's raspberry ketones.He says it works on fat cells What the heck,nothing ventured nothing gainedC'Marie I got the joint juice at Wal Mart and it's got cranberry and pomegranate in it.Only 25 calories and 4 carbs per bottle.It's tastes pretty good It may take awhile to work so I'll give it at least a month.I heard you can get it cheaper by the case at Big Lots but you know how that is.Some have it some don'tHow's our gold star Jan doing this morning?

2 pounds gone this morning....but, I know I'll pay the price for this tomorrow...either a stall or a gain.

Last night I had that thing C'Marie posted. I wish I had a Vitamix....it was soupy, so I put it in the freezer for as long as I could stand it. Then slurped it up !!! Delish !!!! I took my hard boiled egg and made egg salad with it. Added some wf mayo (it does'nt take much) & some capella bacon drops. YUMMY !!!! will definately have this again.

Great job on the 2 lbs! You are doing great!Do the bacon drops really taste like bacon?I'm thinking of getting some for my cabbage.You know we like to cook with bacon fat down here in the south!I thought it might be a good subsitute

Nice job with all the weight loss!! I am slowly reaching my goal. I am down .6 this morning!! I am on R2P2 VLCD 20 and i am down a total of 13.2 I think that is great. Of course I wish it were more, but I am happy with what I got. I worked hard for it!!! good luck and big losses everyone
