Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to all!!
Just a question about life after Phases. Sure wish Dr. Simeons was available to continue to mentor and teach us. Do those of you who are "through" with the phases....................still weigh each day. Do you track what you eat.............Do you or would you do "correction days" per se???

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! I'm on my last round, but am going to chime in regarding my plan. When I hit goal (even though I've been overweight off and on since our son was born in 1999, I've still been thin most of my life so I know how to maintain) - I'm only going to weigh once a week and focus on how my clothes fit vs. the number on the scale. I'm also going to only give myself a 5-pound window.

Thanks Stephanie!!! Congrats on your success. You have done wonderfully. I, unlike your background, was born fat and just got fatter.lol
I'm diligently tracking and will be sure to stay aware of my weight and my gains and losses. I meant it when I said this was my last diet and my last backslide is history!!! I know now that there is no reason to ever get lazy and live in denial about my issues. I can and will do another short round if poundage comes back.
DH will be doing additional rounds and I'll join him if need be.
You are an inspiration!!!

Phase 3 was smooth didn't gain didn't lose. When I finished round 1 I still weighed myself each day. I watched what I ate for a couple of days then I started not caring and ate whatever I wanted. There were times my weight went up 3 lbs then all the sudden another day it goes down 3 lbs. It was as if my body had a fixed weight that it wanted and if I gained it would go back. Basically after 4 months of being done with round 1, my weight still was the same. Went from 147 to 134 in 23 days TOM stalled me for more than a week. Stupid me didn't know of apple days.

Now I'm on round 2, I've lost 6 lbs in 4 days of VLCD hopefully I'll stabilize well like I did on round 1.
