anyone loading on Christmas day--

i am starting P2R3, thought Christmas would be a good loading day and the day after-----i did 2 rounds this year and lost 27# in my first round which was 41 days, and round 2 was 10 # in the 21 days, so i had my annual physical this past monday, and i am up only 2# since my last round, so i was very pleased with myself-----i am waiting for my blood work to see how the cholesterol numbers are---

i am getting ready with my VLC food, have my chicken cut up and ground beef---my melba, apples and grapefruit, cabbage, onions etc.---makes it a lot easier for me when i am prepared---i hope to extend this round through january, and will see how its going after that

that was the plan but now have to move it to NYE

Sunny, you and Sleepy have done GREAT!!!!
How about you two posting your stats with you avatar. That way we can see just how your prior rounds have gone (and ya don't have to retype).
Good luck to you both in your coming round.
DH will be starting R2 the end of January. He lost 35 # in R1.

i loaded yesterday but forgot to take my HCG

so i guess i will be loading today and tomorrow plenty of leftover ham

I didn't do so well today sticking to plan either. So Day #1 for me tomorrow!!! I have taken my hcg all weekend though

Same here! I was traveling and forgot to pack my hHCG, started as soon as I got home, and am getting all my ducks in a row for a successful round! (oh wait, ducks aren't on protocol!)

Loaded and ready to go. I started the HCG today. I will load for two more day (I probably loaded enough over Christmas, but just to be safe).

loading only counts when you also take your HCG hench the embarassed smilie on my earlier post

I forgot to take my hCG when I loaded the first day, too! So I just ended up loading for three days (two on hCG) and it went fine

i may load for 3 days this time
i have a 40th birthday party friday night for my sister
that will be our NYE and we are gonna party down
is it ok to load with alcohol too??? like lots of beer ?

im wondering if i will get to full with the hcg in me
i wanna have fun, maybe i should wait a day
what do you gals think ???

saturday we are having a loading seafood fest
lobster with butter
scallops with butter
crab legs with butter
shrimp well.....you get the idea
