You don't need to be shy around here, we would love to hear about your experience with HCG. Speaking for myself, I get so many helpful hints by reading other ladies stories. So feel free to share. ![]() To day is D11 of P4 for me. Really looking forward to getting back on P2 after the holidays. Still down 2# from LDW. Have a great day ladies! Winders |

Morning all. Down another little smidge today and I am counting myself lucky from all the cheesecake batter tastings that I did last night. It was sugar free, but still...

I guess that chicken, cheese, cauliflower, and broccoli casserole does not like me... up 3 this AM
CD today, then again and again until I get this right (alternating days, of course). |

Down one, even after scarfing down homemade cookies (made with a mix of erythritol, brown sugar and molasses for sweetener, and made with almond flour because I'm a celiac). Otherwise it was mostly a 'meat day' yesterday. Today will be mostly a 'meat day' again, with steak for breakfast and pork for lunch. I'm bringing tomatoes for lunch. Oh, I'll probably eat a few cookies while I'm at it. You know what? Today won't be a meat day at all.

Morning guys. I was exactly the same this morning and although I was hoping for a little drop, I remain 0.4 under LDW so I am counting myself lucky.
I have been trying some of the leptin principles, primarily the big breakfast, which I accomplish with a yogurt coconut milk protein powder shake (50+g of protein within 30 mins of getting up). It doesn't seem to be helping with LOSS per se but I'm not hungry until lunch so that's always good. I AM a little confused about some of the tenants of the leptin reset. I think leptin has to do with a body's natural circadian rhythm but I get up at 4:30am, WAAAAY before the sun rises. SO...does that mean I should try to eat as soon as I get up or wait til the sun rises around 7am? Also, another one is to not overeat at your meals. But what exactly IS overeating? I regularly eat between 700 and 1000 calories for lunch and dinner which is just about right with a 300-500 calorie breakfast for my BMRx. If I eat less, I get hungry early and need to snack to keep blood sugar up. Another of the leptin rules is no snacking between meals which is fine when you're not hungry but... I've googled this a lot and seem to be finding the same sort of 5 basic principles: 1 - Eat BAB within 30 mins of getting up 2 - Don't overeat at meals 3 - No snacking between meals 4 - No night eating (after 7pm) 5 - Don't exercise in the mornings But not a whole lot of answers to the questions that I have... ![]() |

Shelby, I am also following Leptin, I know the same as you. I cannot eat within half hour of waking as prescribed, I eat when I feel like I can. I have not had any issues with this way of eating. Sorry I can't answer your questions. Guess it is something you try and then tweak as you need to.
Have a great day all! Winders |

dbunny, I like the Leptin Perscription, I just can't eat breakfast half hour after waking. I was down one pound this am.
So I am 3# down from LDW. I know I should probably eat more than I do, but just have not been hungry. I have caught some sort of bug, so I really just can't get myself to eat. I keep drinking alot of water. Hope you all have a great weekend! Winders |

Well, starting the morning with a steak instead of yogurt seems to have triggered a loss or something, because I'm down 3 lbs. Inching closer to the original window and down from the high point I thought I stabilized at. Either that or it's my friend's scale. I like her scale. I hope it's as accurate as mine.

Mmmmmmm...steak for breakfast!
![]() Morning all and happy Saturday! Up a half pound this morning but the office Christmas party was last night and there was booze and cheesecake (sugarfree but still) kind of late in the evening. I'm fine with that. Going to get in a good workout this morning, run some pre-Christmas errands, stay as far away from anything resembling a mall that I can, and just generally relax. I might see if I can get in to see the chiro today or possibly have a massage as 50 one-legged chatarangas (sp?) Thursday night has kind of done a number on me! My yoga instructor is the devil! I think I am going to experiment with my Just Like Sugar Brown Sugar this evening and make some sweet and spicy salmon...Have a great weekend! |

First day of P3 today
Well, it's almost the 18th. I did my first P3 eating today.
It was weird. I at a little crazy due to a dentist visit yesterday. All low carb but not what I had planned. I had wanted to add one thing at a time and I ended up eating sugar free sweet stuff. Divinci's syrup and yogurt, chocoperfection bar and the like...where did that come from? Oh, and sf bread and butter pickles...hurt but a childhood craving and I did it anyway. ![]() And it was weird just to eat. I was so comfy in P2. So, I'm gonna take it one step at a time, get back to planning my meals. Nice to be here ![]() Lydia |

P3D2
I'm up but I expected that. Gargling with salt water and crazy sf treats.
I'm not going to worry about it and stay low carb. And I'm gonna relax today. Hope everyone is having a really nice holiday season so far. |
