I decided to cycle the HCG for a week or so - see how I feel. I have a lot of it left so I am willing to experiment. Today is day 3 and down 5 pounds.
My DH has 5 days off starting on the 22d so I plan on having my wine then.

I may cycle again just to keep a grip.

day by day all
Are you doing HHCG Stevie? When you cycle you do the plan for a week and then go off the drops and no plan? I keep falling off, UGH, but hopefully will have a game plan by the day after Christmas... I dont drink or go out on New Years Eve, so no need to worry about that day for me... just getting through Christmas now at this point... up and down, like a see saw... thats me!!

I hear you...that sea-saw is very frustrating. It gets to the point of saying "OK, no more dieting. But then without a plan, off the rails we go". A vicious circle.

I am doing the HHCG. I skip breakfast, eat more protein, a bite of chocolate if I want. Also not measuring per say of the food but eating off dessert plates & bowls. Plus no diet soda, seltzer water only.

I will continue taking the HHCG until mid next week. I may just keep taking the hHcg until I load. I really am experimenting with the HHCG, just to see if my hunger is abated or increased. So far I feel pretty satisfied. But! I am eating a some fat this experiment (some cheese, small amount).

When I do my next round, I think I will go strict protocol.

Well, I am glad its working for you currently. I am up in the air whether to try the HCG protocol or just try to eat normally... but I am not capable of anything currently, so hope i find my mojo soon and get it back together!!

That is me right now Cathy. I am just up in the air about what to do. I cannot seem to stick to anything so I am just hanging on til I do the P2 once again. I am thinking I might give it a go next weekend and not wait until New Year's. I have eaten so much that I am about bursting out of my clothing so I have to get a grip real soon. Not much else is going to fit me

lol, gotta love workout pants. They are stretchy, black & hold me all in. hehehe

What is everyone up to today?

Will it help to make a plan for TODAY...write it here, stick to it & celebrate the triumph tomorrow? Not the scale, but the follow through?

Off to cook some p2 chili (minus canned tomato. they seem to be making everything super sour)

I was going to tell you guys this...I have a bottle of Green mountain & a half bottle of pellets. I am not sure if Green Mountain really had the amount of Hhcg in it to be honest so right now, I am doing 10 drops of green mnt & 3 to 4 pellets together. I forgot the dose yesterday and last night I was extra hungry so I had more food. I did not weight this AM because I ate late & ate hot sauce so I was thinking it would show today.

Anyway..the combo mix...my goal is to really get some HHCG in my system to see if I feel the hungries at bay.

Jury is out...lol...will see how I do by the 22nd when I plan on having a date night with DH.

Food today: ROGUE:
1 grapefruit
1 egg, 3 whites with hot sauce

p2chili made with a bit of onion, garlic & diced green bell pepper. A blob of mustard, a splash of vinegar, a dash of cumin & coriander(s?). The mustard makes this a delish protein combo.

1 liter of lemon seltzer water

1 square of dark chocolate before bed time
