Is P3 any different then atkins induction?

I have done atkins for many years. From what I can gather is P3 just like atkins induction?

that's my understanding too....maybe adding a little OWL also.

My plan is to:
add eggs and bacon today...everything else is the same food group I ate during P2 (sans melba) and adding more protein and fat and mixing vegetables. Some people continue with strawberries, apples, etc...some people avoid them all together...I eat a little...like only one portion instead of two
I plan to add a little at a time so I know how my body reacts to each food...it's been my unfortunate luck in the past that I couldn't eat peppers I love!!!!! peppers so it's annoying I also had trouble with cheese
so unlike atkins...be careful of cheese at first so you don't have a correction day off the bat...I did that last time and had bacon nachos the first day...I'm pretty sure it had to do with the cheese or sour cream
