After being off work since last Wednesday, it was hard to get out of bed this morning so early! lol

I find it hard sometimes to get in my water at home. Here at work, I keep a glass of water at my desk at all times and can usually drink at least 90 ounces or more before I go home.

Drinking enough water plays a huge difference in weight loss for me. Over the weekend, I only lost 1.4 pounds total. But I wasn't faithful in keeping my water bottle with me at all times.

I've already drank about 32 ounces of water so far, so I'm hoping for a little more weight loss tomorrow.

we are on day 3 of VLC and I am down 5.5. I'm below my pre loading weight and am on a roll.

DS is hanging tough - lost 3 yesterday, hasn't weighed yet today. He's struggling but I think the weight loss will keep him motivated.

DH is down 6.

Me... UGH! I did not do well, and its still not my birthday, but I started my shots again this morning. Giving in to my urges led me to a sugar binge like no other and I am soooooo swollen and bloated its unreal!! I am not getting on the scale, have not for 2 days and will not for at least 2 more days. I am hoping to get rid of some of the water weight at least first... so I will not scare myself to death with the number, even though I know its horrid!! TOM is looming in the next week too, which probably did not help things out. I am going to fast today completely I think, and just drink water and coffee and then see how I feel tomorrow but I am very upset with myself to say the least. I was so weak, I think I hardly tried to stay on task after all that hard work to get to the 140s!! I am so bummed with myself!!

Hello ladies!

Is this the weekly thread for P2? Count me in!

I'm back after a long hiatus. I have put back on nearly all of the weight I lost in previous rounds and am just sick about it! I COMPLETELY let myself go over the summer and into the fall. It's just awful, but I'm back now and that's all that matters!

Today is Day 1 of vlcd. I haven't felt hunger in a long time. LOL

Hope everyone has a great day!

I am here too I got to 120 this past round, took a break and am now starting at about where I started earlier (and no, it is not 120 ) Yeah, my head hurts just thinking about it too and my knees, my belly, just about everywhere. Talk about P7 That is where my DH says I have been the past couple of weeks. So here I sit ready to start P2 and the path back down to 120. Day 1 for me and so far so good

I need to drink more water too, I think it would help. I did do better today so that is a start !!

Sounds like you have a good plan in place, just keep going and do not worry about what you cannot change now. Hope you have a great week !

Welcome back again to you too!! I tried to not eat today, but I could not do it, so under 500 though, and we will see what the scale says in about 3 days Glad to have good company (AGAIN!!!) Lets do it!!

Did a couple of rounds of HCG last year, but then I went crazy for food over the summer and fall and gained quite a bit back. On a mini-round so that I can be P4 for Christmas. Looking forward to adding exercise back into my routine once I'm done with the VLC.

I'm right there with you although I'm doing a 21 day round. I was doing SO well ... down just over FIFTY POUNDS just this past May and then something snapped and I want CRAZY over the summer and fall. Now here I am almost having gained all my weight back. The thought is truly depressing.

At least I'm back. Today was a TOUGH day, but I have to do this. I've decided not to weigh for a few days so maybe Thursday or Friday and then I'll go into my daily ritual.

Well, I did weigh in today. I feel that if I skip that then I am not going to have the motivation to stick with it. The numbers going down is my true motivator. Yes, having my clothing fit "right" is great, but I like the numbers! Speaking of which, they were a bit disappointing today. Only 0.8 down from yesterday. But overall that is good!! I didn't get in enough water and I ate not quite on plan--my chicken was from my work instead of me making it. So all in all a good day, not great, but good. Today will be better because I get to stay home. Happy Tuesday!!!

Welcome back JeniferCA! Yep, being back on is all that matters. We can't change what we've done, only change what we are doing now.

Dawnyama. I put 10 (okay 12) lbs back on between this round and my last one. So easy to put it back on!

Looks like you are close if 120 is your goal this round!! Wow!

I am down .5 lbs today for a total of 6. I'll take it! DS is going a little rogue, I think, but he's got to make his own decisions (mostly because he won't listen to me). He's lost 6 lbs so far. DH on the other hand, has to follow my rules He's down about 8 lbs.

I am so with you ladies, only I put it all on in a week! (some of course is water weight, but still)... I am still not getting on the scale today either. Today is my Bday and I have chosen froyo for tonight, (thought it would be better than the cake they wanted to get me) and then thats it. I am back on track already (since yesterday), but tonight will be a little blip. Sugar free version... so that will be good at least... I was supposed to be on P3 (haha) through tomorrow... but I felt so gross, had to go back... I was out of control and not following the interrupt rules at all!!

Dawn, down is great!! I am sure I was down from yesterday.. haha, but I bet I am still way up.... maybe tomorrow... we will see how I feel in the morning!!

I'm with you, Dawn. The clothes fitting is great, but I love seeing that scale go down!

I'm only waiting because I also started TOM the other day so I just need a few days under my belt to get over the initial shock of the number. LOL

Hey everyone. Today is my first VLCD day as well. I lost a lot of weight in P2 and maintained in P3 and I went on vacation last week for 10 days and I gained 9 POUNDS!!!

So i I said once I come back I am going back on P2 to lose the rest of the weight (plus what I put on).

I ate (and drank) it all, bread, wine, desserts, etc. Vacations over, back to reality!

Been a crazy week, but I'm still hanging in there. I am on R2VLCD17 and I'm down 15 pounds so far. My overall stats are 51 pounds lost since starting HCG the end of August and 62 pounds since Spring 2011.

Down to 139.5 - this is the lowest I've been in several years - first "mini-goal" achieved (below 140).

I'm on R1VLCD17, and so far am down 6.5# - not great, but better than nothing! About 3.8#/day ...

I lost 1.5# in the last couple of days (after waffling around the same weight for a LONG time) - the reasons I think might be:
  1. I started using some HCG pellets - 2 minutes before the drops - 3 days ago - am wondering if maybe my drops weren't potent enough - but then I had/have no hunger?
  2. The lost weight is simply due to very-low caloric intake?
  3. Totally eliminated all grains, am eating only 1 apple, and increased my protein. Other than these tweaks, I've been completely in compliance with the Simeon-HCG protocol.
  4. Maybe my body was finally ready to drop this weight?
Any insights??

I've been low-carbing since 01/01/1994 (weighed >200#) - reached my goal weight in 1995 (125#) - maintained with a few blips (gaining up to 160#) along the way - lost weight on HCG but hated the no-fat! - seem to be maintaining comfortably with IF and loving it! ...

Hey everyone. Today is my first VLCD day as well. I lost a lot of weight in P2 and maintained in P3 and I went on vacation last week for 10 days and I gained 9 POUNDS!!!

So i I said once I come back I am going back on P2 to lose the rest of the weight (plus what I put on).

I ate (and drank) it all, bread, wine, desserts, etc. Vacations over, back to reality!
Sounds like a great plan, how much do you want to lose total?
