Trying to do a before/during picture:

The left pic is me before...about 224 pounds, actually during one of my loading days in August of this year.

The right is me and hubby today...at 187 pounds--not much of my body in this shot, but I think you can see the loss in my face a lot! I'm 43, but hoping to look younger as the days progress!

Loving Hcg, and can't wait to start round 3 in January!!

Thanks, all!! I know it's just a drop in the bucket, but it's amazing what 36 pounds will do for your self-esteem. The next round should be exciting to get to what I weighed when we dated (same weight I dieted down to for our wedding day). (Hoping to get under 170 for that round).

I don't know what it is about this plan, but it just works!! I think it is a combination of the immediate gratification of seeing the scale go down in Phase 2, the constant vigilance of phases 3 and 4, and the break you get to look forward to in 3 and 4. I actually am motivated to do a correction day if I need to and they work! I'm just thrilled that I could eat rather normally for Thanksgiving and I'm hoping to maintain this over Christmas...I totally can't picture myself at goal--I haven't weighed under 140 since high school!
