Did you see the info about the Crest cinnamon in the short form? And yes no mint but cinnamon gum is ok too. I used mascara but switched to mineral foundation.

OMG cinnamon gum is ok? I had no idea. I have been "cheating" with SF gum here and there to get me thru some cravings and felt so guilty. I am going to look thru my stockpile of gum and see if I have any cinnamon.

Not to hijack but if cinnamon gum is ok would the cinnamon breath strips be ok?

I used my regular crest toothpaste with no issues as well as my regular clinique mascara. What I did change to was an oil free moisturizer, Neutrogena makes a good one and oil free concealer and foundation.

As for a lip gloss I used Carmax in the little container with no issues either. I would put a little lipliner for color and blend.

I used my usual toothpaste. I did switch to mineral foundation. Used mascara.
I did not use gum at all.

I didn't realize that mint wasn't allowed until I ended my second and very successful round (haven't completed reading P & I). My mint Crest toothpaste didn't and still doesn't give me any issues. Good Luck and HTH!

Mint is said to possibly counteract homeopathics, so if you are using hhcg, it could be deactivated or counteracted by mint. I think if you eat/drink mint at least 30 minutes before or after you take your hhcg, you'll likely be fine. But, if you find yourself suffering from hunger, you may want to cut out the mint.

oh! nah, I haven't been that hungry. probably from drinking so much of that tea.

good to know though! I won't have mint tea, and won't have gum within 30 minutes of my HCG from now on. good thing tomorrow is my last day of pellets!
