Wine
On P3 I have a glass of wine (red) almost nightly.
I can't have more as I get buzzed LOL... ![]() ![]() I was wondering if anyone has ever tried champagne? And is white wine that much higher in carbs? I know red has always had a trance like effect on me where I get sleepy so I was thinking I'd try white...I do love a glass of vino with my meals...I grew up in Europe and it's just in my nature, I find wine to be so delicious and I know red is good for your heart I don't know much about champagne either, other than it comes from Champagne France hehehe ![]()

When I was in P3 I tried both red and white wine. I gained with white wine, but not red. (I don't like red
) Unfortunantly I like the sweeter white like Pinot Noir and Riesling. |

Pinot Noir is a red...you mean Pinot Grigio?
I like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc's which can have pineapple depending on the notes. I suppose I could just try...I know for sure I can't just write off white wine so I'll have to play around and see. Red wine is an acquired taste, I started off with sweet wines like Riesling's, Rose, and Moscato...now I find them so sweet lol...when I first started drinking wine I though red wines tasted awful! |
