Goal weight question and moving to P3

I am getting close to goal weight and moving to P3, so I am planning for this to be my only necessary round

So how do I go about deciding when I think my weight will stay the same enough to call goal, use it as my LDW and move to P3?

I guess to avoid CD's in P3 you really do not want a # that is really low that only shows on the scale one time, correct?

For your LDW that is so true!!! I like to hang onto a number for a few days on P2, then make sure that sticks, then move to P3. I hope that makes sense. Like say my goal of 115, if I hit it one day, then bounce up to 116 the next (and that day is my first day with no hcg) then I will continue on P2 til it gets back down to 115. If I reach 115 and it keeps going down---wow that is great!! But you can always add in those 300 buffer calories to keep to that 115 while you are still on the hcg. I would do a good 3 days of the trying to stay at the same weight before moving on to P3. Take it from someone who has done 9 rounds trying to stay at LDW when done

Thanks. My weight seems to bounce around so much (even by 1lb +/-) that I am not ever sure if I can stay at one exact weight very long LOL
The 26th will be 40days on HCG (pellets), how bad to you think it will be to go longer then 40 days??

Oh. That is tough. If you are done, you are done. I usually stop when I can no longer handle the bland, fat free food. How do you feel about being on P2 during Thanksgiving? I hope you are done sooner than you think, or expect!

PS. When I first hit goal, I did the hcg for a few days after hitting 115 and got as low as 113.8. So it happens that you can go below your goal. I hope it happens to you!!

Ok I will be honest here. I really want to get to 115 and be pretty solid there before moving to P3. I am 99% sure that will take more then another week.

Also I plan on "sampling" some off protocal foods at Thanksgiving dinner only. So I will expect a gain the next day. Ideally I would like to go to Dec 10th and just move to P3 then with the hopes I will be stable at 115 for a couple days in a row. So I am looking at 54 days total on P2.

Yeah, I am on the fence about next week too. Not so sure if I should go off for the day or meal, or just plow through on P2 or take a break. Decisions, decisions, decisions...

Take a break for a couple weeks or an interruption? If you go off for the meal or day would you still take you hcg that day? I just really just miss running!

Like I said, I don't know. That is too far away for me to decide now. I have to get through today first. I am still trying to find my way with this all. I am not in a good place and need to get back on track. Trying to get by one day at a time is all I can do right now. And at the moment, I can barely handle 1 meal at a time.

Thanks. Seems like something happens on each round I do so that I mess up and cannot get back on track. If you were to do an interruption next week, I suggest stopping the hcg on Monday and then hopping back to it on Black Friday. I might do that actually. I have already taken one break, maybe I can do another. Hmmmm..have to contemplate on that this weekend. Oh, and when I say break I mean interruption at the same time. I use those terms interchangeably. So if I am on a break, then I am on an interruption. The term I don't use is cycle. I have not done one and don't plan on it.

No idea!!! I quit counting when I went off track. And my stats are no longer correct. I haven't weighed since last week. If I can just get back down to 120 I just might end it and call it a round. But first I have to weigh LOL.
